I never really thought I would have something positive to say about an auto body shop but arts auto body did a fantastic job in all aspects of the process because the customer service was exceptional the timing was good. The damage done to my car was restored to how the car looked when I bought it new off the lot In the past I had had a lot of bad experiences with auto body shops cutting corners with non genuine parts to make a profit at the expense of the customer. I will make sure that if my vehicle ever needs auto body work it will be taken to arts auto body This business has been around since the eighties for a reason because they are exceptional!!!!!!!!

I Brought my 2011 Honda Pilot In for body damage from an accident. Dealt with Simon who went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and taken care of. The vehicle looks brand new and can't even tell it was hit. They did an amazing job!! Definitely recommend this place for any body work. Thank you Art Auto Body!!

Excellent experience once again...This was the 5th time I had to use Art Auto Body. I have had great experiences on each occasion. I have used them to get rid of minor scratches as well as for heavier work such bumper and quarter panel repair. Each time my car is returned looking like new. I generally deal with Simon who is extremely professional, trustworthy and responsive. I could not imagine using anyone else for my auto body needs!

I brought my vehicle to this shop to discuss a recall on the paint. They were very knowledgeable about the recall and handled everything for me from a to z. When I received my car back it looked brand new. They took care of car rental right there on the premises. I'm so excited to drive this car now like it was the day we bought it.

i was rear ended by a young kid who wanted to settle outside of insurance and i went to 4 local places to get quotes in order to be fair to him. art auto body came in the cheapest, but they also agreed to take care of some stone chips and also mount a trunk spoiler free of charge. simon did an excellent job of communicating with me and made the whole experience quite easy. highly recommended.

They reuse some sub-par parts from the area of your car involved in the accident, and they don t take as good care of your car if its an older model with more mileage. For example, they will detail and clean and polish newer cars while returning your older model vehicle without even taking a vacuum or wash to it like they do others. Not equal service to everyone and it is obvious when you pick your car up and you see them going to extra lengths to take care of other cars (its not like the customer is paying for that, its just what they do). The place across the street is better, been there before and they do the same work on every car and they do just as good repairs if not better in this case.

I have known Martin and his staff for many years. They have repaired too many cars to mention. I unequivocally state that this is the premier auto body collision shop in Rockland County. Superb craftmanship with attention to detail.They act in your interests in negotiations with your insurance company to make sure that repairs are authorized. Customer service is superior. I hate going there because it means another accident or incident but you're treated as if you matter because they actually care --talking the talk but walking the walk. No better collision establishment that I can think of and I say this as a personal injury attorney who has seen many car wrecks. If your vehicle can be salvaged and repaired the car surgeons at Art auto body will at the end of the day make you smile.

Arts auto body is the only auto body shop i will ever use! I hit a deer today on the palisades parkway and thank goodness i was able to drive to Arts auto body. I walked into a friendly environment. Smiling faces and everything. I don't live nor work in the area even so Arts Auto Body is the only body shop ill ever go to. They had a rental ready for me and everything. More than satisfied when I first got the car... car looked better than before the accident and the inside was even detailed! Thank you :)

However, a few days after I found out the battery was damaged and leaking acid, as a result of the accident and had to be replaced by a different shop, as an emergency situation. I just wish they would have triple checked for such damage, that caused me to have a dead battery several times and a terrible rotten egg smell! Luckily someone else figured out what the problem was!!

We had our car repaired here after a fender bender 4 years ago.They replaced the back bumper and trunk lid.
Pretty much immediately the trunk started leaking. We went back and they pushed the seal back to where it should go. (Why wasn't it glued in the first place??)
Over time the leaking issues continued and the carpet in the trunk started to mold. Thankfully, the initial repair was covered by insurance and those have a warranty. So, off to a new body shop (we've moved out of the area) and they found a random hole that was letting water into the trunk. $700 repair later, that plus all the mold damage was fixed.
This is not the end though ... recently, now four years since the original repair, I find that the trunk lid has rust on it. Our spoiler had been re-attached incorrectly and had been leaking water causing the rust. On top of that the shop found more rust in the trunk itself that needed to be removed and then treated with a rust repelling paint.
Thankfully, it is not us who is out all that money, but these errors are not acceptable.

Professional service. Clean but small waiting area. The convenience of having an Enterprise right next door is an added bonus.

Best body shop in Rockland hands down. I am all about having high end cars, but caring for them is always the tough part. What is even harder is finding someone to care for your car the way you do and everyone at Art Auto Body exceeds my expectations when it comes to that. All of the cars we have sent to them are 2010+ Mercedes Benz and BMW's and they always come back looking better than ever. When you are on the main office waiting just take a look at the walls and you will see that they are certified by most car brands and some insurance companies for collision repairs. That speaks for itself alone. High end, low end, does not matter when you go there the end result is always amazing. Their turn around time with the cars is AMAZING. People with high end cars don't think that you will not get quality work from them. They gained a customer for life. They are the top of top when it comes to customer service, repairs, and relieving headaches after an accident.

This place is a smooth operation! I was greeted by a pleasant staff which had the process streamlined. They verified my coverage and got me the total allotment necessary to get me a loaner (on premise) and get my vehicle 100% repaired. Had it washed and ready to go within a week. With my busy schedule AAB made it convenient, FAST & FRIENDLY!!

You have found the best auto body shop. Every person I spoke with is professional, cordial and responsive! Ari and Simone are problem solvers. BMW said my car would take 2.5 weeks to repair. Art Auto Body repaired it in 3 days and at a much lower cost. The experience was excellent and the car looks great. Look no further. Even though they are 30 minutes away from me, I will happily bring all my cars here for repair.

