Room was nice. Clean and comfortable. Ordered room service and was not disappointed. Overall the staff was friendly and one staff member I saw walking through the hall stopped to ask me how my stay was going and if I needed anything.

We enjoyed our stay. Newly remodeled rooms were great. We really loved that our rooms had two king sized beds rather than two queens. Staff was great, always cheerful and welcoming, even early in the day. Bar was not so great. Very slow service.

Currently staying at Hilton Woodland Hills with my family. Nice modern style designs and clean atmosphere. The complementary food and drinks at the Hilton Honors Lounge was great. My only complaint so far is the customer service. Front desk staff isn't welcoming and friendly, and if you have a question they give an annoyance type of vibe. So far the best customer service we've got was from the woman hosting at the Hilton Honors Lounge. I don't know her name but she was kind and helpful. Plus we had some trouble getting to our room on the 12th floor, and only 1 elevator seems to work for us. Don't know if anyone else is having this issue, but that should definitely be fixed.
Parking is expensive at $20 and the event I attended did not validate but you can park across the street in the LA Fitness parking lot if you're a member just watch out for the security guards. I can't rate the hotel as I didn't stay there or have an opportunity to eat at one of their restaurants but if the box lunch they prepared was any indication all I can say was thumbs down. I had a crappy and I mean crappy ham sandwich. It's not a great neighborhood and I think they mostly do corporate events. Overall the decor was nice.

The hotel room was very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location isn't too far from the 101 freeway which makes it convenient to where you need to go. The bar in lobby had reasonably well priced drinks and finger food.

My family has held multiple events at the Hilton Woodland Hills now and they never cease to amaze. The staff are very friendly and cater to every need. If you're looking for somewhere to hold your next event, I highly recommend you check this place out.

I love the location of this hotel. It's near shopping centers but away from traffic. Beautiful, clean and modern rooms. They have nice showers in the room without a bathtub. I will ask for a bathtub next stay.
First, front door attendants excellent, front desk folks fantastic. Room, ahhhhh. Was just in the desert (29 Palm), now real relaxation!
My stay at the Hilton was superb. I had a back procedure stayed at the hotel just to recover the first 24hrs. The front desk attendant was helpful even up graded my room. The parking in the other was a hassle. I felt discriminated because of the color of my skin and my name. I would stay at the hotel I would never ever park my vehicle in their parking structure. The experience with the parking company was just awful

I stayed in the concierge level. Rooms are a tad small but very nice. The hotel bar is a bit overpriced and they have a very weak pour, so go somewhere else if you want to have a drink. All in all I would stay here again.

The food in the restaurant was incredible. I recommend for dinner the Rosemary Chicken. Staff was very professional and the room was excellent. Visit the restaurant for dinner or breakfast.
