Neha Threading and Spa Review

I love Neha and her staff members...every time I go in there to get my eyebrows threaded, I am in and out. I am always greeted at the door and the customer service is excellent. They are very professional and knowledgeable about skin care, hair and facial. I recommend this place to family and friends. By the way I been going to Neha threading salon and spa for 5 years and I am going to keep giving her my business. Thank you Neha and your staff for a wonderful job.

Went for the spa week special. Overall massage was good and enjoyable. The environment was nice but the waiting room and massage room were too cold for me.

Neha is the best. Very kind and professional. Top notch service. She is the only one who can get my eyebrows perfect. Everyone in the salon is very nice. I have also used the spa services and I was not disappointed.

My first time there. I took my son on his 15th birthday March 13th2020. . Trevor got a Swedish Massage. He told all his friends and they were impressed. I have told family and friends about our Beautiful experience. I plan to use this soap as birthday and holiday gifts to family and friends.

My massage was excellent and so relaxing! My masseur was so great, she was so mindful of me and any particulars that I may have had. I give Olga two thumbs up. I will definitely be going back again...more sooner than later!

I like to say this salon was very inviting the owner was very welcoming she and her staff was very nice. My massage therapist was Olga . She did an amazing job . She knew just what I needed .

I was a faithful customer from the time you were across the street in the smaller building and only did threading. When the business expanded, I tried to support all of the spa services. However, I have seen over time rhat the quality has progressively diminished. The last straw was when I requested a back facial and realized that I only received a back scrub and lotion with products that you can obtain from the Walgreens across the street! I've gotten several back facials from other spas, and I know that this service is supposed to be as thorough as the regular facial. I spent $50 for something I could have done in my own shower. Also, the bed did not warm and the room was ice cold. How do you expect a client to relax in that type of spa setting? When I mentioned it to you, I only received excuses. I resolved to never get a spa service again, but to only use your threading service. However, I've noticed that your threading chairs are like revolving doors. You used to enploy great quality threaders, so much so that I never had to specify who I wanted. However, it seems that the best threaders always leave your business. In my last visit, the only available threader took too much hair off of one of my eyebrows. I mentioned it to her and she said, "It will grow back." Really??! THAT was my last straw with your business altogether. It has been 10+ years, but I no longer want to try to make this relationship work. A customer should feel special, and when we mention something that you need to change excuses and dismissals are not appreciated.

I lived in LA for 3 years and when I moved back home to westminster I wanted to keep having my eyebrows threaded. I found Neha threading and have been so happy over the past 11 years! I once didn t have time to travel to reisterstown and so I went to a place in westminster, it was over priced and took 3 times as long. I will ONLY go to Neha threading from now on! Love this place, all of the ladies are friendly and do such a great job :)

Highly recommend this awesome 5 star establishment. The staff is always polite and accommodating. The customer service and professionalism is exemplary. Neha has done an excellent job at creating an atmosphere that is more of an experience than just getting a service provided.

Excellent Service, Courteous and Caring Staff, Clean Environment

Even though the makeup look and hair was specified how I wanted it did not turn out the same way. Especially not the make up, the foundation was not my skin tone and even though I told the make up artist to lessen some make products on my face she still did it the way she wanted.

I got a keratin treatment by Maryam and it was an amazing experience. She was very knowledgeable and welcoming and the atmosphere itself in the salon made you feel at home. Neha would come around and engage with all the clients and with all the services they provide, this salon has it all! This place truly is a gem and each person there makes the experience that much better.

Whether you re a first time customer or a loyal client, they treat you like family and each stylist/esthetician there are genuinely skilled with each service they provide. They will put your hair or skin first so they will be honest and not recommend something as a true salon should do because they sincerely care. All things aside, My hair looks and feels amazing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I have gone to Neha s salon for the past 5 years for my eyebrows , the girls that usually do eyebrows are amazing! But Neha has never threaded my eyebrows till this past week.
She messed up my eyebrows so bad, she was on the phone and threading at the same time and she butchered my eyebrows!! My birthday party was Saturday and my eyebrows looked so uneven!!
Will never go to Neha s salon again!!

hi my name is aaliyah and I've been working at neha threading since October 6 2016 as a shampoo assistant... when I first started .. I couldn't help to notice how rude and nasty she was to the staff ... everyone would tell me the only way to make her happy is by cleaning or at least look like your cleaning... now I've Been working in salons since I was 14 I'm 22 now so I pretty much know my duties as an assistant ... neha would ask me to scrub base boards In front of the clients and mop and scrub the walls ... and she would single me out from everyone and make me feel like I'm a slave she would brag about where she came from and how she grew up having servants ... I felt like she was treating me this way because the color of my skin and I was the only dark skinned girl and I talked to her husband Rodge and express to him how his wife treated me like I was a servant and his exact words were " you better not let me hear you say that again you cannot feel that way I will replace you " I was so numb because I never ever worked in a environment like this I mean it was terrible... because everyday I seen how neha and kaitlyn lied to the clients everyday it made me sick to my stomach ! I knew neha was racist because she told kaitlyn to find her someone white or light to go on the news with her so she can attract more white people and I was told tht by someone who was suppose to go on the news with her ..I wanna let everyone know how much of a fraud /racist neha is she ask her client what they do and what kinda car they drive so she could base tht on how she treats them I'm tired of her lying to black clients acting like she care for them when she only cares about the money ... yesterday Kaitlyn fired me with neha in the room she said nothing to me I mean not a word she just act as if I wasn't there but she claimed she loved and cared about me I did nothing but stand up for myself and what I believed in and the things she wanted me to do I wasn't comfortable doing and she would clock me out causing me to lose money and I lost my Apartment working at nehas and I begged them for a raise they never gave it to me and I just got my new place July 24 and they fired me not giving me a reason at all ... please stop spending your money and your time at nehas she would never look at you as an equal she's racist and I never endured so much disrespect discrimination in my life I'm not upset this jus was a big eye opener for I jus needed to share my experience with everyone and honestly this not even half of what happened during the time I've been there I mean it was so bad to the point when the stylist would email her and her husband complaining about how she treated me and nothing never changed ...

