My wife and I were shopping for a simple truck after mine got totaled in a storm. We shopped around for what seemed like forever and then finally found NDAS. Our initial impressions were high after seeing the quality of the cars on the lot. This is not just another used car dealer. They have a wide selection and the cars are in immaculate condition. We were really impressed with the workmanship done on the truck in order to get it in top shape before selling. The truck that we found also had really low mileage, which was a big plus for us. Greg was very courteous throughout assisting us with the sale and made us feel comfortable with the purchasing process.

Excellent!!!! My hubby and I had been searching for the right truck for about a month; we saw a great variety of inventory at Netdirect and decided to pay them a visit. Two weeks ago, we drove from Abilene to Fw and found the perfect truck for our family. The staff is super helpful and friendly, we felt comfortable asking as many questions and test driving any truck we liked. Sergio Barron was wonderful .. and we thank him for his great customer service.

Finding a unicorn is not easy. It takes time. And patience. And a willingness to work together over an extended period of time. I started a search over 3 months ago...looking for something very specific and not easy to find. Joe Salomon and his team were accommodating and provided ample support throughout the process. Of course I looked at other trucks...kicked plenty of tires...and stuffed a number of them in my garage on test runs...but I held out for the unicorn. Then Joe found it...but at that time, we were not in a position to close as the trade value of my car was simply not enough. Letting the unicorn go was very hard for me...but we had a process to follow. When I sold my car in a private transaction, I had the funds needed. So I waited and continued exchanging with Joe. I never gave up on him...and he me. He then sent me a text one day while away on extended travel that he had secured another unicorn. Upon his personal approval that it would meet my needs...I grabbed it. I flew in...and Joe and team made the transaction as simple and quick as possible. All up...it maybe took 30 min to close. Simple and easy. I will probably exchange holiday cards with Joe. Good man. Steadfast. Determined. Easy going nature that makes the truck buying experience a joy. I am very happy. Thanks Net Direct!

1 star is 1 star too many. Don't make my mistake and travel from out of town to deal with these guys. They lie in the ads and over the phone. Just like a couple of other reviews state, the car I came to look at had been in a serious collision and then sloppily repaired. Did they mention it? Nope. "Yes sir, Mr Stamos, this car is like brand new. I'd sell it to my own mother."

This was by far the easiest and fastest car buying experience I have ever had. Richard Barlow and Brantley did an amazing job! Will definitely be referring this company to family and friends.

This place is incredible. They only have late model 4x4 trucks that get a 6 in Rough Country Lift, wheels, and tires. There inventory is vast and the condition of the trucks are outstanding. We came here to buy a 2017 Ford and we were impressed to say the least. Vehicle was clean and ran like a top. Thanks guys, definitely be back when duty calls for the next vehicle.

Very apprehensive at first about buying a truck online, but Net Direct put my mind at ease and made the entire process relatively simple. I even traded them my Jeep online too. All this took place with me being in Kentucky!
They shipped my truck, unloaded in my driveway, loaded my Jeep, and drove off. Done! Shipping is extra and things ran a day late, but s### happens. Samantha was great. Communication was good. She even sent me a couple videos of the truck without me asking.
I will purchase again from there in the future.

I had previously purchased a suburban from a ford dealership in south Texas and had a bad experience and ended up returning the vehicle. So I was nervous about getting burned again but was EXTREMELY impressed with Net Direct. They never pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable. We were in and out very quickly. I really felt like I could trust them. The salesman I worked with drove us to their shop 2 miles away to show us everything and how their business works. I have been very happy with the car and would recommend Net Direct to anyone!

Best experience hands down I've ever had buying a truck. Our salesman Joe let me test drive 4 trucks(one of them twice)and never got frustrated. Gave me an option to look at 1 more if I was interested. He never pushed it but I'm glad he offered it because that's the truck I went with. Great great sales guy. Cant say enough about him. Jacob handled our financial part and he was thorough with everything. Explained everything and took all our questions and answered them. Had a minor detail after I bought the truck and talked to Clay to get it taken care of. Great staff. If you are looking for a lifted truck I highly recommend going here.

