Looking for a specific style of shoe my daughter wants for Christmas, had no luck finding it in store. But Ivanna went over and beyond showing me all the other different styles they carried online in that color. Great customer service and she definitely knows how to make the customer want to come back. Kuddos to her and her coworkers who were all very welcoming and friendly. Keep up the good work.
