NEJ is a revolving door. The owner screams at everybody, and the CFO and HR person walk around seeing who they can fire this month. They seem to think if they keep replacing people that things will change. Doesn't matter how well you do your job if you're not a favorite your turn will soon be up. Save yourself the trouble and don't work there. If you do you have to park around back if you can find a spot because everything in front is reserved for management and special favorites. Very condescending environment.
