I am extremely satisfied with the way the TJ and his team fixed our situation. They were able to find me the same exact vehicle, a year newer AND with way less miles than the original vehicle I intended to purchase!! They got the vehicle delivered and put the lift and tires on in less than a week, which I know was not cheap for them. They really went above and beyond for me to make sure I was satisfied. First class service!

This was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had! I initially found the vehicle I wanted online so I drove up to Net Direct to test drive and see it in person. I really liked the vehicle and wanted to purchase it so my husband and I submitted our finance paperwork that day. I told them that I had to leave to pick up my daughter from school so he said that they would call and relay the numbers once they got my credit score. A short time later I received a notification that my credit had been pulled yet no one from Net Direct contacted me. The following day was the same, so I tried calling them myself to see what the situation was on financing the vehicle, but no one answered my call. I then emailed them and was eventually contacted over 24 hours later by the finance rep. The finance rep gave us our options and we agreed to the terms only to learn that they had SOLD the vehicle out from under us. I was completely shocked! At NO point was there a mention of putting down a deposit. In fact I had every intention of purchasing the vehicle but NEVER heard back from them!! I found this to be extremely unprofessional, they not only left a hit on my credit but wasted my time!!
