One of the best spots to visit in Boston. The big fish tank in the center is amazing, and there so many nooks and crannies for everyone to see the fish without being in anyone else's way.

The penguins are fascinating, and the seals are always a hoot. You don't even have to pay admission to see the harbor seals outside, which is always a treat, but it is always worth the price of admission when we want to make a day of it!

We all Had a Great time ( my neice, brother and myself). We went on a Sunday afternoon. We Bought the tickets online the day before which I thought was a reasonable price. Only thing I disliked was the parking situation. Parking in the Aquariums garage is $40. I would definitely recommend to other people ( and for the next time we go) to try an figure out where your gonna park before you get there or maybe find a Groupon for a reduced price on the parking ( which they do have), unless you don't mind paying the $40. Its expensive parking, but convenient. It was about a three hour drive from us ( near Albany NY) an we went on a Sunday afternoon so traffic wasn't too bad. All and all we had a good day time at the aquarium.

This place is okay, doesn't have as much as before, the species tank. Not big enough, the weekend gets crowded. If you get there after 11am, you have to wait in line like 20 minutes just to buy the ticket. Parking fee in Boston is horrible! So plan ahead!

A fantastic aquarium, a great way to show case the life in the seas and oceans. There were many types of aquatic animals at the different sections of the aquarium. The staff were professional and helpful. There were lecture sessions at some part of the facility to discuss the activities of the animals. There were really big fishes as well as big tortoises. The sizes doesn't then determine the whole experience as there were also miniature adult fishes and other species. I enjoyed my visit to the fullest.

For the price ($100 for a family of four), I've come to expect more. The place was cramped, it was hard to see exhibits, and there aren't really any places to get out of the way. The amount of strollers are a nightmare - they should take a page from other city aquariums and museums and ban them, people make do and the foot traffic is a lot easier.

The penguin exhibit and center tank were both really interesting. Sadly, we missed the seal training show due to lack of space. The exhibits where you can interact with the animals were pretty unique, too.

This is up there with aquariums I've seen in other cities like Toledo. It's smaller than the Shed aquarium in Chicago but they have a lot of nice exhibits and the staff seem passionate and knowledgeable.

I did think the admission price was sort of high for what you get (at the time of this writing it was $62 bucks for myself and my 13 year old son to get tickets). I get that they have overhead to deal with though so what are you gonna do ya know?

They do have a pretty decent gift shop.

Cool to see the penguin and sea creatures in the water. Got to see the penguins be fed so that was cool. But $40 for parking anything over 70 min and it takes 2-2 1/2 hours....taking our sweet time to see the she place Makes for a very expensive couple of hours. So basically good to experience but too expensive to do more often.

Have been here with our kids several times now when visiting Boston for the day. The highlight is always the shark and ray touch tank which can keep them occupied for 30 minutes before we even get into the main part of the aquarium structure. Plan on 2+ hours on a first visit to see everything.

I really like how the you would ascend beside the center tank. The penguins here are a great feature, as well as the jellyfish and giant octopus. There's even an informative exhibit on the biology of sharks in the lower level. The gift shop is pretty basic, but the aquarium itself is beautiful

Small aquarium for the money. Saw everything in under an hour. The tall tank you walk up to the top is cool and everyone likes penguins but I don't feel it is worth the amount of money for what is there. Still, it is a nice area with lots to do around it.

Nice aquarium, if a bit small for the price. Parking and tickets add up and it is not as big as expected. Regardless, it's a great experience and very fun and educational. There are many penguins and a few sea lions. The design of the space is very nice with the exhibits designed around the large central tank. I'm also happy to say they don't have any dolphins here.

Great place to be with family. Tickets are purchased outside and membership inside. When you walk in they photo of your group together. When redeeming the photo wishes they had prices of what they offer instead of you waiting only for them to have printed the picture material in hand if you want the pictures or not.

The aquarium is a great learning experience for all kids. It can get pretty crowded, so make sure to get there early. My children loved petting the manta rays the most. They have a four story aquarium with two giant sea turtles, a ton of penguins, and the helpers love answering the kids questions and even took some great pictures for me.

My girlfriend and I had gone to Boston for the weekend and this was what we were actually most excited for. Right away you can see a ton of penguins and learn about how overfishing is affecting marine life. There's seals, sharks, turtles, eels, jellyfish, manta rays, piranhas, tropical fish, shrimp, anenome, beautiful coral, seahorses and so much more. There's a space to touch some of the aquatic life - like starfish - with staff supervision. Perfect for the kids. There's a bundle package you can buy where you can get an imax ticket with your admission to the aquarium. The theater is right next store and offers documentaries about different aquatic life... and Pandas? Hah- at least when I went. Luckily, the popcorn, candy and soft drinks are a lot cheaper than those sold in regular movie theaters. The gift shop is a delight too. They sell clothing, jewelery, toys and other souvenirs. I would definitely go back. I was there for hours and I had a great time.
