Unable to file a complaint at their own website. Therefore this review.
Peugeot cars are excellent but dealer network is disappointing. This dealer in Utrecht did not inform me correctly about my maintenance. Car had to stay overnight but no one let me know during the day. Eventually I arrived at the dealer and they had excuses why car was not ready. Sending me home with the smallest car as temp replacement. They do not appreciate the medium car owner and treat you disrespectful. Luckily this is a leased car and I have no ownership.

I had similar experiences at other Peugeot dealers. It seems to be a lack of customer appreciation and expertise.

It is a shame. I was really happy with my Peugeot 308. No problems on the road. Many problems at the dealers.
