Neha Threading and Spa Review

It s always a pleasant to go to Neha threading. The staff is nice and friendly

I have been a client at Neha s for more than 5 years. I go there for threading, pedicures and occasionally I get the Vichy shower. For many years the service has been excellent. Keep in mind the basic pedicure is $40 which is higher in price compared to your typical nail salon. I choose to pay more because of the level of service you get and the atmosphere. Today I was running about 15 minutes late because my brother is in the hospital from having surgery on his spine and I as well was dealing with a serious medical issue. Most place give you at least a 15 minute grace period. I was initially told they couldn t take me when I called to say I was running a little late. Keep mind I was already in route and I was driving all the way from Odenton, MD. So I told them they could cut the service from an hour to 45 minutes. The tech rushed through the service and still had 10 minutes to spare. She could have used that 10 minutes to do parts of the service she skipped over. I expressed my concerns to Neha but I was meet with excuses. She did explain some of techs had recent deaths in their family, which I am empathetic to. However, business is business and the happiness of her clients should always come first. Neha did offer me a $7 discount, but I felt like she really was not very understanding of my feelings or really cared to be honest. Due to the recent stress I was under because of my brother being hospitalized and my own medical issues I came to Neha s to relax. However, I was not relaxed and left there even more stressed out. I am conflicted on if I should return. Keisha (one of the nail techs, she wasn t available to do my service today, someone else perform the service) is an excellent nail tech and really nice. I will definitely do some research to find another spa to go to, because I have been a loyal customer and pay too much money to receive poor customer service.

I haven't tried any of the other services but I plan on I haven't been to Neha in so long but my mother and I think of her often we are long time former customers of her and proud of her very she's like family to us and excellent in everything that she does she was talking about expanding when we're there we're in the salon that she was in before she moved ascrossed the street she takes pride in everything think that she's does and doesn't stop till it's right she's a ppl person very personal and listen and not about the money like other places she works with you I'm sure she's a good person to work for I used to hate when she would go away for a month or to and I would say who's going to do my face it grows so fast every week I was there I know hate is a strong word but when you're comfortable with someone it's hard going to anyone else we love you Neha and we miss you and will see you soon anyone going to this shop or any of her shops will not be disappointed love you Candy

This was my first time at Neha and I will definitely be returning. The inside is so clean and inviting. Everyone is very nice and they have excellent customer service. I felt so rejuvenated after my massage with Olga and Alla did an amazing job with my manicure and pedicure. I got my eyebrows threaded for the first time and they look amazing. If you are looking for a nice relaxing spa day, Neha is absolutely the place to go!

My experience was very relaxing and safe. The suite where I received my spa pedicure and manicure was private with social distancing equipment. My feet look and feel brand new. Unfortunately I have 2 two toes that are different and they look beautiful after my service. Daiva is my nail stylist and she is wonderful.

I absolutely love Neha. I have been going to her for 18 years. Her customer is exceptional but even above that her positive spirit and energy will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. Threading is amazing and so effective, give it a try you will never go back to anything other form of hair grooming. Also, I have indulged all of her spa services...massage, pedicure, Vichy shower, all are outstanding. Her spa location is amazing and she prides herself on giving you an amazing experience. I am a customer who has an immense appreciation for good customer service. Willing to travel the
distance for outstanding service(s) rendered, I would remain loyal to the vendor/businessperson who is capable of accomplishing this task.

In 2000, I had my first experience with eyebrow threading at Usha s Salon on Harford Rd. It was there that I first met Nayha, who threaded my brows. I preferred her to the other ladies because she was professional and had a consistently gentle disposition. Due to my satisfaction with the services Nayha provided me throughout the years, I followed her, left and returned to her services. When I discovered she opened her very own shop in Pikesville, MD, I was elated; not only for the convenience of her new location, but I was genuinely happy for her success as a business owner!

As life would have it, I have gracefully aged; yet, I was prematurely graying with a rogue hair or two in my brow since my twenties. This is not new. What is new however, are the comments and expressed opinions I ve received whenever I would point out visible imperfection(s) with the outcome of the service. In addition, to this newness, I had the need to argue my point or to insist on a correction. Perhaps I am reluctant to change, but when was it ever an accepted practice to argue with a customer?

On more than one occasion, I ve had to endure comments about the location or the number of graying hairs in my brow that prevented the polished look to which I d grown accustomed. When was it ever an accepted practice to insult a customer? When I pointed out an exact location of the imperfection, I was made to feel as if my eyes were failing me. After a few annoying exchanges, Nayha would finally relent and do as I so loyally paid her to do. I was assured after expressing my gratitude for the correction, that she would remember my preference for future visits. But alas! To my chagrin, it would occur again. Was this a sign? I declined the option to purchase the product suggested to conceal my look of distinction.

Perhaps a rarity, but I choose not to defy this natural aging process, but to embrace it.

