They were helpful by adjusting the band of a new watch. The cost was reasonable.

I took my mother's diamond rings there to be clean and they did an excellent job and they were very affordable

I stopped in to have my engagement ring cleaned and checked. The staff greeted me warmly and took care of my request immediately. In less than 10 minutes, they fixed two bent prongs and I walked out the door with a clean and secure ring. Thank you very much!

Very friendly and willing to work with you. They fixed a piece of jewelry for free and gave a good price on a Christmas gift for my wife. They even polished my wedding band and made it look new.

Joel and his team took my wife s engagement ring that was 28 years old and transferred the stones into a custom setting that looks amazing. The main stone went in a halo band and the 10 smaller stones were mounted in an anniversary band. The combined set is stunning. We were very pleased and will be long term customers for sure. I took my wedding band (which is only embellished 2/3 of the way around with tiny diamonds) and and my moms diamond eternity rings, to get fused together somehow. They are made of diff metals and diff sizes, but they were able to do a fantastic job and they finished the back of my engagement ring too. I am super impressed with the results AND the price was reasonable. Better than I could've ever imagined:)

Carroll Jewelers' staff is awesome, always friendly, fast and willing to assist no matter how silly a request, like going in to the store will a watch needing a battery only to learn that the pin was pulled out. ha! She kindly told me what the issue. She fixed a few pieces of custom jewelry making them stronger and hopefully lasting longer. She gave me some hints on how to travel with long necklaces so that they do not tangle. THANKS, Love you guys!

About a week ago, I stopped in to see if they would be able to assess the damage and fix a heart shaped cz stud earring I had specially made ~30 yrs ago. (I had unknowingly dropped and stepped on it while wearing thick soled thongs and then proceeded to walk around on it- outside!) It was pretty smooshed. Told me if I could wait a few minutes he d see what he could do. Well, not only did he straighten the post and prongs, but also polished it up. It hasn t looked this good in years-lol! Asked what I owed and they said Nothing . What?! We ve stopped into Carrol s several times for repairs and small purchases and are always impressed by the staff s friendliness and customer service, but this was above and beyond. You have certainly earned my loyalty. Thank you!

Joel Robinson from Carrolls is the best Jeweler i have ever worked with. He and the rest of the staff in the store are extremely knowledgeable and work with you to find the right gift for the occasion. I have since moved from Doylestown and STILL will not buy anything other than through Joel. He can find hard to find pieces and makes the entire experience simple, comfortable and enjoyable. If you are buying any jewelry and want someone you can trust and will work with you.. GO NOWHERE ELSE other than Carrolls.

Joel is incredibly educated on all things jewelry. From gems to diamonds, he will work tirelessly to make sure that you get what you want.
I know this from experience with my engagement ring, that wasn't "the one".. and so he had a completely original piece designed and created just for me! Now, I stare at my finger everyday with love and excitement for the upcoming wedding, as opposed to a half-hearted acceptance of another piece that simply wasn't for me. Thanks Joel!

I stopped in last week for the first time to have a couple watches sized and the batteries replaced. Everywhere I went previously either had a ridiculous service charge or awful customer service.

Walking into Carroll's I was warmly greeted by two friendly associates right away and both ladies worked together to have me fixed up in under 10 min. The service charge was very reasonable and the customer service was excellent. Its sad to think about how rare that is these days.

This place is amazing, the pieces here are absolutely gorgeous. The only thing I would have to say is that they are almost too friendly here. You cant just go in and look they will try to shop with you which isn't bad, but personally I just wanted to look around even though I appreciated the help.
They are super knowledgable and helpful though and if you are looking for quality jewlery this is the place to go!

When I went back to talk design the ideas and options they gave me were great.
