Juwelier van Klaveren Review

2 September 2020 ordered two engagement rings. We were told 2 to 3 weeks delivery time. After calling we were told it could take up to 6 weeks. Called again after 6 weeks. They were lost for unknown reasons and are urgently re-ordered. We only received the rings on October 23. We ordered them with an engraving text. The rings are not engraved. Due to the long delivery time and therefore not engraved, it is a big disappointment for us!

Excellent service, second change away from watch disabled son, because he got confused! This without having to pay!

I was greeted with a great smile and a lot of knowledge of the products they sold. Staff was really friendly and were also really efficient.

What a bunch of arogant people. If you come there with your Omega watch with the request to remove a link from the strap, you will be pummeled with the comment that we only work on products that we have sold. So I will never buy anything there.

I came to have my tape repaired. Instead of getting a new tire of 60 euros, I was kindly advised to do a small repair that only cost 2 euros. Then I did not even have to pay this amount. Great service, if you ask me.

Ordered a nice Bering watch some time ago, delivery was fast, the watch was excellently packaged and set to the correct time and date. All I had to do myself was put the watch around my wrist, I think that's really great and I can heartily recommend Van Klaveren !!