The most recent occurrence took place with a new brow threader, known as Deepa. Since my obvious annoyance with Nayha, I had happily grown accustomed to the outstanding job she consistently performed on my brows. When I politely declined the suggested sales attempt for face powder, I was asked if I liked my gray hair. Really??? I emphatically told her that I loved my grays. And with that, Deepa agreed, as there were so many! Really??? To add insult to the injury, the cashier asked how, not if, but how I wanted to handle my gratuity! When I declined, she returned my credit card, not to my hand as I d given it to her, but practically tossed it onto the counter. Now I m no Rocket Scientist, but I think I can safely assume, my business is no longer appreciated at
Nayha s Salon in Pikesville.

Can anyone recommend a better service for those of us who are gracefully aging??

I love Neha threading! I've been going there for years and I've never been disappointed. The service is great as well as the staff. It all starts with the owner Neha, she's a true gem and has always been professional, welcoming and excellent at her craft. If you go here, you won't be disappointed!

I have been going to Neha for about a year. The customer service was the first thing that stood out. I instantly feel welcomed on each visit. I hesitated to get my eyebrows threaded, but she made me feel incredibly comfortable. I haven't been anywhere else since! She is the ONLY person who can touch my brows lol.

I always have a great experience here. Definitely worth traveling out of the city for. They are quick, efficient and relatively painless. There's almost never a wait, parking is ample. Service is friendly and they offer great advice when it comes to threading!

I have been going to Neha for my brows for a little over 10 years and she remains a constant in my life for a reason; no one does my eyebrows like Neha! I have recently moved to Chicago and STILL have not found a threader that compares (unfortunately), so when I come back to MD for a visit, I make sure not to leave before getting my brows done by her. Aside from Neha, I have had many experiences with her staff who are all friendly and put you at ease whenever you're having a new service done. Throughout the years, I have received manicures, pedicures, massages, and gotten my hair done there. Additionally, I received my first body waxes ever from Neha Salon and even got my nose pierced there! So you can see from this review, Neha Threading Salon & Spa is a welcoming, reliable, clean, and professional business that takes pride in servicing it's customers. After all of these years, Neha has become more like family to me and for that I am grateful.

I have gone to Neha for 5 years and she never messes up my eyebrows. I've been all over Maryland looking for someone who could do my eyebrows and she's consistently been the best hands down!!! The customer service in her shop is extraordinary. The music is soothing and although she has lots of clients, the line always moves quickly. My favorite part about visiting her shop is the great conversations we have. She's such a beautiful person.

Neha has been doing my eyebrows for more than 10 years. She and the staff are very professional. With COVID and the changing rules that come along with it, the staff still manages to create a warm and caring atmosphere, a smile seen behind the mask all the way to the eyes. Refreshing.

Great experience for me and my lady. Im a big dude and they took great care of me and made me comfortable. Former football player with aches and pains and walked out feeling like I never stepped on the field. Highly recommend the massage with milk bath.

I have known Neha for many years and because I moved out of the area had not been there for a while. I was in the area the other day and decided to drop by to get my eyebrows arched. Well the service is still A+. The staff still seems pleasant and professional and Neha (the owner), as always is very personable. I plan to stop by again in the very near future and tell some of my friends to do the same.

Normally I only do referrals for things like this. But I had gotten tired of driving all the way to Towson for good service. So I randomly googled places near me. Neha popped up. I decided to give them a try and it's been the best decision. The customer service is awesome. I never have to wait long. And their work is amazing!!!! Negative and her staff are wonderful. Open Friendly knowledgeable. You can choose from manicure pedicure massages facial waxing, henna hair dye, henna body tattoo and so much more everything was excellent!!!

Neha is the ONLY person I allow to thread my brows!! I was definitely nervous going my first time since I have naturally thick brows and have had horror stories going to places where they thread/wax them way too thin. But Neha is amazing! My brows are out here flourishing.

I planned to wait until after Covid-19 to go back, but the way things are looking- these brows needed some help! Expeditiously! Was impressed with how clean and cautious the specialists were- cleaning the seat and materials after each customer, and more than 6 foot social distancing. They were more careful than many restaurants I ve been too. Highly recommend!!

I love coming in because I m always treated with respect and valued period. The staff here are friendly, as well as professional. I came in yesterday to get a massage and my nails done. My mother treated me since my birthday was Wednesday. I had a wonderful massage done by Kelli. It was my second time, and she always accommodates me well. I had my nails done by Alla. She s very kind as well, and this was my second time also. I usually just get my eyebrows threaded by Neha, but I m starting to come for other services. I believe the hair stylist are wonderful as well. I just love coming and anticipate on treating my mother to a spa day for her birthday next month. I can t wait to go back to get a massage especially because it feels good. I slept on the wrong side and plus I fell weeks ago. Kelli massaged my upper body to the point where most of the pain faded away. This is beneficial to me since I have a spinal cord injury. Overall, my experience is wonderful.

I had the best threading experience at Neha's! The staff is professional and quick. Neha is so kind and caring. She was patient while threading my brows and did an excellent job.
