Bought a truck from Net Direct after shopping around and considering buying a new truck and lifting it. I told Samantha what I was looking for and she updated me as she saw trucks that fit my criteria added to their inventory. My experience all around was way better than dealing with any other dealerships. I had a pretty good rate with my own bank and they were able to match it so the whole process was very easy. When I arrived at Net Direct, it was like rolling up on a big kid s toy store. They have hundreds of lifted trucks, SUV s, and Jeeps in any color you d want. I had been speaking with Mac and he had my preferred truck ready for a test drive at our agreed meeting time. Lifted trucks simply ride and handle differently, so Mac said to take as much time as I needed. They go to meticulous lengths to make these vehicles as close to new as possible. After an hour or so of test driving and looking over the truck, I made the decision to buy. Their pricing is fixed and published online, so I knew exactly what I was paying before I ever scheduled the test drive. There is a very short credit form and I was approved within about 10 minutes. Jacob in the credit department did all the paperwork and was friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job explaining some warranty options, but was never pushy. At no point in the entire experience was there ever any pressure to buy. Because of a previous engagement I picked up my vehicle the following day. Mac had it completely detailed inside and out, full of fuel, and drove it up front for me. We did a final walk around and I drove away. The entire process was easy, transparent, no-pressure, and professional. I would highly recommend Net Direct to anyone looking for lifted vehicles and they will be my first call when I buy my next one.
Amazing place and awesome people!!! My fiance and i landed in fort worth at 1:30 in the morning and they had a driver waiting to take us to the hotel!! They picked us up the next morning and took us to their facility where we were greeted by samantha who we had been talking to for weeks. She pulled our truck up to the door and we were blown away!!! The truck exceeded our expectations. There was not a scratch on it!! Literally like new!! We drove it 15 hours back to Illinois and it drove and rode like new!!! Great people, great low mileage trucks!! We will definitely be back and i would recommend them to anyone. They really are a class act!!!

I bought a truck from NetDirect Autos on 8/09/18. It s 4x4 central when you drive into parking lot. Upon entering building, you get a warm family feeling. Met with Greg Dalton. This guy was extremely helpful, full of energy and had a great sense of humor. It took roughly 45 min or so to pick out a truck, sign contract and truck was detailed and ready to go. I had owned many trucks in the past and this by FAR hands down is the best experience ever. If I could I would give them 10 STARS.

Worst experience ever the salesman was a Jackass! Think his name was Chris... he was rude didn't want to even try to make a deal answered his cellphone 3 times while talking with me. Never once asked what I was going to put down or ran my credit. He was preoccupied with his phone he wanted me gone! For all he knew I planned on putting $10,000 down. He didn't want to make a deal! I will never recommend them or go back! His cubicle was the last one on the right in the corner!

I looked everywhere for MONTHS trying to find my 2019 Titan. I had a very specific truck I was looking for and refused to settle for less. I scoured the internet for hours, went to dealers (only to be swindled) and just about lost all hope until I found Net Direct Auto. I found the exact Titan I had wanted for the last 3 years. I spoke with Joe who guided me through the easiest truck buying experience I had ever had. It was a breeze talking to him about what I was looking for. I was slightly skeptical about ordering a vehicle remotely and having it shipped across the country, but Joe assured me that they had been in the game for years and lifted trucks are what they do! I placed my order, put down a heafty down payment of 20k (I had been saving for close to 3 years, bound and determined to secure my Titan).
Within no time this beautiful truck was delivered from Fort Worth to my doorsteps appearing BETTER than what it looked in the photos online. Now I'm the proud owner of a 2019 Nissan Titan with a 5.0 Turbo Diesel Cummins, a true powerhouse and just such a beautiful truck to look at. I get so many compliments when I'm out and I always tell people about NetDirectAuto and how I could not have been happier with my experience.
To anyone reading this, they are the real deal. What you see is what you get and they won't try to play you like a salesman. They genuinely care about their company and more importantly, they care about what they can do for you. This was made obvious when working with Joe and a few other folks who guided me through their car buying process.

I ve purchased 2 trucks from Net Direct.(16 & 20 ) both trucks had alignment issues. The first one I took back to them to check & do the alignment and install 2 new front tires. The alignment was never done after lift(per Net Direct representative). Got fixed then and there. Fast forward 4 years. New truck(2nd) felt like something was amiss in the alignment(not as bad as before but still questionable to me). I decided to go to a reputable alignment shop and they checked it, the toe was off pretty good and caster was off as well(not like the toe). Steering wheel was off center. All in all, the process was ok dealing with sales and such. They have to do a better job on Quality Control.
Great experience. Loved the selection of lifted trucks. Highly recommend as the company means it when they say the want to change the car buying experience.