I ve been going to Neha for eyebrow threading over 20 years, since I met her while I was in college! Now at the salon I can get waxed, mani/pedi and a massage . Plus, the Vichy shower is so relaxing and the atmosphere is always clean and Zen-like.

Seriously I Iove it. Best place I ve gone too! The owner is always there and is always so sweet, polite, and mk sure her customers are bn well taking care of! The way they did my eyebrows this last time omg I m loving them beyond infinity I would love to get them microblade them into this shape they made them this past Saturday!! Thank you so so much!!!!

Before arriving in Baltimore for 2 weeks I researched Aryuvedic treatments that I could find in the area near JH Hospital. Neha's was the only one I felt comfortable with that also offered a wide variety of services and a vichy shower treatment room. Due to light traffic in the morning and a speedy uber driver I arrived 30 minutes before the store opened and they were gracious enough to let me in out of the Cold and offer me refreshments. Olga was awesome. Treatments received were the Vichy shower with sea weed detox, massage: Abhyanga & Shirodhara. I have done these treatments for years at many many places & Olga is right at the top of the list. She worked her magic so well that I was in a trance and at one point, jumped and scared both of us. The herbal tea after the treatment was very nice and I am still extremely relaxed 5 hours later. If you've never done this treatment you should try. It instills a sensation of deep relaxation, calm feelings, and you feel very at peace afterwards.
I would highly recommend Olga & miss Neha was very kind and welcoming as well. I would Definately make the trip up to pikesville when in town. Thanks again. Chris R

It was a great experience getting my eyebrows threaded, especially because it was my first time. The staff was great! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good threading with a good experience and positive environment!

The service was excellent. It practically no wait. Clearly the air filtration was on point, and the lobby and service area were wiped down to exceed my expectations.

I really appreciate the services that the salon offers. The staff are very professional. I usually go for threading and waxing. Best ever. So, if you have never tried threading or waxing try something new. You ll be pleased. They have great hairstylist. Try the facials and mani/ pedi s. Think outside the box.

I really like going to this place. The work is always great and clean. It can get real busy over the weekend but besides that, no other issues. Excellent service.

I was very hesitant about going to a salon. My brows and lip had not been threaded since March . Neha has designated her entire 2nd floor for threading services. This has reduced the volume of staff and clients in the main area. Social Distancing has been made a priority in order to help us feel safe. For all threading service, use the door on the left and take the stairs.

I ve been growing my eyebrows for months only for them to be cut too much. I have thick eyebrows and asked for them to stay thick. I m now let with uneven thin brows. I guess I ll have to wait another 3 months for them to grow back. Smh

I always go to Neha for eyebrow threading and facials. This is my first time going back since the pandemic. Neha was very professional and made me feel at home. The receptionist is also very friendly.

I purchased a couples Groupon for my anniversary here and the experience was amazing! !!! The couples massage was very relaxing. The massage therapist were extremely professional and friendly. Once we were done with our massages we were taken to the relaxing area where they gave us frozen strawberries and a choice of wine, water or sparkling cider. We were then called back to the room to relax in our milk bath. I must say, I have never had a milk bath before and trust me when I tell you, you must get one here. The only advice I would offer is, to have the massage therapist ask you the kind of water temperature is best for your body. My Husband and I like really hot water baths, so we felt a little cold while in the water and needed to rewarm the bath with hotter water. The room also needed to be a little hotter while your body is wet. Other than that, we had an amazing time. I would highly recommend coming here. Oh and let me add we were greeted by the owner and our massage therapist were waiting for us. We arrived 15mins early and they took us right away. There was no waiting. The massage therapist spoke with us about the process and then asked if we had pain anywhere. Trust me they made sure to massage out the areas you mentioned were hurting you. Overall GREAT experience!

I had an appointment early this morning and it was very clean, neat and honestly a beautiful place. I was a bit late and there were okay with it and we were still able to start relatively close to the time. The woman who worked on my hair was very sweet and attentive even though she had a few clients to work with and got through with my hair even though it took longer because of how thick it was. I also got an upper lip threading that was very fast and had amazing results even hours later with no bumps at all. 11/10 recommend and I ll definitely be returning to get more used to having straight hair

I've been going to Neha Threading since I returned to the Pikesville area 3 years ago. Neha and the other women do a awesome job! I've experienced brow threading, pedicures and my favorite, MASSAGES! Not only do they do a great job, they are sweethearts! The atmosphere is relaxing and professional and they're also affordable!

She can identify what areas need the most work & can always tell the difference in your muscles from the last session. She's excellent at her craft & I highly recommend her if you're looking to melt away for an hour or two...
