5 stars is for the restaurant and bar. The food, drinks, and service were all very good. The hotel is nice too, but the restaurant steals the show!

This place is lovely! Large rooms with spa like bathrooms! When I first walked into my room the beds were freshly made however the bathroom was a little dirty and had hair on the used bar of soap and floor. Also I was unaware that for an additional fee i could've enjoyed breakfast at the hotel instead of driving miles to look for something to eat. Parking is a pain considering it was not complementary and the machine rejected my ticket at times, thankfully guest check in fixed the problem quickly! All in all, I truly enjoyed my stay and will most likely book to stay there again but I will include the continental breakfast.

We had our church service there for City of Angels International Christian Church. The staff was extremely helpful, the facilities were very clean and I would highly recommend it to anyone for a function or event.

Very clean, pretty new, nice employees, good rates, but the restrooms are a tad small, but still get the job done (;

We were booked by Priceline into another local hotel with the same star rating at this hotel (3.5 is the highest in the area) but it turned out to be horrible. We headed straight here instead since we've stayed before and it's as great as I remember!!!

Room had a nice king sized bed. Elevator also moved particularly fast. as to say faster than most, it's pretty cool.

Typical Hilton property. Nicely updated lobby and honors rooms. I decided to add pictures of the gym since I usually cannot find good pictures. Its a decent size, enough to keep me busy. Hope it helps.

Typical Hilton...clean and comfortable. No pool and parking is $17 or more per day. Cheaper than the Warner Center Marriott but not quite as nice.

The hospitality at this hotel was welcoming and it made me feel at ease... The African American host behind the front desk at night was a real pleasure to be around. The food is a little pricey yet my taste buds salivate and craved more food. The rooms are exquisite and the whole hotel is extravagant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all others...

Stayed in an "executive king" room. The hotel felt old. No mini fridge for storing leftovers and the like. It was clean though, just expensive even considering the area.

My wife and I stayed here on points. We were disappointed by the charge for overnight parking, though the room was nice and comfortable. The shower knob was loose and felt as though it was going to break, though it was fairly new. Possibly installed improperly. Only 3 stars as the hotel didn't blow us away in any regard. What we expected for a Hilton.

It's been a wonderful experience, home away from home!!

Rooms are very nicely appointed and freshly updated. We had a room with 2 King beds, which was an usual treat. Bathroom is nice, but somewhat small and fairly basic. Internet was up and down, which is frustrating, but TV was fully high def. Executive lounge is large with typical Hilton fare. Bacon was subbed out for hash this morning, which was disappointing, but otherwise fine and staff is attentive. I'd have no problem at all staying here again.

The staff and the gentlemen at the front desk was great. Liked our stay parking was the only thing that is pricey($20) each day.

Spacious, immaculately clean and well presented rooms with a large TV. Super friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Rooms and lift are now accessible with your phone which is pretty cool. No longer do you need to carry around door cards.

Facilities are okay. There's a gym, but no pool. Parking is extra. I'd love it if there were some fruit in the room or the lobby.

If you opt to go green here with your sheets and towels, the tea and coffee in the room doesn't get replenished because no one services those.

Sunrise from our room. The Staff at this Hilton is fabulous. We have been living here for more then 2 weeks now since the wildfire. The rooms are very comfortable and extremely clean. We really appreciate the fact the hotel is dog friendly. I'm not sure our dogs will want to go home after living here. We have only been treated with the most kind respect by everyone.

The reason for only 4 stars is 2 thing the food in the Executive lounge is really lacking. We have stayed at a lot of hotels all over and it has been so much better. Room service tends to come cold as well. The menu as well of food choices at the property is very limited. It needs to be updated.

The other issue is the lack of pool and sauna. This is California and there is not place to relax.

We stayed there 1 night and my daughter lost her favorite stuffed animal. Security & Housekeeping found the stuffed animal and mailed it to us right away. They saved the day for my daughter!!

Safe and secure hotel, $180 for two King beds, great location, secure parking and many good restaurants within 2 minute drive.

Nice hotel. Very clean. Parking is in a garage and between $16-$19 a day. The room service was very good. No complaints.

Room was great. Not really a destination though, in terms of location.

Excellent staff as exemplified by not only by Marilyn Andrews at the front desk, but including the valets, and housekeeping staff and a dog friendly policy made an unexpected trip a pleasure, but a second a couple of weeks later went just as smoothly as well. Will be back in the area in about a month, and there is no question of where I'll stay.

My girl friends and I felt really well taken care of, rooms are clean, nice and quiet area, but, the valet parking guys Chris and Marcos made our stay such a great experience. Thank you Hilton. We look forward on our next stay.

Not so much of a view from the hotel room that I stayed in except for two all buildings. But a good loation to explore surroundings if you're a tourist. Rooms are kept clean no complaints.

I lived staying at this hotel. Hotel was clean except the wall in the bathroom by the sink which has some stains that looked like toothpaste which wasn't cleaned. Other wise, breakfast food was good. Staff was nice. I wish the lounge will have some water and coffee at night free for guests like other hotels that will be very nice. I. The morning they had water out. At night you had to purchase everything unlike other hotels. The views from the room I stayed was nice. House keeping staff and the kitchen staff were very good.

Was there for a professional. Lobby was pretty and there have a Starbucks there.

Staff was very accommodating and extremely polite. However in this day and age of wi-fi it is a pure scam to have to pay 11.99 a day for this what should be free service. If this is indicative of other Hiltons this will be my last stay especially without a refrigerator or Microwave. Marriott offers these guest services free of charge

Here for a career fair. Seemed nice bathrooms okay, but conference room really hot, and the parking is too expensive.

Hi there. I stayed at this property last night. Everything was awesome until 2am when the motion activated sensor light in my room decided to turn on at 2 am. I woke up startled and turned it off. It happened again at 2:30 and 3:00am. Finally I got back to sleep and it did it again at 4:45. I called the front desk furious, turned it off again and slept for a few hours. I checked out around 9:30am told the front desk person what happened and told them I wanted a refund. The manager called me a few hours later and told me that engineers checked the light and found everything ok(did they check it at 2am?- nope) and offered me a 20% discount which is not acceptable to me. I stayed it this hotel 1 time before without incident. I have a project in the area and would be staying there every few weeks but not now.

Staff was professional over the phone, however, there was a price increase within minutes and when i called to ask if they could honor the price, they refused to do anything about it. Very disappointing, been other places where we were immediately taken care of.

Very friendly staff, large comfortable rooms with bathtubs. What more could you ask for?
