I was a faithful customer from the time you were across the street in the smaller building and only did threading. When the business expanded, I tried to support all of the spa services. However, I have seen over time rhat the quality has progressively diminished. The last straw was when I requested a back facial and realized that I only received a back scrub and lotion with products that you can obtain from the Walgreens across the street! I've gotten several back facials from other spas, and I know that this service is supposed to be as thorough as the regular facial. I spent $50 for something I could have done in my own shower. Also, the bed did not warm and the room was ice cold. How do you expect a client to relax in that type of spa setting? When I mentioned it to you, I only received excuses. I resolved to never get a spa service again, but to only use your threading service. However, I've noticed that your threading chairs are like revolving doors. You used to enploy great quality threaders, so much so that I never had to specify who I wanted. However, it seems that the best threaders always leave your business. In my last visit, the only available threader took too much hair off of one of my eyebrows. I mentioned it to her and she said, "It will grow back." Really??! THAT was my last straw with your business altogether. It has been 10+ years, but I no longer want to try to make this relationship work. A customer should feel special, and when we mention something that you need to change excuses and dismissals are not appreciated.
