As I am writing this, ABC is pumping the septic tank even though the guys doing it know that pumping will not solve the problem but they refuse to even check with their office to actually address the problem

Completely contradictory assessments of my system. When I pointed this out to them, the nasty owner/receptionist hung up on me !

I've used this company for many years but this is the last time. Several other people have commented about how bad the service has become and I just experienced it myself. I hired them to drain my tank. The service person was rude and I'll leave it at that because this isn't why I think everyone should avoid this business. He failed to properly replace the lid back on top of the septic tank. I have children and I hate to think what could have happened because of this service person's failure to place the lid correctly back on the tank. The picture is exactly how he left it. I recommend you look elsewhere for your septic service.
