I would like to report the neglect with which the Adventist school, along with its conviction, treated my daughter who has been studying there since pre-two, she is in her third year. My daughter is 8 years old since the year 2020 with online classes she has not yielded. She can't concentrate. I went to the school and made an appointment to speak with the coordinator Karen. This Adventist school collaborator was extremely rude to me, she screamed, she was completely upset. Because I reported to her that my daughter is having a hard time adapting to the new method of distance classes and I asked so that if possible she could attend classroom classes. The answer I got was accusations that my daughter sleeps in online classes which was in the morning reminding her that she was 7 years old. Summary the school was not a partner in helping the student who never had any problems at school. It is not a scholarship, we always pay the full tuition and we never delay the tuition. It's a shame because my daughter likes school but the direction didn't think about the child moving at all. On the contrary, I leave school on the basis of screams and lack of education on the part of the pedagogue Karen. This is a regrettable fact.
