Recently used one of the meeting rooms. Rooms are very pleasant and beautiful and are also attractively priced compared to rooms in the immediate vicinity. Building has modern and fresh appearance.
The location was very good, nearby was a tram station. The rooms were very good and the staff was friendly.

Was a nice guest with you and my daughter. We had a beautiful room on the 13th floor with a super view. We slept wonderfully. The breakfast buffet was super extensive and very tasty. The suitcase service is really super. That way we could already go into town without dragging our suitcases. And checking out at noon is also very relaxed. Public transport is also nice and close. So highly recommended
The staff were friendly, the room and the view beautiful, the shower and breakfast were delicious, the pillows were good, only the bed was a bit stiff.

Well received on arrival and we arrived in a neat and clean room.
Everything was fine!
Only downsides were the bathroom and climate control. Is a window in the wall between bedroom and bathroom / shower so privacy is not really present, and the climate control was very weak at the highest level. Opening the window had more effect. Also it was not really sound dampening in the rooms, both outside in the hall and I hear the room quite a lot from inside or outside.
But these are minor points and perhaps personal.
For the rest, we also had a delicious dinner in the restaurant for evening and breakfast with a very friendly service!

Excellent place 2 stops away from Spui city centra and 1 from Den Haag CS beautiful view over the city on a klaar dat you can see as far as rotterdam. Lovely breakfast great gym. Only minus is all rooms are twin beds.

NIGHTMARE stay, horrible services
Not had a good experience here, bad breakfast with nasty coffee, poor wifi and coverage, terrible bed, heating didn't work, no cleaning or changing of towels, no minibar and all this because of corona ... Parking is not free here, which is what the reservation has been said. In order to "meet" me with everything that went wrong, I was offered a free night, which I found very accommodating, so I stayed another night. When checking out, the manager turned out to be unaware of this and it was a "miscommunication". Surely you would expect a bit more service during these times.

Can also rent bikes and tram line 500 meters lines 3 and 4 come every 15 minutes to the station

Would not recommend a stay in a junior suite if you want to experience a pleasant stay. The room is very much business oriented with cheap furniture without smart telivisions in 2018.. not a lot of storage space to put your clothes in . The cleaning is rushed and many times not done completely and the rooms contain a lot of dust not exactly sure if it is the ventilation but my nose was stuffed every morning. The pros are the location of the hotel, its close to the centre and the bed is comfortable.

Anyway reception from staff at the hotel really nice and welcoming.
Breakfast also great, especially the fresh fruit and the freshly baked fried egg.
We had come by public transport from Central Station, but The Hague Noi station and the tram line are within walking distance.
Centrally located, near the tram that delivers you to the heart of the city within two minutes. The rooms are simple but fine with smooth floors and a nice bathroom. The beds were a bit on the hard side, but after we got a topper we could sleep well on it.
The breakfast is very extensive. Delicious sandwiches, different types of bread that you can cut yourself, hot dishes, all kinds of yogurt, fresh fruit, pancakes and all kinds of sweet pastries. There was also plenty of choice for people with a gluten or milk allergy. There was even a possibility to have a buffet employee bake an egg with or without onions, cheese, ham, leek, tomato and bell pepper on it.
The hotel also has an exit to the WTC at the lobby, so you can walk straight from your hotel to the WTC. Perhaps less interesting for tourists, but in the WTC you will also find an AH to go, a Coffee Company and a sushi take-away, these are closed on weekends.
Fine location, clean and fresh rooms. The fact that we were "guest of the day" made it extra fun. Thanks for that!

Very friendly and correct upon receipt ... A neat room, clean, air-conditioned and soundproofed. A good breakfast ... 15 minutes from the beach (Scheveningen) or 10 minutes by metro to the center (Spui).
Nice room and bathroom, spacious too. It is a pity that the beds are so hard, that is why we slept less well. 17th floor so very cool view. Breakfast was fantastic, so extensive! Can't think of what wasn't there. Within a half hour walk in the center. Bicycles for rent at the hotel. Free parking on weekends.

I have visited many hotels, this is one of the most noisy that I know. If someone walks down the corridor at night or even opens or closes a door, then it's pretty noisy. The rooms are in need of renovation but clean. At the reception I waited 30 minutes to check-in even though two employees served and only two people were in front of me. I have no idea what took so long, but it bothered. There were better NH hotels. The location right by the sea is good!
My dear friend booked a night away for my birthday. We were guest of the day, on the 19th floor with a beautiful view over The Hague.

This is a very nice hotel to stay and relax. Arrived early and were going to ask if we could drop off our things and go out exploring. But we were able to check in early. The young lady at reception was friendly and made us feel welcome. I believe she spelled her name Amerents. A big shout out to her. Our room was fresh and clean with a wonderful view. We had cocktails at the bar. The bartender, Floris, was fabulous. Very warm and engaging. We had good conversation with him. Our stay included breakfast. It was a very nicely prepared buffet. We had made to order omelets, bread, fruit, pastries, a d juice and coffee. The only thing we found disappointing was the shower. It did not keep the temperature constant. Other than that, this is a wonderful hotel and I would definitely stay there again.
We had a room on the 7th floor. Our reservation was for 2 people, but in the end our daughter also went with us. Placing an extra bed was no problem. The room was neat and without a 3rd bed certainly spacious. The breakfast was included and well cared for.
Worst experience i ever had! They where not able to find my reservation, i spent 30 mins for this. I booked a room with king size bed, but i received a twin bed.. the reception was rude explaining that i.m paying for room not for bed.. tv was not working.. i found the door open after breakfast..
For a 4-star hotel rather need renovation rooms. 22.50 extra for parking per night. Only plus is the good breakfast, the excellent staff and the central location.

A really great hotel! Everything is perfect, service, hygiene, room is really great! We celebrated our anniversary here and received rose petals and hearts balloons in the room without asking or anything! Hugely excited about this hotel.
