Stayed in a newly renovated room, decor looked great from the the lobby to the room! Upon check out there was a small hiccup due to a room mix up but everything was handled smoothely and corrected. Didn't dine or check out other amenities since my stay was brief but the bar/ restaurant looked nice.
Would recommend.

Rooms do not have mini fridge/bar, no microwave, no ventilation in the bathroom, and ice is on the 4th floor. When it really should be ever floor. Coffee machine with coffee, but no water bottle to make the coffee. Pricey for no reason. There is some renovations going on at the lobby. $13 SELF PARKING. NO POOL! I have been to many Inn's, and they do way better than this Hotel. Shame.

As with every Hilton I have stayed at, the staff is courteous and helpful. I love the 12 screen wall of local rotating web cams in the lobby. You can walk to. BJ's brewhouse, pizza rev and if you got the loot a Mortons steakhouse. There is also a strip wall close in cse yoi left your belt or socks and need to get a quick item.

Stayed on the executive floor. Room was clean and had access to the executive lounge that offered food throughout the day. It would have been nice if they informed me that they were going to put me in a handicapped room. Everything in the room is exceptionally low as a result, even the shower, which is a little inconvenient to have to duck to shower.

The place was great it is really centered around business so keep that in mind when visiting here. They do not have a pool I believe that is due to it being a business place. I'm not from the area and I'm not used to it but it was $19 to park there at night as an overnight guest. The rooms were pretty amazing. And the floors were quiet. The staff was very professional and the food at the Diner was great

Great hotel for an event. Newly remodeled lobby and restaurant. Great banquet facilities. Buffet was excellent for the event I attended. Lunch is very good and their service is great. Highly recommend.

Our stay at The Hilton in Woodland Hills, CA, was ...

Our stay at The Hilton in Woodland Hills, CA, was the absolute worst hotel experience we have ever had. We rented a $300/night suite on their executive floor, expecting things to be GREAT, as they usually are at that price. But it was anything but. It was 100 degrees outside when we arrived, and our suite had the AC set to 'off' so it was smoldering hot in there for the first 2 hours till it finally cooled down.

As if that wasn't enough, the lights in the whole suite were controlled by a photo-cell. Meaning that every 10-15 minutes or so, the lights went out in the whole suite, and we had to wave our hands frantically to activate the photo-cells to turn the lights on. This would be acceptable in a $40/night roadside motel...but in a $300 Hilton suite, not so much. Extremely cheap touch.

But the most disappointing part of our stay in this hotel was their new, shockingly selfish Room Service policy. We've stayed in lots of hotels throughout Covid, and all other hotels we've been to still offer room service, the only difference being that the person delivering it wears a mask and gloves, then drops it at your door after knocking on your door, or calling you to let you know your food has arrived.

But nope, not the Hilton! In an embarrassingly transparent attempt to take advantage of the current situation and save money, we were told that they had ELIMINATED room service. Why, I asked? "For the safety of our guests' I was told.

Let's review: Having a masked, gloved worker who only uses the service elevator, thus not having any human contact with the guests, then drops it off at your room, is somehow (mystically) endangering the safety of their guests...

Their solution? Every guest must go down to the lobby (spending time in the elevator VERY close to other guests on the way down, followed by lots of close encounters in the lobby. You then have to grab their QR Code on your phone (not a problem at all, but if they really cared about guest safety, they would post that QR code inside every guest room, so guests wouldn't have to make that trip down, exposing themselves to more risk).

Next, you order your food from the front desk. And now you have the option between spending 15-45 minutes in the lobby waiting for your food (while tons of people who could infect you come in and out of the lobby, as well as other people waiting for their food), or going back to your room, then coming back, again doubling up on your risk of getting Covid.

Finally, you get your food, which of course is delivered to you by the same person who otherwise would have dropped the food at your door.

Conclusion: The Hilton (at least this Hilton) shows a shocking lack of care for their guests, willfully exposing us to other guests, instead of keeping room service the way it used to be - a completely safe-for-all drop-off at your door.

