No education of the staff that attended us, edges, uneducated.

Upscale hotel but had to request a change of room because it did not match the city and sea view but view road and mountains. .. pity that for a first stay in the hotel the staff attributes the least flattering room! The change was made and full satisfaction then!
Well equipped and comfortable room, nice pool area but sauna not hot enough and bodybuilding area not separated from the pool area.

The hotel is gorgeous but the experience was sad. The hotel staff are not very warm and welcoming for this to be a 5- star hotel. During our stay, there was a teenage photoshoot on the terrace. The phtoshoot lasted the entire day and affected our accessibility to the hotel. The children were catered to but the guests were treated like they were almost imposing on the photoshoot. We asked all day how long the shoot would last with no clear answer. So unfortunate. The main restaurant was closed while we were there as well so we only had access to the terrace menu. The hotel is extremely secluded so that made our food choices for 2 days extremely limited. It was really sad honestly because the resort is very beautiful and our friends have raved about the restaurant that we didn't get to try. Our two week trip in Europe was ended on a mediocre note because of the experience there. I would suggest you stay at one of the other places and just visit here for the view.

We were well looked after. The staff 5 stars+.All very friendly and helpful.
Two of us are Celiacs and we had no problem with the food.
I could pick at silly little things but I won't because our stay was amazing. We would recommend it.

Hotel with view. Good to have a drink, but absolutely never eat there. The food is disgusting.

The restaurant closed at 11:00 p.m., we went to lunch at 10:20 p.m. They decided to attend us but the service was quite fast, we could not look at the menu so much so that the waiter spilled a drink on our feet and during the meal never cleaned.

Well, the views are just spectacular. However, service is not up to standard. It took forever for them to serve desserts and when they finally came, they were just not good. In particular, they served us a green tea tiramisu which tasted like cheap cheese (no trace of green tea there). When we complained, the manager ARGUED with us for 5 minutes and made a scene. No way this is a 5* superior service!

I have not had the pleasure of spending a night here, but for a couple of months it is the place where we always come to have a drink.

We can not be happier in all aspects, the terrace is large, has comfortable sofas and unbeatable views, give you blankets, the atmosphere very quiet and relaxing, even inside the hotel have a small terrace with a cascade of "decoration" and stoves, the staff is excellent and there are already many with whom we have dealt with.

It has undoubtedly become our favorite place and for a long time.

While you have a drink you enjoy one of the best views of Barcelona

Not sure how a hotel room does not have night tables or dressers for you to put your clothes in. Only 5 hangers and no bathrobes. The view is not good from our room either. I do not recommend .

More and less beautiful old hotel an exceptional pool of 40 m long superb views of all Barcelona and the sea at Tibidabo hill the least amusement park that is next to the hotel and that operate every weekend and July in August Briant the roller coaster especially I took a room with sea view terrace and Barcelona which is on the first floor and overlooking the restaurant so noisy and excessive prices you are charged parking 17 and the breakfast 28 which is a simple breakfast and if you take scrambled eggs it is 5 more so disappointed in the quality side it is a hotel of passage and far enough from Barcelona service impeccable cleanliness can do better I will not come back

The theme park Tibidabo is about a three minute walk from the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, sitting atop a mountain, overlooking Barcelona. Service here was immaculate, couldn't be better!
The views from our room were breath taking. The spa was wonderful. And the city center is a cab ride away.
For a peaceful stay outside a bustling city, this hotel is what you want.

Very nice establishment, with a magnificent view. We appreciated the swimming pool, the terrace, the possibility of going to the city center with the shuttle, the quality of the welcome products. Ideal place to rest, far from the noise of the city, while being able to enjoy Barcelona very easily. Perfect stay!

Great hotel, but missing that extra star from me unfortunately. Check in was late at night/am due to ferry delay back in Portsmouth. I'd asked for a firmer pillow, was told they didn't have any but would get one the next morning - never happened. Fortunately after 2 nights I'd gotten used to the pillows off. Air con didn't work for the first 2 days, safe broke. Despite having a large suite there was nowhere to hang a coat? No dressing table? No iron? And furniture had seen better days. However, the views from this place are incredible and made the whole experience amazing. There is a theme park extremely close by which can be noisy during the day. The valet parking service was excellent, the staff on the front desk were really friendly. You have to walk through the wet pool area to get to the bar which seemed a bit odd. A taxi from the hotel to town costs around 25euros. However if the hotel calls the taxi for you it seems to cost 34euros. Try and get a taxi from the rank if you can. They offer a shuttle service but it's always full.I

Love this hotel, nice breakfast, services top of the line. People friendly and helpful. I was able to see the city of Barcelona from my room, also a beautiful sunrise.