Had an amazing experience here. Joe was an amazing car salesman to have and Jacob helped a ton. They didnt try to get my payments at the max amount like most car places, but even got me a better rate so I would be under my budget.

I just completed the purchase of my Bad Ass 2016 Dodge Ram. These guys are amazing. Online Application that was seamless and much of the process was detailed over a few short phone calls. Greg and Steve were great to deal with. Honestly the easiest auto purchase I have ever made. What I like most about buying from Net Direct is that the truck is already decked out with most of the "After Market" add-on's that I would want anyway. Bought our 2007 Avalanche in June, and it was a FANTASTIC buying experience. Our salesman Ed was very helpful from start to finish, the whole process only took a couple of hours. Nice dealership, nice trucks. Very clean, I must start with the good first. Once I got to speak to a salesman he was rude. As we kept on speaking I told him Can you price match me a truck ?
The salesman responded We don t price match, you can leave now and nobody is going to run and chase you out the door very rudely he told me.
The only reason why I asked the salesman if he can price match. Because no where in the dealership website says they don t price match. Also because the other truck was 5 thousand cheaper and with less miles. It was lifted as well with a rough country lift.
I will NEVER recommend nobody here.

I shopped online for weeks for the right truck and Net Direct had dozes of them. Their inventory is outstanding and their service is unbeatable. Samantha was a dream to work with. I highly recommend Netdirectautos if you are looking for a lifted vehicle. These guys have excellent customer service. Not to mention a great selection of vehicles with all new wheels, tires & lift kits. It's almost too hard to choose just one. They have damn good prices too. Big shout out to Joe Solomon and Dale Long for getting me into my 2018 Chevy Z71. It's an amazing machine.

Good service, decent value however the quality of parts is ok. Lift kits are decent but the shocks last about a year. Tires are below average and you ll be lucky to get 30k out of them plus they are louder than most mud terrains and do not balance out.

Richard and Jayson were amazing dealing with me (I was pretty indecisive). We drove up from Beaumont and had our loan preapproved by my credit union and they were very easy to deal with and straightforward. They made the process easy and we were there and gone within the hour.

Net Direct delivered my truck with dents in the hood, very first thing I seen when they unloaded it. Net Direct supposedly never saw them and that it had to happen in transport, bs. After a couple of phone calls, and some pictures sent they passed me around to several different people including the manager and did absolutely nothing. There attitude is well it's your truck now deal with it. So be careful!!!

Robert Barlow was very unprofessional and he didn't even know his inventory. The guy was just sarcastic and annoying. I will never be back, and all managers need to actually pay attention to what their employees are doing. Terrible

I live almost 5 hours away in Oklahoma and purchased a truck over the phone. The entire staff was great to work with, Steve, Greg, and Jordan all helped out. They worked with me on finding the truck with specific features that I wanted, arranged for transportation from the airport, and handled the paperwork and presentation very professionally. I would highly recommend this dealership, and will buy more vehicles from them in the future!

Greg and I where able to handle all the negotiations over the phone including my trade in value of my Jeep Wrangler. The purchase of my truck took a total of 30 min of my time with this including my test drive and paper work.

Only wish I had the option to leave a zero star review. These people are not completely honest with the condition of the vehicles they are selling. Don't waste your time, especially if you are driving any distance at all. They tried to sell us a vehicle that had obviously been wrecked before. When we pointed it out to them, they acted like they had absolutely no idea what we were talking about.

One star for customer service. unfortunately they fit the Used Car Salesmanship. :( Which we all dread. Pr-Sale, Calls are returned quickly. Post-Sale customer service goes way down hill. made a call left voice mail. day later they said "sorry i was very busy today" (meaning, i have already got your money..) did not communicate expectation of time truck would be shipped. Jeremy kept telling me you will get an email today. next day you will get an email today. next day nothing.. Great Trucks.. poor after sale service.. disappointing.

