I had the best experience buying my 2018 Ford Platinum. I had a specific color and certain things I wanted. I certainly did not make it easy for them. Greg Dalton was amazing. He always kept in touch with with me while looking for my unicorn -as he called it. The customer service is excellent. My wife and I flew in from out of state. They picked us up from the airport. From the time we arrived they took care of us. The financing process with Dale was truly easy. He took care of everything. We were skeptical of buying online.