The location and the view from the hotel in Barcelona is amazing. Stuck in the park of Tibidabo and Collserolla. Very large room with excellent bedding. The restaurant with terrace is very nice.

Hotelazo reigning the views of Barcelona in the mountain of Collserola. A luxury. The views from its terrace are magnificent while you have a drink. Romantic and elegant site. At night it is impressive. It has a pool and spa.

Beautiful, hospitable, and worth the extra drive into town. Best views of Barcelona.

This is a lovely hotel with fantastic amenities but the restaurant choices are very limited and ridiculously overpriced. 9 for a bowl of hummus. While the views are gorgeous there isn t much around, which is fine if you want to de stress and relax just be prepared that there are no restaurants nearby. I walked to the next town along which was 30 minutes away and stocked up on treats to bring back at the local supermarket. Gorgeous hotel though!

One more thing to note - WiFi in the rooms isn t great. I can barely load a webpage on my iPad and forget about streaming.

The hotel is very beautiful and has a great view of Barcelona. Only problem its distance from the center of the city.

We had a fantastic stay in one of the suites this July. The staff were so attentive and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed (thanks especially to Roger). The room was gorgeous and comfortable with the most amazing views to the city. I'd definitely return!

Incredible terrace with privileged views where you can have a coffee or a drink quietly. The site is obviously paid at the price, but it is worth going and relaxing watching the great views of the city.

Perfect hotel for romantics. For a special night to enjoy one of the best views of the city. It is in the tibidabo with what access in transport published is complicated. The spa is a delight for lovers of relaxation. On the contrary the rates are quite high with what better to review the offers well in case you can reduce something.

The location is breathtaking but when I asked for a Mountain View all I got was a parking lot view. Is it because I used a booking site and paid a discounted rate? Went to center city and came back to the hotel and was followed and questioned if I had a room there, and the reason was because he hadn t seen us all day, I mean why would I be there if I didn t have a room. Also accidentally cancelled my reservation that was already paid for and gave them the reason why they said the only way to get it back was to pay an extra, how corrupt is this place. If I could give it a 0.1 star I would. Barcelona is beautiful but don t stay at this place.

It is a beautiful hotel, the huge room with a very comfortable and kingsize bed. The bathroom is large, as is the bathtub. The views of the entire city from the top of the mountain are unbeatable. The food is very good and variated. And it should be noted the good treatment we received from the hotel workers, especially the treatment of the doorman Sam, a very friendly and professional guy. Upon arrival we made a guided tour of the hotel to show us the facilities and helped us with our luggage to the room. Altogether it has been an unbeatable experience, we will return. I recommend it!

The hotel mainly relies on the view which is magnificent, but the view is not everything !!!
The journey from hotel to city center is best done by public transport lasting approximately 30 minutes.
The site announces that the staff speak French but in reality only 2 employees speak understandable French which is relatively low especially if you are in an emergency.
From the point of view of the room, the bedding is impeccable, the furniture slightly dilapidated but nothing serious! The cleaning is done despite some hair remaining when we arrived which is always unpleasant
At the catering level, the breakfast offers a very wide choice of product which is perfect but paradoxically the menu for the evening offers very little choice! For drinks at the bar, we order drinks and add peanuts without asking, and the surprise the small portion of peanuts (10-15 approx.) Is priced at 7, as expensive as a drink. which is absolutely intolerable to charge so much for that

Beautiful views, very good food, and very large and spacious rooms. It would be a minor renovation, but this is part of the hotel's charisma.

Horrible customer service, I have sent several messages, requesting information for my reservation, that was interrupted due to COVID-19. The flight was cancelled. Since then, I have sent over 6 emails. Even if the flight was not cancelled, the hotel was closed! They sent an email stating they would reach out to me in July. I have sent at least 4 emails. They have never responded. I cannot understand how a hotel could refuse to provide a refund if they are not even operating. This is completely unfair. I have contacted the Leading Hotel Brand Superior Managers and waiting for a response.

Charming hotel, with great staff dedicated to one hundred percent. High level restoration, great experience.

Very good address with magnificent views of Barcelona. Excellent breakfast with a lot of choice, spacious and well-equipped rooms, welcoming staff. Qq small repairs to be expected but nothing nasty.
Only downside, the cocktails served at the bar are a bit expensive (15th on average)

From the site overlooking Barcelona to the delicious olfactory atmosphere everything is there for you to spend a pleasant stay.

Simply a great place to almost visit.
We went to the brunch on the first of each month, and it was just great. The price is expensive, but the views, the quality of the food and the attention are unbeatable.

The views of Barcelona are beautiful. But it hurts that it is difficult to park there and the issue of bus / taxi is difficult