On the outside, this dealership does not look nearly as flashy as others in the same category but what you find on the inside is personalized services, warmth, and friendliness. What I found to be of the most value to me was their honesty, integrity and a price that is hard to beat.

This was the first time I have ever made such a large purchase sight unseen, but man am I glad I did! From the initial sales talks with Jordan and Jacob, to the financing with Jeremy, all the way to the AMAZING cleanup job to get it ready for pickup done by James... literally a flawless experience. And I mean better than any in-person dealership transaction I've had over the years. The truck was even better in person than it was in the already impressive photos on their website. Whether you live close enough to drive (mine was only 5 hours) or have to fly in (a couple was there picking up their truck to drive home to Los Angeles) or even have them ship it to you, I promise you won't be disappointed. I purchased a 04 Ford F-350 that was supposedly owned by the accountant that worked there. I was assured that it had been well taken care of and that there were no issues. On the way back to Ohio, the truck was running very hot. Once home, I had the thermostat replaced and rarely used the truck until this past month. I was pulling a 3,000# trailer and it overheated again. I had the fan clutch replaced, then the water pump, another low temp thermostat, then the head gaskets, machined and mic'ed the heads, oil cooler, EGR delete, and finally when nothing else solved the problem, the radiator. That's when all the pieces of the puzzle came together. The radiator was full of Stop Leak. The previous owner obviously had the same problem and filled the radiator full of Stop Leak. This clogged the engine oil cooler and eventually got hard and partially clogged the radiator causing the engine to continuously overheat. The overheating eventually cracked the head gaskets. The previous owner had these replaced, but re-used the stretched studs and did NOT torque down the heads to OEM specs. It is very obvious I was sold someone else's problem, and you can't tell me that these issues weren't discussed with co-workers at the dealership before the decision was made to put it on the lot. The salesman was as friendly as can be while I was there, but honesty and integrity are NOT part of the game plan.

I had the best experience buying my 2018 Ford Platinum. I had a specific color and certain things I wanted. I certainly did not make it easy for them. Greg Dalton was amazing. He always kept in touch with with me while looking for my unicorn -as he called it. The customer service is excellent. My wife and I flew in from out of state. They picked us up from the airport. From the time we arrived they took care of us. The financing process with Dale was truly easy. He took care of everything. We were skeptical of buying online. The people down at Net Direct are probably going to think I'm bi polar the way I've been changing my review. I bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Backcountry Edition, 2 months ago. Absolutely love my Jeep. I have been dealing with some issues on it that are covered under the factory power train warranty. Net Direct contacted me after I left a negative review to look at the Jeep. It being a weird warranty issue dealing with the torque converter they were unable to figure out what the deal was when I brought it up. I updated my review again after I took it back to my local Jeep dealer for the second time and they weren't able to figure it out after a week. Now, after getting video of the issue, I'm having to take it back to Jeep. I was pretty upset because I assumed I was stuck with a Jeep I paid $36k for and couldn't get the warranty issue fixed.
So why a 5 star review? The service manager Clay down at Net Direct is one of the best guys I've ever dealt with. Most people that buy a car there will never meet Clay as he works out of their warehouse where the lifts are put on. I'm a Police Sergeant and manage a fleet of approximately 30 Police vehicles. I've dealt with quite a few service managers from our city maintenance and other dealerships. Clay really cares about getting the problem fixed and making sure that you're happy. Knowing what a pain I've had with my local dealer he even stepped in and offered to handle it for me. He also assured me that they weren't going to just tell me it was a warranty issue and leave me hanging. With a guy like Clay as the point of contact I honestly just can't even be mad at Net Direct. Whatever they are paying him is not enough this guy needs a raise!
Sales experience was pretty laid back. I wasn't too serious about getting a new car since I had only had my Silverado for 14 months. I happened to see my Jeep on the website and thought it seemed pretty awesome. I filled out the trade-in form and sent pictures of my truck in. I was working that week so I asked for them just to text me the information. Several texts and a couple phone calls later I was at the dealership driving the Jeep. It was pretty nice to get all the numbers talk out of the way before I even went up there.
If you want an awesome lifted vehicle and don't want to go through the hassle of doing it yourself (paying someone to actually put the lift on can be expensive), then go to Net Direct. I can tell you that you can buy with confidence as if something is wrong with the vehicle they will make it right. If I could talk my wife out of her Lexus I'd take her up there to get one too!

