As always had a great time being at the track. The facility is always very clean and we rented a room above our garage and it was awesome to be at the track first thing in the morning. The room was very spacious, two twin-queen beds, a nice little kitchen and plenty of sitting space with stools.

Do not go here unless you want to be ripped off by a bait and switch scam. We bought 7 VIP tickets for a monster truck event. Upon showing up we discovered that the VIP ticket was an upgrade, not a ticket. At no time during the purchasing process was this made clear. We had to buy an additional 7 general admission tickets upon arriving at $30 per ticket, even though it boldly stamped on each ticket GENERAL ADMISSION. Our choice, spend an additional $210, or walk away and lose $175. While this seems like an illegal bait and switch, I am not a lawyer so I got swindled, because we were informed there are no refunds. If this place is so hard up for business that they have to rip people off to make ends meet I would not buy another ticket to any event for fear they will go out of business before the event actually arrives. BEWARE of unfair business practices before visiting this location, they seem to be very professional at ripping people off.

Fantastic experience at this incredible facility. A hidden gem in south jersey well worth your time if you even think you like racing. They also have a bar/restaurant, paintball, a swimming pool and go carts to rent. Very professional and courteous staff. I was there for a tour and just to see what this place was about and they treated me and my family like we were royalty. Highly recommended and I look forward to going back!

Last AMA race week end was awesome despite the rainy Saturday , good runoff areas saved a lot of riders injury . and the Sunday events were great too ,competitive and entertaining . The track personal were on their game , so different from the previous AMA events , additional well placed stands , decent food , improved . grounds all 5 *'s .....here comes the " however ". getting someone
to answer an E-mail, Letter or telephone is virtually impossible . I had purchased two tickets
for the Vintage races , they changed the dates and didn't inform me , and I couldn't go on new date , the way I found out was one an E-mail advertising the event , I called and was assured after ridicules
reasons why I wasn't due a refund , when THEY had changed the date ! that a refund would be forth coming I have sent two letters and have as yet received a reply . That is totally unforgivable . So no *'s for customer service.......Facebook here I come !

Absolutely the worst pavement I havd ever experienced at a track. And have a dozen plus to compare to. When wet the track line is as bad as black ice. I won't be back. Thhnderbolt pit area is a dump and mud pit as well.

I visited the karting area.

I visited the karting area.

I wrote some suggestions maybe it will help to bring better experience to the other visitors in the future!

First, let me acknowledge that the cars were way better compared to the last time (still need better maintenance though) and the staff that answers their phone numbers were friendly. That's why I gave them a star.

BUT their management really needs to take a closer look at improving the behavior and the skills of their staff that interact with the customers at the site. How about smiling and welcoming your customers when they walk in and say see you later and thank you for coming when they are leaving (101 in business). Being in a bad mood is not the customer issue; you need to be friendly.

Second, giving instructions is important before starting, but what is also important is your language. For example, we were told if you Don't follow the instructions, YOU WILL BE KICKED OUT Really!. Is this how to say it. You can say (if someone doesn't follow our instructions, he will be asked to stop and will not continue the session), more polite and professional.

Third, one guy (bald guy) who was responsible for the track was tense and looked agitated from something before we even started!. Again being in a bad mood is not the customer problem; I paid MONEY to enjoy my time! + we were nice!

I liked this place at the beginning, but unfortunately will not come again, they need more work on how to deal with their customers!

Great place to get a taste of all kinds of racing (spectator or race F1 Carts yourself). Good location less than 2 hours from most of PHL / SoJersey. Reasonable prices and very friendly people.
.
An enjoyable, unique experience and a fair deal. I will take my son here when he's a bit older!

I've been karting all over the country at all kinds of tracks like this one in this is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a go kart track. The employees did not care about anything, there's no enthusiasm, no refunds which is ridiculous I got to work call and wanted to get my money back for the race I wasn't going to use and they wouldn't give me my money back. Karts we're not evenly matched and they were slow. I have a lot of experience working in the karting industry and this venues behavior would be unacceptable at any other kart track in the country. If you and your family are planning a visit then you should save your money. There's a track in new York right near the border with new Jersey call Oakland valley race park. Go there for some fun, not this poor excuse for a facility.

First off I would like to say we had an amazing weekend! Charity definitely knows how to run this place. With all the issues we had charity and mike went all out for us spared no expense making sure we had the best experience. This is how a business should be runned. As a business owner they definitely have a grip on customer satisfaction hands down. Met so many amazing people but we definitely have to mention both instructors Pete 19 who totally rocked both days.... and other young instructor called Pete who I think wore number #66. He help me tremendously on some wide turns I was taking. Koodos to him. Met some really great people as well Steve Garcia and Gordan. Gordan a 71 racer and track junkie made my weekend. Shout out to track day rentals from Florida for letting us store our bikes in their garage. So many helpful and amazing people to many to remember. Already looking at futures dates for our next event

I held my daughter's Sweet 16 in the Officers' Club on Saturday, March 11, 2017. The staff, especially Danielle, was professional, flexible and courteous. From the time I booked the venue in October, and the party date in March, the communication was open and staff was responsive to all of my inquiries. The food was good, and Patti was kind enough to pack me a take out container since I was too busy to eat. Thank you guys for being apart of a memorable evening for my daughter.

I was invited by a friend and had a lot of track time and fun there. The lunch for the drivers in crew was awesome. One of the nicest tracks I've ever been to. We are coming back in August with FRCCA and can't wait.

Worst karting experience I have ever had. The whole facility is extremely unorganized. The workers are completely incompetent and have no idea what is going on half the time. The karts are all run down and can barely make it the length of a race. I went with a group of 5 and had a scheduled time at 10:30 for 3 runs. After our first run, we got bumped about 8 times for various reasons. After 2 hours of waiting we demanded a refund and left. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

The track itself is fine however the carting experience is extremely dissapointing and certainly not worth the price tag. The go cart track staff do not care about the safety of the drivers whatsoever. The brakes on many of the carts do not work in the slightest, and some of them do not have the same performance. When I went carts, 1, 10, 5, and 4 had braking problems and could not perform at the level as the other carts. Genuinely shocked at the lack of care from the staff, the people who greeted us in the front were the only nice ones.

We had a group function here and it was amazing. We had a group of 35 corvettes. Our group did parade laps on the Lighting Raceway followed by a delicious lunch. After lunch we did go karting. Thank you Sarah for helping us to organize our event. Thank you to the dining room staff you were all so great.
Can't wait to so it again

Well you have to do a lot of walking. It's more of the Grand Prix kinda of racing. Very hard to see!!! Expensive to get in. They have a restaurant and go-karts. You have to take a driving course to drive the go -karts. And it's not cheap.

I've driven on the Thunderbolt and Lightning tracks multiple times. Great tracks with fantastic nearby facilities. I strongly recommend staying in the rooms over the garages at Thunderbolt if you are doing more than one track day. All you have to do is roll out of bed in time for the driver's meeting!

Came here for bachelor party with clay shooting and go-karting. Everything went great, we shot clays first and then drove the karts (probably the right order). Our group drives real cars on track, and we've all done lots of karting, and we agreed that this was the best kart track we've been to. They had lunch and beers for us after which was perfect. Overall a great experience, and an easy drive to Atlantic city that night. Can't say enough about how wrong all these other reviews are.
