Came here for a off-site for my company. They offer valet and self parking. They have a bar and gym too, I believe. Got a room here a few years ago and the rooms were old and outdated but I've heard it's been remodeled since. When Barrack visited years ago and stayed here, in the presidential suite. The service was good, staff is polite and attentive. There's lots of food options around; not sure if they offer food inside the hotel.

Per usual, Hilton is wonderful. Self parking is close to the hotel. It's about $18/day. The rooms are new, clean, and modern. They have a noon check-out time. Their soaps smell wonderful. I would even come here to have a drink in the bar without having a reservation here. It's very nice. If I had to critique (a) that the water pressure was a bit low, but it didn't impact my experience, (b) I didn't know where ice was on my floor and there were no signs, but it wasn't hard to find. It's right by the elevator bays. I was just on the wrong side. What's not to love?

Ideal location near Woodland Hills/ Northridge area. Well renovated and maintained rooms are hotel's focal point. Rooms are clean with designer touch everywhere in the lobby and room. Excellent matching colored decoration and modern bathroom is just beautiful. Personable and friendly staff's accommodation is big plus. It is definitely worth coming back.

This Hilton was remodeled and is one of the nicest hotels around in Woodland Hills. The staff and super nice especially in the restaurant and bar area. I stay here a lot and they all know me by my first name. I would stay anywhere else. Thanks Hilton!

The newly designed rooms are well done! It's rare to find hotel rooms with two king beds. The staff is incredibly friendly as well. The hotel is also fairly quiet, but it is walking distance from The Village, which has plenty of restaurants and stores.

I made a simple request to the cleaning staff and I was told to let the front desk know of my request which I did for 3 days straight and it was completely disregarded so I had to talk to a manager for the staff to finally fulfill my request and it was only followed 1 day out of the whole stay I was there. I had to pay for parking that every single time I had my ticket validated I had to have an attendant come and let me out. Then they tried to double bill my credit card which I had to call the company and ask why and no one could give me an answer. When I asked to speak with a manager I waited in the lobby for 20 min when I asked how much longer it would be the same desk attendant asked me is there something I can help you with. I have worked in customer service I thought that was the first thing you ask them to see if you can resolve the issue and if not then you call the manager by the way who never showed up. For the money I spent I felt like the service should been better. I also made the mistake thinking I'll stay at the Hilton and I wouldn't have very many problems. From now on I'll be staying at a different hotel. I was not impressed at all. Hilton you need to do a lot better.
A customer who paid $1400 for poor customer service.

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Having a restaurant and bar on site was a plus. They have a $20 breakfast buffet. Great location. Close to mall, eateries and about a 30 minute scenic route( NO traffic) to the beach!

It was my second stay at the Hilton. In both cases i was staying due to business reasons. Check in was fast and the staff in the front desk was friendly. Rooms are modern and spacious. My only complaint is about the noise isolation. I could hear the noise coming from the street the whole night

This property has an elegant charm in it's layout. It is tucked within a business community complex. This hotel has a bit of secluded privacy which offers a bit of mystical Oasis. The food is pretty good as well. Also, the restaurant on the property is has an upscale flair with very cozy decorated furniture. The room are really nice a comfortable.

Clean, staff was helpful, renovation looks clean, still has construction smell.

morning Lobby desk staff was inattentive while I stood in front of them waiting to check out. Dog areas are small for them to poop/pee.

Front desk very welcoming. Hotel is clean, halls look like they've been recently upgraded with nice capeting all wallpaper. Above average room with balcony. On the negative side: No pool. Front entrance under construction as of 8/1/2015. When comparing hotels in the area, remember to add the $13 per night parking fee for the not-so-convenient ramp behind the hotel. Could do without the gang of over-anxious to please, but unprofessional valets guarding the front entrace. All in all, I think this hotel is improving and will probably deserve a 4 star rating by the time you read this review. I would stay here again.

Located right by the Warner Center, Woodland Hills Hilton is very close to shopping centers and restaurants within walking distance. The staff is friendly and the rooms are quite clean. If you are staying for a few nights, be sure to get your parking ticket validated.

If things aren't well, then they will make it right. I have always found the amenities accomdating as expected and the staff friendly. Their restaurant and executive lounge are both great places to just relax on property. They're executive lounge offers hot breakfast and hot dinner M-F. Drinks during the evening will be at lounge discount price.

Should you desire something different, BJs is a healthy walk (<4 minutes) just behind the property.

The parking fee is annoying but not unreasonable. If you validate or pay at the hotel desk instead, it will count towards your Hilton Status Points.

Having been at this property often, though they are all great, I have found Jessie to be one of the best desk managers. She remembers me by name and preference. Can't put price on that kind of relationship.

Very clean and confy business hotel. I've stayed here three times in the past couple of years. The rooms are big and very freshly renovated. I recommend the bed and breakfast package which includes a breakfast buffet. You can order eggs any way you like, and the buffet has plenty of healthy, and also bacony choices.

Always have a great experience here location staff price the amenities it's a really great great hotel the only thing I would say is what the parking is a walk and they should have better parking situation for not as expensive but other than that it's a good hotel

Very nice large bedroom with two king sized beds and well appointed. Bathroom could have been a bit larger to match the room but still acceptable.

I am a Diamond member but the executive lounge was really poor. The snacks and breakfast could hardly have been worse and were determined by a very small budget. A few soft drinks but any alcohol including happy hour were chargeable. The room was not somewhere you would want to hang out.

This place is amazing! The people, atmosphere and employees all make you feel seen and cared for. The valet guys are so personable and are always smiling! The housekeeping staff and the employees in the executive lounge are so friendly. I love this place!

Room doors are to thin, heard everyone walking and talking out in the hallway till almost 2:00am. Took Clorox wipes to the surface areas around the room, and wasn't as clean as one might like. On the flip side staff is very polite and accommodating. Valet put a scratch on my fender, but they removed it promptly. "Omar" was the best Valet, prompt, no scratches, and never changed my seat settings, thank you "Omar". Front desk people and head of Security were really great, wish I could remember their names. Not a bad stay, but room for improvement. Fix those doors Hilton!

The first room smelled very strongly of weed. They moved us to a second room which was humid and hot. They had to call the engineer over to see what is going on. He fiddled with it but it didn't improve much. They had to change our room for a third time. The rooms are dirty and dark. Would not return and would not recommend to anyone

The Hotel and rooms are very clean. The bed has goose down pillows, comforter and mattress top which makes a very relaxing and comfortable sleep. Personally, I couldn't ask for anything more from the Hilton in Woodland Hills. I highly recommend this great hotel!
