This was our first home buying experience and Sonya was our loan officer, financial guide, answer depot for everything home buying-related, encouragement, spirit lifter, funny storyteller, operator of calls/texts/emails at all times of the day and night, stress reliever...well, you get the point. Sonya seriously answered every possible form of communication immediately, and always had easy-to-understand explanations for all questions (and we asked a lot of them). She goes above and beyond in all aspects and she is super funny and personable to boot. Absolutely the complete package!
