Today with the widest smiles at the computer this comment a very sweet-thinking staff at schrijven.Wat them here !!! KEVIN today so had to phone the workplace and it has saved me a lot of money with thinking it simple !! Thanks KEVIN !! I Idd an appointment at your given address can make and already have an appointment tomorrow there !! Thankfully it resolved is even true at another company and not your DAS PAS consultation with customers !! A big fat thumb for your thick !! This is about the nefkens rent department I thought I had rented a 6-person van, everything was arranged, so I want to pick up the car and it is not present. Nobody knows anything after a lot of back and forth finally finally a reply. The car has not been returned yet Sorry we cannot help you ... Nothing alternative to me. No bell that I don't have to come to the location. Weekend winter sports can blow off and with me the people who would ride. Very substandard and unprofessional Very unsatisfied

March 2019 - A top dealer, who is there 200% for his customers, and stands behind his brand like a rock. Super service !! Update; July - 2020, Unfortunately I will return to my previous review. After mounting a new engine in our peugeot 508, (was a THP, with the necessary problems) we thought we were rid of the oil and engine problems. Nothing could be further from the truth, after a year and 3 months again a malfunction in the engine, after 1 hour of investigations it was not yet known what could be wrong, and whether we would agree to another 1.5 hours of investigation time ( read pay) and unfortunately it was not a guarantee, because a guarantee on the guarantee could not be given. Because we have already paid enough for this car, we were well done with it, because you can still expect an engine to last more than 15 months without problems.

See a beautiful 308SW of 3.5 years old for sale. "called in the morning and the car was neatly ready for the test drive. Friendly staff. However, they wanted to sell the car to me. My argument about scratching the dashboard and some other things were dismissed. "This is a neat car as it stands here." A rust spot on the tailgate caused the sale to bounce off. Not so much the rust, but more that the repair is used as a selling point. "We are going to spray the tailgate, but there is really nothing to be done with the price. And all those other things we do not participate." I have tried to convince the seller that a rust spot like this should, in my opinion, be repaired for warranty, but to no avail. So I get the idea of having to pay for a rust damage from my own pocket while I come to buy a car whose price can be called solid. And I haven't been saving up for years for that!

called for a door seal.or I wanted to come because there was so often ordered the wrong she wanted to see it. An arrogant salesman had looked at it briefly. He also asked if window seals had to be replaced and what the price was. quotation and made me decide partly because of the attitude of the seller to only replace door rubber. delivered the car on the agreed day and would take half an hour. after a mere half hour they were called that they had delivered the wrong rubber so that did not fit. came to pick up the car again and then the mechanic said that a rubber had been ordered for a normal car ..... and I have a convertible ...... promptly the seller tried to talk it out with a whole story .b There had already been 2x for nothing. he would have a new rubber come and that would take three days would be called if it was there for a new appointment. That was June 14 ...... now in another garage repaired more than 50 euros cheaper and there I was told that the window rubbers were not worn out but a bit dry and how this could easily be remedied.

We always do all turns and the annual MOT at Nefkens. Always excellent service and never surprises afterwards. Too bad they include a coupon for a 20 fuel card and haven't had new cards for a month so I still haven't had one, too bad ...

Super good help here. If you had to do an inspection, they took photos of what needs to be replaced, and send it to you, then you can consider whether or not to have it performed. I don't know if they are expensive or cheap, I have no comparison material. The feeling was just very good.

Second cold shower when I bring my 10 month old 208 (company car) for the 3rd time for a software problem. The employee at the desk says "so that's a decent file" and again gives me a 108 as a replacement car. When I express my dissatisfaction about this, he says "you can be happy that you get a replacement car because this is not covered by the warranty". That is of course not true at all, for 10 months I have been driving around with a radio / navigation system that always fails. Today a software update would finally be done. So I'm on my way back to my customers in a 108, without cruise control and navigation system, far from comfortable. Acher the counter hangs a slogan "we strive for a 10 for customer satisfaction", no idea how they want to achieve this with this attitude with someone who has been a customer here for years.

After purchasing a used Peugeot 3008 at Nefkens in Maarssen, it turned out that there was a lot going on with the car's engine. I expressed my objections and Nefkens - through the branch manager - stated that I should give them the opportunity to solve the problems. And they did .. !! They did not give up and after three long garage visits - all under warranty - the car runs like new again! I always got a neat loan car and Nefkens also provided us with a free Peugeot box truck for our move ..! Nothing but praise for the approach of Nefkens Maarssen, the manager, the technicians and all employees. As far as I'm concerned, a big 10 on a scale of 10 ..!

