Every experience I've had at Neha's Salon and Spa has been absolutely spectacular! I love the way Deepa does my eyebrows. I will NEVER go anywhere else for spa or salon services. The employees make the experience extra special by providing exceptional hospitality as soon as you enter the building. Their spa is absolutely breath-taking!

Neha has a way of just making you feel important and beautiful. My only service has been eyebrow threading but she is welcoming and hugs everyone. My Only downfall is the wait. With that said, the new music Neha plays is notably... different... she told me its Indian prays/meditation music for good energy? It's her shop, but I wouldnt blame you if you brought headphones to vibe to your own stuff

I had a wonderful experience at NEHA. The entire staff was friendly , and my stylist, Kyra, was the sweetest, most encouraging, and knowledgeable stylist I ve ever met. She was very gentle with my damaged hair and taught me how I would be able to bring my hair back to life. Although this was my first time visiting the salon, it will certainly not be my last.

Scammers; check your fees. Most likely they are over charging you and getting away with it. Make sure you calculate your own fees. Also, Service is disrespectful and skills are okay.

I visit Neha s on a biweekly basis and have done so for the past 2-3 years. My usual services are eyebrow threading and upper lip threading/waxing. My usual tech is Neha! She s AMAZING on so many levels and her energy flows through the shop and the employees. I also recommend Sonu!! They work magic and are great with all eyebrow shapes and sizes! I LOVE IT THERE!!

I visit Neha's periodically for threading and henna services. Today I branched out and got a massage to help with frequent headaches. The service I received from Jessica was exactly what I needed, and I felt so much better after - I would definitely recommend the massage services. I also got my brows threaded by Neha and it was wonderful as always. Prices are fair and it's always inviting and friendly - not to mention very clean looking. Can't wait to go back and try more of what they have to offer! :)

threaded this year & I love it. The salon is also following covid protocol by sanitizing the chairs before the next customer, using and providing hand sanitizer & everyone is required to wear a mask.

After my last review I decided to let my eye brows grow out, today I called to see if Neha was working and once it was confirmed I sent in, spoke with her explained who I was and the review I left and like always she was very welcoming and asked how I was and that she hadn't seen me in a while and I explained to her everything to refresh her memory and she took me too her chair, and hooked me right on up, such a professional. She was very apologetic about my last visit. Thanks Neha will see you soon. Have a great new year

Today I came here because I have an interview tomorrow and my eyebrows needed a clean up. No appointment was needed. My original eyebrow lady told me she wasn t working this week so I ended up finding this place on google and went since it s only 5-10 minutes from my house. I am very picky with who touches my eyebrows from bad experiences but I thought I d give this place a try because the reviews convinced me. The receptionist, Maya, is very sweet & patient. She greeted me with a big smile & she would answer any question I had regarding the products on the shelf s. I also love how they sell jewelry there too and the place is nice & clean. The lady who did my eyebrows is named Sanu & she left my eyebrows perfect. I have thick eyebrows and that s how she left them with a beautiful arch. While she was threading my eyebrows I felt relaxed and it did not feel any pain. Truly, I am satisfied with my visit from the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out. I felt comfortable and for now this is where I will be going. I highly recommend to anyone.

I started going to Neha for eyebrow threading over 12 years ago before she had her own salon when I was going to school in Baltimore. She is the only specialist that can thread my eyebrows to make them symmetrical. She understands the technicality behind the structure of the face and how that affects the symmetry of the brows. Due to quarantine, I took the opportunity to grow out my brows and decided to make the HOUR drive to her salon in Pikesville. She is just as refreshing, professional, and kind as she was when I met her back in 2007. I wish I lived closer to her salon. Nonetheless, I am a customer for life and I highly recommend! I look forward to going back in the future to try out the other spa services.

YEARS ago, I had a bad eyebrow wax that took out a chunk of my eyebrow. I ve tried serum s to grow in the hair but I have always had a missing spot. I recently let them grow for a couple of months and came here to get my eyebrows threaded and shaped. The way they did it, you can t even notice the missing chunk!!! LOVE IT. Highly recommend.