Everything was done through text or over the phone and they went out of the way to make sure it was a pleasant experience. NDAS picked me up from the airport and brought me straight to the dealer where all paper work was ready and waiting. Fastest car buying process I've had in years. While it was the on-line photos that sold me on the truck, It looked FAR better in person so I can't say enough about the quality of service and products NDAS provides. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a lifted truck.

I am extremely satisfied with the way the TJ and his team fixed our situation. They were able to find me the same exact vehicle, a year newer AND with way less miles than the original vehicle I intended to purchase!! They got the vehicle delivered and put the lift and tires on in less than a week, which I know was not cheap for them. They really went above and beyond for me to make sure I was satisfied. First class service!
This was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had! I initially found the vehicle I wanted online so I drove up to Net Direct to test drive and see it in person. I really liked the vehicle and wanted to purchase it so my husband and I submitted our finance paperwork that day. I told them that I had to leave to pick up my daughter from school so he said that they would call and relay the numbers once they got my credit score. A short time later I received a notification that my credit had been pulled yet no one from Net Direct contacted me. The following day was the same, so I tried calling them myself to see what the situation was on financing the vehicle, but no one answered my call. I then emailed them and was eventually contacted over 24 hours later by the finance rep. The finance rep gave us our options and we agreed to the terms only to learn that they had SOLD the vehicle out from under us. I was completely shocked! At NO point was there a mention of putting down a deposit. In fact I had every intention of purchasing the vehicle but NEVER heard back from them!! I found this to be extremely unprofessional, they not only left a hit on my credit but wasted my time!!
Last month I bought a 2009 Chevy Silverado 2500 from Net Direct Auto and I couldn't be happier with the service I received or the truck. This is the first time I have purchased a car online so I had allot of concerns about how it might go. I had been looking for a used truck for about four months so I could keep my new car covered during the winter hear in NJ and I missed having a truck. Net Direct had the exact truck I wanted at the price I was looking for but I was very concerned about buying a truck online without test driving it first. Les Lewis the salesperson I worked with could not have been more helpful. Les and his team spent allot of time with me over the week it took me to make a final decision. I had a boatload of questions and concerns about buying a truck over the internet but Les was extremely helpful. At the end of the day I couldn't be happier. The truck is awesome and exactly as describe. I would absolutely recommend Les and Net Direct.
I ve purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and this was the easiest by far. Flew in and stayed at the Marriott North DFW Hotel I was picked up by a very nice driver and taken to the dealership at their cost. I was amazed at all of the nice trucks on the lot. My Salesman was Joe Solomon and I recommend asking for him or I m sure the others are equally as good. I purchased a 2017 Tundra with 1,700 Miles at a very fair price. I haven t felt like this since I was 8 years old on Christmas morning! When my blue lifted 2016 Silverado showed up and they rolled it off the trailer I literally started jumping and clapping! It was about half the price of buying a new Silverado and putting lift and tires on it. At 20,000 miles, it is a new truck!

I've never taken the time to do this (write a review)...so the simple fact that I am, speaks volumes! These Guys ROCK!!!!! My Salesman, Richard...was so easy to deal with! Very helpful, friendly, easy going, no pressure...& get this! I called before coming to pick it up to ask if he could have "his guys" remove the steps/running boards after I paid for it (I didn't want them)...so when I showed up, BEFORE I even paid for it, he took it around back to have the steps removed...& when he came back a few minutes later...he was dirty from doing it himself!!! LOL He didn't want me to have to wait, because it was gonna be a while before his guys (in an offsite location) could do the work. Now THAT'S Service!!!!
As for the Finance Department...AWESOME!!!!! Jason is not your typical F&I Guy...zero pressure, no bs, he just let me pay for my Truck, & be on my way! I've worked in Motorcycle Dealerships for 32 years, & that's how we roll..so I can appreciate that...

From the first call to Greg in sales to the handshake before I drove off in my new truck I felt that everyone I spoke with was professional. I drove 4 hours to pick up my truck and when I showed up Jacob in Finance had everything ready for me to sign, Greg handed me the keys for a test drive and was in and out within the hour.
I didn't feel treated like you do at most dealerships. Was not pushed one time into spending more money. I told them my budget and they made it work! I'm still in shock with the truck I got!! Couldn't be more happy with everything from start to finish!
The whole thing is nothing but a bait swap shop... You plug your info in and it gives you one number then they tell you their is three boxes that I never added anything into but yet it still let me proceed to them telling me that my estimated payments was not going to be in the mid 600's but in the 800's a month... am I buying a truck and a house?! I'm confused... Nothing but embarrassment here people so move along...

