good quality company lots of opportunity and very great service

Scheduled two weeks in advance and closed shop early to the tune of a $600 loss for carpet cleaning by WBM. Was informed at 5 pm, when I called to confirm prior to moving all equipment, that the crew was too busy and wouldn t make it. Unacceptable.

Terrible company. That clean for the building I work in and are awful. The crew also helps themsrthem to whatever they want to eat on or in your desk. The bathrooms don't get cleaned unless we complain. Not sure why they are kept on as the service. Had stuff also taken off my desk...find another service. Don't use them.

Had a very bad experience. Paid $200 for ducts cleaning $300 for general cleaning. $300 general cleaning for windows SPOT clean only dusting wall, and vacuum floor and mop. This exclude the upstairs ( after calling the manager then only he included the vacuuming). Also, according to the manager Steven, $300 doesn t include bathroom cleaning ( except just the floor in the shower stall) again, after complaining he had the crews to clean it ( very bad job). He sent two very young boy and girl who never clean home before, doesn t know what to do, don t even undersatnd how to use the vacuum for what purpose. Vacuuming the window screen without a brush hose attached, stairs without a stairs hose, corner or baseboard area not clean. All they did was randomly clean here and there ( I have to watch them clean to tell them where need to be cleaned ) no systematic way. Very stressful day and if you have that $300 to waste then go ahead to try them. It s my first and will be my last.

It's a good place to work,the people are pretty much very good to you. The bosses are great!!!!!!

Hard workers that care about the quality of the work they do.

Long story short, they are highly disorganized, do not communicate and do not follow labor laws.
This is a terrible place to work if you have kids (who occasionally become ill) or if you have a significant other who sometimes works out of town.
The office doesn't communicate well with their managers or workers.
They don't have spare keys to the contracted sites.
They expect you to answer your phone on your days off at all hours of the day & night. They also expect you to run the keys to them at 1 in the morning on your day off.
I was told upon hire I would work Thursday and Friday and the job would last between 3 and 3.5 hours. That was a lie. I worked Thursday through Saturday, each night was between 5 and 6 hours.
Upon hire, I explained I would be out of town on a particular weekend. I told my manager I would be out of town... everyone knew. I recieved a call on Thursday (my scheduled time to work if I was indeed supposed to work)
from my manager wondering where I was. I reminded him that I told him & the office about this trip and no one had an issue.
Then I needed to have another weekend off because my husband was working out of town and I didn't have child care. I told my manager twice and the office once about not being able to come in. Again, everyone knew and no one had an issue. I then got a phone call on Thursday at 1130pm from my manager, I text him & reminded him about not being able to come in. Friday/very early Saturday morning at 130a.m. I recieved a phone call & text from my manager needing the keys to a building. I responded at 7am and reminded him again that I did not have child care & could not come in.
The following Thursday I was asked to return all keys. Which I did.
I requested my last check (Thursday via text message) within 48 hours. I received a response of, "ok" and what do ya know? MORE than 48 hours later and no pay. After attempting to contact them twice, I reported it to labor board. I was finally able to speak with someone who informed me they weren't able to complete a direct deposit. I received my check on Wednesday (6 days after my request) and noticed it was not the full amount. After three phone calls and two days later, I finally received the rest of my check. A total of 9 days after my request.
This place is a joke.