Went out and met with Richard Barlow who showed me some different trucks, but i already had the one i wanted picked out. Test drove and then started the paperwork. Steve in financing was great. My experience with Net Direct was a great one and fast. I live 3 hours away and Rick Garcia my salesman did a great job on helping in anyway he could when I bought my 08 Chevrolet. I purchased my 2016 F150 a little over a week ago and I was very pleased with the whole experience of buying that truck. I spoke with Trevor over the phone for about a week prior to going up to Ft. Worth. We knocked out all the paperwork prior to my arrival. All I had to do was test drive that beauty of a truck and sign paperwork. I was very impressed with the attention to detail they put into these trucks. I Would highly recommend going to Net Direct Auto and getting yourself a lifted truck.

If I could score less than 1 I would. I have wired them $38000. Now I have no truck and no money!!!! Where is my truck. The shipping company they set me up with is not calling me back and ignoring my texts. I looked up the shipping company they used and I see it has a one star on Google ratings. Beware before doing business here. I don't know what to do. Sad to put off the blame on shipping company you hooked me up with. Now I'm worried something is going to happen to the truck. I am paying $700 to have this shipped to me was supposed to be shipped Wednesday delivery on Thursday it is now Saturday and I have no truck.... Not acceptable!!!!!

After being told my truck would be delivered by 8pm it finally was delivered at 1030pm... I'm glad to be done with this unprofessional mess.

Great looking trucks and I wait to see how Clay will address the situation but at least Samantha uses some cheesy sales tactics, Mainly bait and switch. Had me drive over an hour to see a specific truck even checked in to make sure I was on the way but forgot to tell me that the specific truck i wanted had sold because she felt she could show me something else. Truth is I probably would have still come out to see the inventory if she had not been so shady. Clay says he will make up for it we will see.

My name is Nathan, and I am leaving this review approximately 2 years after I purchased a GMC truck from them. I flew down from Illinois to purchase a fantastic looking truck from them. Easiest process ever, best vehicle I have owned, great sales!! No problems in those regards, the problem I have is that I didn t know the vehicle (like most of the inventory) was built in Canada and transported to US. I tried trading in the truck and found this out and now the vehicle was valued much less than a vehicle built in US. If I had known this obviously I wouldn t have purchased, but everything else was great with them!!

These guys were Awesome! The number one thing I liked the most was them not being pushy, Trevor initially contacted me immediately after I inquired about my truck, then i spoke with a Jordan who got me.to the salesman and they didnt bother me 20 times a day to see if I still wanted it like most places do and we know how annoying that can be lol. They were very helpful and well knowledge on what their job is and on the vehicles they are selling. I dealt with Mac as a salesman he is well mannered and polite, he was helpful with what I needed to do since I was out of state, and a good guy down that is down to earth. Dale was my accountant, as we all know most of.them can be a pain but this guy was straight to the point he had nothing to hide, he gave much respect and didnt treat me like a number. I have zero complaints and I will for sure say I'd buy a vehicle from them again if need be, thank you guys I LOVE my truck. And the price

First class people at net direct, my truck broke down over 5 hrs away, I needed a new truck and the dealers close had nothing I was interested in so i talked to Joe at net direct. He was super helpful walkin me thru the truck via text and email. It's hard to do a large purchase like this without seeing what your getting befor hand but they do make you feel very confident in your purchase. There was only one thing I wish I would have seen and would have if been there in person and that was I wish the truck, a ram limited would have had floormats and would have asked about but.....all in all it's a used truck and everything else was and is like new. From time to buy the truck and have it in my hands was about 3 days so....well almost as fast as Amazon prime haha....thanks Joe to you and your coworkers for going above and beyond and as long as you keep sellin low milage like new trucks like this you've got a customer for life.
