Not good as I expect, service is not good. I stay in cottage, and found dirty space on table, washroom is dirty. Also face some rude behave from receptionist. Location is good, u can directly access beach from resort.
The Resort amenities and ambience looks so good. But the management staff doesn't seem responsible Nd courtesy to.customer concerns Nd issues. Also other than morning buffet every food.item we order is so costly. I still don't believe that I had spent so much amount on a Veg. Sandwich ever in my lifetime.
Resort is located very close to Calangute beach and it's right on the beach. Rooms are spacious and outside room is green as u can see in the photos below.
Booking process has been simple as I directly called their sales office, and Ms. Aamna responded quickly and helped to book 7 villa rooms (despite we started with 4 rooms initially and added one by one till total 7).
Room interiors can be improved. TV channels were not there, may be some technical problem with cable operator, but all 5 days were without TV. Fridge in my room was not working, but were working my friends room.
Morning Breakfast spread is decent, had south india, north indian and continental options with live counter for egg options.
Beach can be accessed from resort from morning to evening 7 pm. Even beyond 7 pm, side security gate can be used to go to beach.
On Chrismas day, there was a nice gala dinner arranged for all the guests with DJ and games. But they closed it at 11 pm. Rs. 2500 was charged per guest which did not include beverages.
Overall it was a pleasant stay.

A good Place along with Calangute Beach vicinity. It is old style resort with all basic amenities such as Swimming pool, Garden, restaurant, etc.
The property has lot of open space and walk path to have nice walk around the property.
I stayed in a Suite room which include king size bed and An extra room space with sofa along with Mini Fridge beside the Gallery.
Staff is polite and do look for our issue's seriously.
The food could be little better with different options to try when we are in Goa we accept some non veg dishes more.
Will refer this place as it is not that bad to stay along with great surrounding.

I will explain both good and bad. I stayed in thier Princeton villa.
Good - they have a internal road that directly connects to Beach. Breakfast is good. Swimming pool is also decent. Peaceful.
Bad - the rooms are clean but if you check the lamps and bed side tables and chair they are very dirty. I had to ask them clean it. They are not properly maintaining it but for me price and the location near beach was of value.
One thing for sure when I told them my problems they did take care of it.
The property is very good and located beside the Calangute beach. There is adequate parking space and internal roads are wide enough. Rooms found to be spacious and clean. Staffs also appeared to be trained and professional.
As regards food is concerned, quality of the food served was good, however, options were limited.
Resort is in good area and resort is decent. Rooms are of good size and comfy too. Pool is clean and hygiene. Staffs are cooperative. However, common area and garden are not maintained and cleaned. Management can put in effort to maintain the greenery and beauty of its gardens. Also, housekeeping is not provided everyday, I had to call reception and request for housekeeping on 2 days. Restaurant price is overrated, so one can get better & cheaper options outside.
Old Style Goan Resort with good amenities for stay. Very helpful staff, good food, place for pool party and a backdoor way directly to Calangute beach!
Its excellent place and good campus food are also nice taste