I have been using Art Auto Body for over 25 years. There is no better Auto Body shop in Rockland County. Martin and his 3 brothers are absolutely the nicest people you ever want to deal with. They are most professional, courteous and are patient. I ever never had to return with my car after they finished there beautiful work. Simon who has worked at Art Auto Body is wonderful to work with as is Martin. I recommend Art Auto Body without reservation. You will never be disappointed. Probably the best Auto Body shop I have been to. I went in with my mom to get the repair costs on our 2014 Odyssey. Upon walking in, we were greeted by a very nice and helpful lady at the front desk. She quickly got someone helping us and we went out to look at the cars damage. Not only was it helpful but the person we worked with (who I forgot his name) told us information that I would never think of. I was also surprised with how fast he came out with the estimates. I felt bad when the insurance company told us to find another place to take the car to because I could just tell that doing business with them would have been great, professional and a breeze.

These guys are great! They gave me a more than reasonable price and the work looks really good. And on another occasion when it was being covered by insurance, they have a car rental facility in the same building which made getting the replacement car while they fixed mine, easy as pie! Plus the insurance company was right there too. Really a great one-stop-shopping experience. And they're friendly.

I had an indent on my bumper from a minor collision and got it fixed at Art Auto Body. I worked with Simon, he had a can-do attitude and then he did. The car looks better than it has in a while and he was able to salvage the old bumper instead of purchasing a new one, which saved about $1000. Overall positive experience and I'd recommend Art Auto Body to anyone in need of car repair!

I was rear ended a month ago. The back of my beautiful mustang was destroyed. Once the insurance okayed everything Art Auto Body took only 2 weeks to fix everything. I picked my car up today and it looks like the car was never touched in that accident. She looks beautiful, drives perfectly, and is even cleaner then when I took her in (the interior was in need of a good vacuum at the time of the accident lol) I couldn't be happier with the work AAB did on my car, I'm extatic! Great auto body shop. Very very nice and first class. Doesn't even look like a auto body shop. Everyone that works there is pleasant, friendly and professional. They did great body work on my SUV. Not only did they fix it but they also washed and cleaned the heck out of it inside and out. God for bid i need body work again, I won't hesitate to go back. Seriously it's a very good shop. All around incredibly good body shop. Excellent customer service along with terrific repair service/body work. There was a long delay with repairing my Jeep Renegade due to a back-ordered windshield from ChryslerJeep. Art Auto Body was super attentive, supportive and helpful through the entire process. I had full confidence in them getting the job done! Ari was my point person, and he was really terrific! As were all the other employees I dealt with. Hopefully you'll never have to go a body shop, but if you do.. I can't say enough good things about Art Auto Body.

This body shop is absolutely horrendous. We had comprehensive insurance work done here and the car has been in three times and they still can't get the job right. Picked up the car the first time with three careless problems they screwed up. One being not repairing the bumper. We brought the car back and told them what needed to be fixed and a week later it was picked up with two of the problems not addressed only to have to bring it back again a third time. They fixed both problems but just as shoddy as the first time around. I'll have to buff out the issues since I am not leaving the car with this business a fourth time for what was a simple front end repair. I have been doing collision work for about twenty years and and these were all careless obvious issues that should have been addressed before the car was ever claimed to be finished the first time around. I wouldn't recommend the place to my worst enemy. We will be making complaints against this company to the insurance company as well.

Eventhough it's not a place you visit everyday...when you do you're greeted with smiles and a warm hello...makes you feel at home. They tend to your needs and right away they want to take care of you. Thier work goes without saying. Very professional facility and very clean may I add. I took my car in 08/2012 to paint the back and touch up some scratches on the rest of the car. They painted the rear bumper, and the rest of the job did not finish, and they have a nerve of charged me 1400.00, next time I'll drive over the bridge and have a service really done.

Art auto body is definitely better than most body works in this area. Martin arranged a loaners car for me as i managed to wait 2 weeks for it.

The estimated time was 7 days for a rear bumper and indicator replacement. But I got the car after 15 days. Definitely art auto body had managed to do a decent fix than most, but they don't do a high tech 3-D structure check on the body with the other parts as advertised in their office.

There was still a gap difference on the trunk alignment between the left and the right side of the indicator.
The welding is not high quality industrial welding. It was a manual and left marks from the inside.

They did a decent job and not extraordinary as advertised by them and took a longer time.

Wonderfully people. Family owned business you can trust. They explain everything to you, and never surprise you with extra costs or delays. They communicate well and keep your best interest in mind. Also a huge plus that they also have an enterprise rent a car office in theirs. So pick up and drop off are seamless!! Don't trust anyone else for your body work. You won't be disappointed!

All I needed was shielding on the bottom of my car and they made up 500 dollars worth of cost just to get more money. Horrible

I ve used Art Auto Body on two of my vehicles as they are an approved repair shop for my insurer. It was the best referral I could ve received. They handled all of the paperwork and payments through my insurance plus the on-site rental company (Enterprise) made it easy for me to just grab some temporary wheels while my car was in their very skilled hands. Their work is top notch. You would never suspect my car had been damaged. And they delivered my car to me on time and in pristine condition (the car was detailed!). Simon and his crew are all wonderful professionals and I would use them again even if I wasn t going through my insurance.

This was my fist time here. Simon was was absolutely amazing. He made the entire process for me very easy and worry free. I will definitely recommend Art Auto Body, my car came out beautiful and I am happy with the entire experience. Not too sure about the front desk receptionist, she can use some customer service training.