I will never stay at a Hilton again after this experience.

Don't believe the staff at the front desk when they tell you that parking for one vehicle is free (validated). They'll still charge you. The only thing good about this place was the size of the room. Otherwise, they nickel and dime you with everything else. No complimentary breakfast. The freaking bar didn't even have a bottle opener. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else; unless you're the type that thinks spending money puts you at a higher class. But if that were the case, why would you pick the cheapest hotel? Oh, and don't bother if you're handicapped as well. The parking garage (which they charge $22/day to park in) is about a hundred yards from the hotel entrance, and you have to walk outside for most of it.

A nice newer Hilton hotel with everything you'd expect. The parking garage is a short walk to the hotel and they significantly over charge for the breakfast buffet, even if you are a Hilton honors member - they only comp you the cold breakfast and charge you extra for the hot. However, the breakfast is exactly the same as you'd get at any other Hilton or lesser Hilton brand hotel. This will likely leave a sour taste for Hilton regulars.

I always enjoy overnights at this property. I've stayed here numerous times. Staff is friendly and welcoming. This is a smoothly operated Hilton. Decor is chic, rooms are clean, well furnished, and in good repair. 1st floor lounge is basic, but very functional. WiFi is fast and strong. Fitness center has a decent selection of Precor cardio equipment plus strength training equipment. A short dash across Canoga Ave by foot will get one to numerous restaurants. Great place to stay.

We had to rent hotel because we got evacuated due to the Woolsey fire. We picked this location because it was reasonably priced in the accept pets. Everything was what you would expect from Hilton. The only thing is the parking which you have to pay for, that's usually expected however the Hilton will charge more than what the actual parking structure charges. The check in with very smooth and the guy at the front counter was relaxed and helpful. The checkout was okay, the girl seemed rushed and unattentive and looked bothered when I asked a question afterwards.

Great location near lots of restaurants and shops most within walking distance. Rooms are nice somewhat updated decor, and nice bathroom. Didn't visit lounge or gym area nor order anything to eat so I can't comment on those.

**Edit**
Not every room has the updated style I believe it depends on the floor but not , the other rooms have the bathtub instead of walkin shower so if that's important to you it might be good to ask at the desk. Lounge is not the best I've seen, typical food and snacks but they so have can coke products. It also seem a bit small and they say it's for elite members but door isn't locked so... Paid parking in a deck

Food was great. Room was very clean with friendly staff. The only issue was with Valet. They were a mess. We had a party event with 300+ people and they didn't know what they were doing. Some of the Valet workers were so frustrated that they were yelling at people.

I have stayed at the Hilton in Woodland Hills several times and I am always happy with my stay. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The staff is friendly. I recommend this hotel for business travel. The only drawback is that I am not impressed with the restaurant.

I was disappointed with my stay. There was no attendant when I drove up and I was unsure were to park for check in. Also had to pay for parking per night and this was not disclosed during hotel booking. Shower was really small. Cable TV had no channels with content for by kids. I don't think I'll be staying at this hotel again.

The hotel itself is nice. Has a bar, place to eat, fitness and business center and a parking garage. Staff was very nice and welcoming. My biggest issue with this hotel is the 20 dollar a day parking fee, the unattached garage and the 5 dollar a day wifi. I am sure this is standard hilton stuff but it was not made clear before booking, even after asking.

This review is solely based on the restaurant as I wasn't an overnight guest. The food was fine. The wait staff was skilled and the ambiance was nice so overall a pleasant experience to that respect. The food, however, was trying to be fancier than necessary. I understand the Hilton has a name to uphold but they either needed to make the food more bar food or ditch the bar food and make it very high end. Trying to fancy up the grilled cheese with maple syrup as a dipping sauce was more odd than appealing. It didn't taste bad per say, but I personally wouldn't order it again. The fried calamari was decent but the chicken wings were just Frank's Red Hot poured on top of a normal wing. I didn't order a cocktail so I can't speak on behlaf of the harm