I took my son and his friend looking for a truck and we were all immediately impressed with the inventory. My son is turning 16 soon and was looking for a used truck with low mileage. They purchase late model vehicles and have an impressive process of cleaning, lifting and installing new tires/wheels for all their trucks and Jeeps. This was our first stop and ended up purchasing within days. Samantha (Sam) was no pressure and great to work with. She knows trucks well and answered all our questions about the truck and the differences among the models / brands. The overall experience could not have been better I typically do not leave reviews but this was a great experience. We have had the truck for a few weeks now and very happy with the purchase. I highly recommend this dealership and suggest asking for Sam.

TJ (Owner) had called me and explained that they had made a mistake and wanted to make sure I was happy by finding me a better truck than the first for the same deal. The Net Direct Team found us the truck we were dreaming of, made all the requested upgrades and totally surprised us with the final result! Net Direct Auto stepped up big time to please us and made sure that everything was perfect for our satisfaction. I have to say this was the best car buying experience we have ever had. It is not very often in today's businesses to find such an honest group of individuals so focused on customer satisfaction and going the extra mile for their clients. I respectfully apologize for making the comment of "Crooks" below to TJ & the Net Direct Auto Team. They are in fact some of the best people we have ever met. We will be buying our next car from them without a single doubt!
PREVIOUS COMMENTS-Crooks! Did all the paperwork to secure a truck that was listed online. Financing complete, all good and secure. Was told to submit the deposit form to take the truck off the market. Submitted form as requested. Called the next day to verify some information and was told they sold the truck to someone else. The Gary tried to sell me other trucks. Don't trust these guys. Secured the truck after negotiating price down and they sold the truck out from under me for a higher price after already securing the deal. Would not advise dealing with them. Shady people.

Easiest truck buying experience by far. I work a very hectic schedule, therefore I'm not able to talk on the phone very often. Through the buying process I ended up texting Joe Solomon, I was only able to actually talk to him twice due to my work load. Through texting the whole process took 2 days, I couldn't be happier with my new truck. Joe set up shipping for me since I live in ND, this is the hardest part of the process, the wait.
If you are considering buying from net direct and you're out of state like me, you will be hesitant at first like I was its ok, if I need another truck i will check with net direct first. What you see is what you get, ask all the questions you need, they'll answer them(Joe did). Just know the price you see is the price you pay they do not negotiate.

Recently purchased 2 vehicles (Jeep and a Truck) from Mac at Net Direct Auto - I could not be happier with the purchases and the process. Everyone is VERY easy going and pleasant to deal with. Also after the purchase I noticed a loose bolt on the spare tire holder - they fixed it, delivered the jeep back to my house, and said they were very sorry - awesome! Best car buying experience ever.
I was in the process of purchasing a truck going through my bank on Monday had purchase order from dealer so my bank could finish the loan app. Net direct auto knowing this, I got the final paper work done from my bank Tuesday morning, told my bank to move forward that morning and then she went to get the draft information from the dealer and she was told that the truck had someone put a deposit down on it that morning. I dont think this is the correct way to treat customers as the dealer should have known that the truck was in the purchase process. To anyone wanting to purchase from this dealer I would suggest on putting a deposit down as they will sale a truck right out from under you.

My wife and I wanted to buy two vehicles from net Direct. We did all the paperwork and were set up for delivery on a Saturday. Vehicles never arrive Saturday and no calls from anyone. We called the salesman and he said he didn t work weekends, but that they would be delivered Sunday. Well, they didn t come Sunday either and no calls. We call the manager first thing Monday and he said that one of our vehicles was sold over the weekend somehow! Well we still wanted the other vehicle, so we proceeded to schedule for delivery again. It was supposed to come Tuesday but guess what....nothing again....then it was supposed to come today (Wednesday) again another no call and no show. I have no idea what the problem is, maybe they sold my truck to someone else too, but nobody at Net Direct seems concerned or will communicate. So looks like we are forced to take our business elsewhere. We were paying cash too, all they had to do was deliver and get the cashiers check. This has been a horrible experience and frustrating to say the least. Obviously they have more customers than they need at this time so I would highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Went here for a job interview. I had only seen truck they have for sale online. They have a good selection of beautiful trucks! Only thing is it seems they all have the same rims which does make it easy to pick your truck cause all you need to do is find the truck you want and all accesories are already on for you. Was hoping I would get the job lol but I'm sure someone with more experience did.

They are handling all my tax, title and license fees for my state, included in my loan. Also GAP insurance and warranties on the tires and rims, along with an extended warranty.
I found the vehicle I liked from their website, then Friday sent them a message and applied for credit/financing. The next morning (Saturday) I received a text from them and called them back. On Monday I was lucky enough to have a buddy give me a ride down to Ft. Worth and finish the test drive and paperwork. They do offer a front door delivery option to your house, if you choose.
