Nice property. Good restaurant. Same lounge food as every other Hilton.

The room was nice and the overall look of the hotel was nice. I've had a lot of trouble getting in contact with the front desk, and when i do get in contact with them, they are brusque and unhelpful. I've been trying to call them all day today, but their phone system is very buggy and skips me to a "I'm sorry, i didn't hear your selection. please reenter your selection now", goes to a busy signal, and finally disconnects. The business center consists of 2 PCs and a printer in the front lobby. No scanner, no phone, no other "business" technology, no privacy. I won't be staying here again.

Nice clean well managed Hilton hotel in Woodland Hills..... Good eateries and shopping mall nearby....

Modern, clean and spacious room. Secured floor-access provided with key card only for that floor. They provided a private breakfast room with customized halal options for our conference members. Great attentive service.

Rooms were clean and the housekeeping was great. We needed a crib. Corporate wouldn't commit. Called in, they said it wouldn't be a problem. Showed up, wasn't in the room, called housekeeping, 5m later. It was there. Space in lobby was great -- Olympics were on the big screen which was multiple screens layered together.

The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. They charge you to park in their garage, but there are a couple stores, restaurants and a mall within walking distance.

Went for a conference. Parking was validated, food was good. Garage exit sensor didn't detect my motorcycle so I had a hard time leaving.

It deserves its stars! Not very modern furnishings, the shower is missing the shower head. Of the breakfast I would improve the dosage of jams, they use a knife that everyone handles to spread Nutella and various, I find it unhygienic. I would put hot water and tea at the buffet, without having to ask the attendants. The rest is fine.

Wonderfully helpful and kind staff. I'd stay here anytime.

Stayed here while visiting family. Room was very clean, food at the restaurant was solid and the staff were helpful and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my stay.

One of my easiest experiences with a Hilton. Staff was friendly and was attentive in all aspects. Rooms were clean and breakfast buffet was on point!

Just one towel for a room, no hair dryer, no water to drink. You shoul by it for $10 a small bottle.

Don't stay here when it's hot outside. It remained in the upper 70s in my room the entire night with the AC set to 60. According two two staff members this is not uncommon and since they use a hotel wide system it affects all rooms.

Now normally I'd just give 3 stars for a poorly designed AC system that made sleeping miserable. But the front desk said they'd have a manger reach out to me about this. I followed up a few days later with a request to discuss and no one has returned my request despite saying they would. So my only recourse is to share this poor customer service is to share with you.

Very nice hotel. The TV's in the lobby are amazing.

Hotel is clean and the inside looks new. Used the digital key on my cell phone via the Hilton app which was helpful.

Beautiful hotel/ view! Very spacious room.

If you have pet allergies, I would not recommend this hotel to you!

Cons:
No trash bags in the bathroom's trashcan. For sanitary purposes, that should be mandatory. My (white) trashcan looked disgusting.

Who knew that the Hilton Woodland Hills would be such a nice place. The staff greet you with great attitudes, and a willingness to help, even if they are just pointing you in the right direction. The rooms are sleek, clean, and fashionable. Comfortable as well. Very pleased with it. I am sure that you will be too.

I am not the one staying at the Hilton however, my Mother is. I had flowers delivered there and thanks to room director Ned Abdallah he ensured amazing customer service and took the time out to ensure room delivery & status update. If ever in CA, I will be a guest here! <3

Nice hotel in a good area. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

Nice hotel. Would stay again. Not impressed with the bar. Everything is measured in smaller amounts than normal bar pours. Staff seemed scared about being watched on the pours.

Manager was rude and didn t care about accommodating us. We had to rebook after driving for 5 hours and calling them to confirm our booking. We were kicked out !!!!

The staff was extremely friendly and pleasant. The hotel was very clean and felt luxurious. The icon room is where our event was and it was so much fun. There was a cocktail party set up and a signature drink created. The experience was great

3days and nights , a nice and clean
Hotel...great staff....

Chose this over the Anza a couple of miles away, which is where we stayed the last time. My sister mother and I stayed in a double room. It was nice and spacious, loved the updated bathroom, but the air condition did seem a little it was having trouble cooling down the room for at least an hr after we turned it on and the vents wouldnt turn.

But overall the stay was good the beds are very comfy and big, and the pillows are the best!

I went to the bar and ordered some food to go and I was a little confused why the charged it to the room when I gave him a card, tipped and signed for it and it was still charged to the room, that was charged on a different card... But still its a very nice and clean hotel and we will consider staying here again next time

The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. The desk staff was helpful and welcome. The location was very convenient with nearby parking and restaurants while still being close to the major highways. Overall a very pleasant stay for a buisness trip.

OMG ! Upon arrival the lobby looked very appealing, my room was on the
Executive floor,
I was expecting to have a fridge at least. No I found a hole in the bathroom door, the hotel room was very old looking.

When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he was busy. The company did not want to hear complaints, also they did not want to be accountable for their actions.
I presented the front desk with proof with of check in/ check out & fees, at that point they fixed their mistake.
First and last visit .

Nice location. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Rooms are modern and clean. Restaurant has a good breakfast.

Clean. Easily accessible location. Mortons steakhouse was next door. Food was good. Bar was lively. Room was great. Highly recommend.

We are Hilton members and we have traveled quite a few...but the staff here is great, from front desk to Valet guys...they are very nice....the area is quiet and not from everything....well LA everything is 30 minutes.

We were so happy staying in this peaceful and stress relieving place. I will surely recommend this hotel to all of my family and friends!1

I was only in tbe lobby, it looked like a wonderful place.

Room was clean and comfy, internet was slow and TV channel selection and utilization was from the 90s. Gym was well kept.

They have a very inviting and pleasant atmosphere. Everybody greets you with a smile.

Attended a luncheon at the Hilton Woodland Hills hotel. Friends of ours were receiving an lifetime achievement award.

You enter the ballroom which is about thirty feet from the garage. Tables, a stage and two projection screens we're waiting for us. The screens had bright, sharp images with good sound support.

There were eight or so seated at each table. The luncheon offered both vegan and conventional proteins. After our salads, eleven received a well presented chicken dish. Two boneless, skinless breasts, resting on whipped potatoes, and steamed baby carrots. Brown gravy covered most everything.

The vegan at the table had an eggplant/mushroom plate. The thinly sliced eggplant is stacked with mushrooms and topped with a julienne of turnip. A light sauce finished the presentation. A non-vegan apple tart and coffee was offered for desert. Most at the table would not recommend the chicken. I enjoyed my vegan dish.

Very dissapointed. Came with my hubby on a business trip. He said we were staying at the Hilton. I was so excited. Until we arrived. No pool. No fridge. No microwave. And be prepared to pay 23$ per day for parking. Totally not worth the stay, for what you are charged.

Rooms for very nice clean comfortable morning buffet breakfast should be a four star should have had more better food in the morning it was kind of on the go breakfast stuff but other than that the hotel is beautiful

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The rooms don't have a bath tub but the walk in shower is really nice. They have a decent sized desk to get some work done and plenty of outlets to charge devices. The only inconvenience is the parking. It's detached from the hotel and is a bit of a walk. If you have a lot of luggage I would just valet. Other than that, I've had a great experience.

Lovely location near stores and great food at the restaurant. Employees are very nice and helpful.