Super Service !!!!! On the highway a duck flew against my mirror .... of course no mirror in stock, but an old one from the waste bin, and provisionally fixed with duck tape so that we could at least continue ... and the bill ?? ? Not so ... they didn't want anything for it .... too bad you can only give 5 stars, and because they deserved 10 !!!

Yes, they were friendly at the counter at the company. But first those telephonists for t scheduling appointments ... terrible ... Had to wait almost 3 weeks before they could schedule me for a turn .. And once your car is in the workshop ... Grrr ... They can only come up with very expensive things that MUST appear to be made ... And then the final price ... swallow ... I immediately got my car back when I heard what they thought they should do. Immediately called another garage, which does not belong to the Nefkens group, and offered my car there for the same turn. I was able to bring my car the next day ... Yes, I went to an official PSA garage. With them much more important things came up that had to be replaced. For example, brake discs. And things that, according to Nefkens, had to be replaced ... Oh, well, that's really unnecessary .. No, I had not said before that I had already visited another garage. That way I could compare it better. Yes, there were repairs that came out at both garages. But then the version at the PSA garage was considerably cheaper. All in all, the garage transfer has saved me a lot of money and allowed me to leave with a much better and safer feeling. My tip is also ... Make sure you know in advance what maintenance has been done to your car in the last 2 years. Do you feel it is not right? Feel free to offer your car elsewhere. After all, you can only spend your money once, at least I can .... It is also a shame that the manager of the garage thought it was necessary, following this review, to contact me and attempted to have me remove this bad rating. If they do this with every rating they don't like ... Well, what are reviews for ... The relevant manager claimed that he would otherwise have this review removed independently ... After 9 months it is still there. The conversation with this manager has not left me with a positive feeling ....

Very sad. Despite delivery, we have to wait more than half an hour despite an appointment. Clearly loose upholstery itself, despite the fact that everything was supposedly well checked. Several times to contact again because despite promises nothing was done. Repaired eventually. Will you be called over a week later to make an appointment for repair ... They have no idea what they are doing here! Stay away from here!

Unable to file a complaint at their own website. Therefore this review. Peugeot cars are excellent but dealer network is disappointing. This dealer in Utrecht did not inform me correctly about my maintenance. Car had to stay overnight but no one let me know during the day. Eventually I arrived at the dealer and they had excuses why car was not ready. Sending me home with the smallest car as temp replacement. They do not appreciate the medium car owner and treat you disrespectful. Luckily this is a leased car and I have no ownership. I had similar experiences at other Peugeot dealers. It seems to be a lack of customer appreciation and expertise. It is a shame. I was really happy with my Peugeot 308. No problems on the road. Many problems at the dealers.

How bad can your service be? Call back to your customer? They do not. Fix the problem? From the cupboard to the wall ... Wait a long time at the workshop, which then cheerfully picks up the phone and sits down (internally) for a long time. It's your turn to walk away into the workshop. So no coincidence happens several times. Yes the sale will jump right into your neck ....: ((And solving the problem with your Peugeot? We say that the noisy rattling of a new car is part of it! Incredibly bad!

This is my first Peugeot 208 at nefkens Utrecht very satisfied very nice seller and after two weeks he called me if everything was good and if I was satisfied, and I am satisfied, until the next time.

Grage does not really have the qualities you expect. Maintenance only happens when it is really necessary and not like Word prescribed by Peugeot. I would choose a different grage myself. Takes a long time before you can make an appointment. Appointments are often not complied with, which means that sometimes the bus has to stay longer, you could only find out if you are already there instead of just calling that it will not work today.

Searched the internet for a new car and finally found a nice car at Nefkens Utrecht. Contacted seller Arthur by phone on Thursday evening. Regardless of when I called for a second-hand car, I was helped in a very friendly and patient manner. One day before the test drive I received a personal video of the car and Arthur as the seller and because of this I recognized him immediately when I came for a test drive. The car was perfect and therefore immediately purchased. Today I came to collect the car. I was picked up by Arthur at the leasing company where I returned my old car. Since it is my birthday today, Arthur had hung garlands in his office and I was received with all due respect. I was allowed to reveal the car because it was packed. Everything went perfectly and also this time the friendliness was SUPER! A very good feeling about everything.

Leave the building after 45 minutes to read in a Peugeot car key. Appointment was at 10.15 am and we were on time. At 11.00 someone came to say that our front lamp was broken .... At 11.30 am allowed to pay the bill for the scheduled 15 minute job. Special service.
