Second cold shower when I bring my 10 month old 20...

Second cold shower when I bring my 10 month old 208 (company car) for the 3rd time for a software problem. The employee at the desk says "so that's a decent file" and again gives me a 108 as a replacement car. When I express my dissatisfaction about this, he says "you can be happy that you get a replacement car because this is not covered by the warranty". That is of course not true at all, for 10 months I have been driving around with a radio / navigation system that always fails. Today a software update would finally be done. So I'm on my way back to my customers in a 108, without cruise control and navigation system, far from comfortable. Acher the counter hangs a slogan "we strive for a 10 for customer satisfaction", no idea how they want to achieve this with this attitude with someone who has been a customer here for years.
