I have been coming here ever since I moved and I'm so happy with the service and all the present people that work here. I highly recommend this salon.
However I recently went for a pedicure and was very disappointed. Not a relaxing and enjoyable experience and would recommend for threading but to go elsewhere for a pedicure.

The downstairs Spa area is pretty and tranquil. Olga is an an amazing masseuse.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere of spa was very warm and inviting.

My daughter and I have been going to Neha for almost a year. Neha is an amazing person. She is very friendly, and she does a wonderful job threading on my lips, chin and whatever facial hair appears. Her prices are quite reasonable and affordable as well. I would recommend her to anyone who needs threading of any type.

I have always had a great experience here! I even moved out of Baltimore, and when I went back for a visit, I stopped by to have my eyebrows done. They listen to your requests (like leaving eyebrows thick), and the face massage at the end is wonderful. I also had a full body massage here due to a great special that was running, and that was fabulous!

Always a good experience. Under a 5 minute wait. Facility is very clean and the technicans are pleasant and personal. Neha's eyebrow work is beautiful and always customized to the client's face. I have also had a massage in the spa area and the massage therapist found knots that I didn't know existed. This is my go to spa/salon in the Pikesville area.

This place is fantastic! The staff is super friendly and Neha is amazing when she does my brows!!!

The owner is fabulous. No one threads eyebrows like Neha. The front desk staff are awesome. I haven't tried the massage or manicure services yet. However choose your hair stylist carefully. The male stylist colored my graying hair and styled my hair in such a way as to cover the fact that my gray did NOT take the color. I noticed it when I got home and called immediately. It took one to two weeks before he repaired the color because he was "busy" and had no openings in his schedule. I guess extending his work day to make it right was out of the question. This experience caused me to stay away from the shop. I eventually came back for Neha's eyebrow work because she's great. It has taken a while but I have found a stylist that I am pleased with and would gladly give a referral.

I'm a Nail Technician who needed to be pampered. I had been to Neha's before for my brows, but never anything else. I booked a last minute pedicure, and I was very happy. Alla took great care of me! My feet look and feel fabulous! I will try to make that a monthly treat for myself! Loved it!

Felt super cute when I left, and that's the whole point. I was a walk in on a Friday and my wait was very short. The waiting/receiving area was clean.

This place is AWESOME & spot on when it comes to threading my brows & lip. Way friendly & cool staff. Always clean, neat and smells nice in the joint. Definitely give 1 of their locations a try in Pikesville or Canton.

1 in a million. Besides skilled threaders, hair stylists, massage therapists, estheticians and nail techs are there to serve you. Treat yourself to a day of relaxation. The staff is welcoming and the atmosphere makes you want to come back again and again.

I don't know what I would do without Neha's salon. I used to have my brows waxed but threading is so much better!! Everyone is so friendly and it's super clean!
I've even gotten beard blading done which Neha created. It's like micro blading for eyebrows but it fills in spots on my beard. Absolutely amazing!!

One week after my spa experience with Neha and her staff and my threaded eyebrows are still sculpted to perfection!!! The atmosphere is clean, calm and relaxing. The staff is friendly and Neha is warm and personal. It had been months since I had my brows done and decided to try threading. After hearing all great reviews about encounters with the spa I decided this was the way to go. My satisfaction is beyond measure. My brows are perfect I haven t had to do anything to them since I left the spa last week. Thank you soooo much for bring my masked face back to life. Brows are important when most of your face is covered by a mask and going to Neha has given me back some normalcy.

Threading is amazing!! Your eyebrows will be stunning, I couldn t stop looking at mine after the first time!

My disappointment comes in a costumer service experience. I had made an appointment for a mani pedi, they ask you for a credit card while making the appointment but I said I can t give it right now because I don t have it on me, can I pay when I get there, the lady said sure. I was very excited because the place looks stunning and clean! And I haven t really liked other nail places in Pikesville.

5 days later I show up to my appointment which was right before a holiday and they were like your appointment was canceled because there was no credit card . They didn t call me, they didn t even text me, I had made an appointment and they canceled it the next day. They were obviously booked for that day because it was a holiday weekend. I was surprised they didn t even try reaching me and the lady who made the appointment told me it was ok if I brought it in with me. They just said sorry and that was it. I know it seems minor but I was really looking forward to this appointment and it s not pocket change for me, it was a treat.

Threading is short term. Waxing last 3 months for me, or even longer.

My sister paid for a surprise spa treatment for my mom and grandmother. They LOVED it! My grandmother suffers from arthritis and she was pretty nervous about getting a massage. Her words exactly were that "it was wonderful" and "we HAVE to go again together"! She really enjoyed the milk bath as well and said she came home feeling like a "new person". She can't stop dancing!

Neha spa is the BEST spa I've ever been to. I love it! I recommend the services. I give her 100 stars

I've been going to Neha threading for years. The service is excellent and it's an awesome atmosphere! If you need your eyebrows done this is definitely the place. You will never want to go anywhere else once you've tried it!

I've been to both the Canton and the Reisterstown location, and they are both excellent. I've never had the pleasure of Neha personally doing my brows but the technician that has done them each time has been amazing. She really takes her time, paying close attention to details. They are always very friendly and the place is immaculately clean. Highly recommend

Best place to come for eyebrows in Baltimore. I used to live in NJ where there was a variety of threading places. This place offers top quality, service, and professionalism. Neha is also very personable which makes my mundane task of getting my eyebrows done, more fun and enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Sonu does my brows and it s always arched correctly! They give you a punch card and I m almost On my tenth punch!

I took my son to get his hair washed trimmed and braided. His hair was almost locked. Tocarra was patient and gentle and got the job done for a tender-headed kid.

UPDate: I d like to update my review based on the recent two visits to Neha salon. Both times, I was seen by other personnel, not Neha, who both did a poor job on my eyebrows. I came home and noticed patches of hair that they missed. They always rush and the experience was less than pleasant. Needless to say, I will not be returning there or recommending this place to others.

Today was my first visit. I loved the fact that I didn t have to make an appointment and was seen only after 5 mins of waiting. I m very happy with the way my eyebrows were threaded and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Excellent service. I had a massage, mani & pedi and eyebrows. Would recommend to everyone Ultimate pampering

When I got home I realized how terrible the shape of my eyebrows was. I let them grow for months I came to this place the staff is super nice BUT my eyebrows have never looked so terrible I m sobbing at home.

My experience every time I come to Neha Threading Salon and Spa. Is amazing!! I was recommended by a friend to come here and try threading for my brows and ever since this is the only place I go. The ladies that work here are always nice and always smiling faces. They are very helpful when you have questions. I would tell everyone to come here not just to have your brows done but there spa and hair salon seems pretty awesome too!!!
