NEJ is a revolving door. The owner screams at everybody, and the CFO and HR person walk around seeing who they can fire this month. They seem to think if they keep replacing people that things will change. Doesn't matter how well you do your job if you're not a favorite your turn will soon be up. Save yourself the trouble and don't work there. If you do you have to park around back if you can find a spot because everything in front is reserved for management and special favorites. Very condescending environment.

Joshua Flewelling you got some balls writing a review on NEJ after you back stabbed your former manager. Got in good with the CFO did ya? You really screwed up the IT department then ya bailed. Loser.

Disrespectful. Unprofessional. Told me to shut up when a co worker asked something WORK RELATED and i answered. Was moved and told "today we moving you, but tomorrow they might fire you" when i was working fast and hard. They only saw when i answered the co worker. NEVER AGAIN! They need training in management and how to treat people.
