Planned on getting new shoes, however the associate did not even bother asking if we needed any help even after I kept on repeatedly looking at the same pair. Not a single word. I like new balance, however terrible customer service just ruined it. Rather stick to Asics.

My brother wears wide sizes and they are always so difficult to find. Most stores carry just one or two shoe styles in wide sizes. However, this location had a large variety of styles in wide sizes. The sales associates were awesome to work with and we will definitely be returning for future shoe purchases. Thank you for the amazing customer service!

Ordered the shoes I wanted one day with assurance the shoes would be there two days later. Arrive at store and there was a problem with delivery. I had a run two days later and really needed the shoes and also was upset that I had now made two trips. Brian, who fitted me, took charge and actually brought the shoes essentially to my home the next day. That's true customer service. Thank you Brian and thank you New Balance for having folks like Brian to serve us. I will definitely be back to shop at the Dallas NB store.

2nd time at this location and was not received well. I buy New Balance shoes on line due to this type of behavior. I was overlooked with a an employee it took for me to look around on my own for someone to ask me if I needed help only to have rude responses to a simple items such as shoelaces. If i can afford to buy shoes online then I can afford to buy them there at store but I do believe skin color is an issue. Will not return.

The store managed to turn my initial positive impression and almost-certain purchase into a demeaning experience and lost sale. When I visited the store, the salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable. He found several products that I would have purchased had they been in stock in my size. The salesperson then recommended that I visit the New Balance web site and find 2-3 items that might like because the web site has a larger selection and the items would need to be ordered anyway. He then gave me his card and told me to call him once I had a chance to look online. (My impression as this point: "They don't have my size in stock, but since it's a New Balance store, they are able to get what I need. That's really convenient and helpful, and I appreciate the way the store goes out of its way to please a potential customer.")

The next day, I went to the New Balance web site and found a few shoes that appealed to me. I then called the store, but the salesperson I dealt with previously had left for the day. I explained the situation, including the fact that the previous employee had told me to provide a few shoe models that I might be interested in. The new employee informed me that the store did not stock any of the shoe models I mentioned. (My impression at this point: "The second employee isn't nearly as pleasant as the first one, and there seems to be some miscommunication, either between the employees or between the employee I talked to originally and me.")

I asked the second employee what he would recommend, and I was treated to a lecture about dishonest customers and grumblings about how expensive it is for the New Balance Store to order shoes from New Balance. Given the attitude of the employee and the whole situation, I decided not to proceed further. (My impression at this point: "The store does not seem particularly interested in earning my business, and some of the employees seem to find customers a nuisance.")

I went into New Balance 2 months after a back surgery to correct nerves. Extremely impressive staff. After measuring my feet I was extremely impressed by the accuracy of the machine I was put on. After 3 weeks I am now walking without a walker or cane! I feel like my shoes are custom made. I sincerely consider this an investment in my health! I am greatful New Balance!

The guy's came to help right away, no hold ups insisted me further detail for size. Shipped me my request when outside stores had details for my brand. Courtesy belongs to these dudes all the way. There was no bluffin' say nothing help was always an answer they answer they had on deck. Sore lack of salutations from every on human being regardless of your resentments this blows your discussion in the swamps. Top sailing......

No other shopping experience compares to the exceptional customer service that this location provides. Their staff are attentive, caring, knowledgeable and happy!

I met with Ivana -my new favorite person in retail- about getting a pair of functional shoes for every day wear, and then a pair that I would use in the gym for cross training. I tried on 5 pairs, and three inserts. Ivana laced and unlaced EVERY SINGLE PAIR. She asked questions to clarify what I was feeling to make sure the fit was perfect. She explained the benefits of each shoe and what to look for when I walked. I loved learning what my feet need!

Each customer that walks through the door is greeted immediately, and for a very busy store, the employees seemed very happy to be on the job. Kudos to the boss/owner and the front line staff!

Oh New Balance do i love you. My wife turned me on to these shoes coming from Boston. I don't want to wear anything else. If you have not had the new balance experience you need to go. Their staff actually know their stuff and put you in shoes that are perfect for you and how you run or walk. Make sure you get the padded insoles which are worth every penny.

But Ivanna went over and beyond showing me all the other different styles they carried online in that color. Great customer service and she definitely knows how to make the customer want to come back. Kuddos to her and her coworkers who were all very welcoming and friendly. Keep up the good work.

My husband likes new balance so we decided to go in to see if they had anything he might like. As my husband and I are looking at some of the shoes, I notice that one of the workers there is staring at us. He s maybe 4 feet away, not far. He was bald and maybe 5 10. He literally watched us the entire time we were there with his arms crossed in a very defensive posture/stance. It was so unnecessary and uncomfortable. No patron wants to be followed and watched while in a store they potentially would like to buy from.

My husband noticed as well and decided to engage him in conversation. So my husband is asking the bald worker if they have any other interesting colors (they literally only had black, blue, and red). He points out a pair and suggests that the price is too high for us (I m sure by now you can figure out what us means). At that point I was pretty much done. How can he work at a shoe store and because of our skin color suggest that we wouldn t be able to afford a pair of shoes that we came in looking for.

I would never step foot in that store again. Disgusting behavior from the worker. The staff needs retraining. The other guy in the store didn t get a second glance.

New Balance has knowledgeable people that help you get the correct size and fit on your shoe based on your activity. However anytime you going to New Balance store you have to know that the selection is not the greatest. However, you can get them to order different colors online which increases the selection some. Overall my experience with new balance what's 4 out of 5 Stars just based on a selection.

Went in today to browse and actually try on after looking at the website for a few weeks. I've owned several pairs of New Balance, so this wasn't my first go around except into specifically a New Balance store. Patti, the owner, was extremely knowledgable and helpful in finding the right shoe for my needs and figuring out I've been wearing the wrong shoe (picked by me of course) for the longest. I look forward to my new balance in my New Balance shoes.

Just went in yesterday and the lady helping us was no help at all. Nobody in the store greeted. Everyone hanging out behind the cash register until we had to walk our display shoes up to them to ask for a fitting. When shoes were not in our sizes, sales associate offered no alternatives. She seemed completely uninterested in keeping us in the store let alone making a sale. Such a disappointment especially being our my first stop taking my new graduate celebratory shopping.

I served in the military for 25 years of my life and never been misrespected in any way
On the contrary as a chief executive patty officer for the NAVY always support and though respect to all of the soldier
I trained throughout my years of service
You people need to teach your employees
Not to judge nor stereo type the potential customers neither reject or ignore them

He listened and guided me gently in the right direction.
A few months ago I needed new shoes. It was not the same experience without Brian. I left with no shoes.

Awesome customer service! We came in an hour before close, and Blanton was courteous and informative during my husband s fitting and order. He was also helpful with finding insoles for both of us as well. The other associates were professional too! They have the computer that measures and shows your pressure points to find the best insole for your needs. I highly recommend this location!

Brian was very helpful. My VA physical therapist recommended New Balance shoes. I never realized how much properly fitted shoes would help with my posture, balance, comfort, and pain levels. I highly recommend they are WELL worth the price.
