Bob and the folks at Triumph Lending were a pleasure to work with. Our bid on the home we purchased was the second bid accepted. Bob and the team had less than optimal time to work the process but, they were always timely, patient to explain each step and got us accepted and to closing in time. We are grateful for their help and will recommend them to all those we know who will be seeking mortgage advise in the future.
