Though somewhat expensive, optimal location and service at this hotel!

Good location, close to the city centre and public transport. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are modern, clean and decently sized.

Very cool business hotel. I booked it on the spur of the moment because I had to spend a night here.
Even late at night, great reception. I didn't test the breakfast. (20 )
The rooms were more than spacious, the mattresses looked very new and were hard. The bathroom is awesome, the tub was used directly, unfortunately it did not hold the water for long, but there was enough replenishment.
I felt very comfortable, thanks for the 14th floor and the great view in the morning. I would come back.

I went to the musical Lion King together with my girlfriend (definitely recommended. Unfortunately it is no longer running). It was a late performance so we wanted to spend the night somewhere nearby. We were able to get the trip and the overnight stay for a nice price through the rail shop.

Once we arrived at the hotel, we were told that we had been named guest of the day and were therefore upgraded. We arrived in a very nice room on the top floor. This was really great, especially since we thought we would get a simple room. This was something different when we saw the very large bed and the jacuzzi in the bathroom.

Furthermore, breakfast in bed was also included and I can say "we enjoyed it". Furthermore, everything was well taken care of and we also received a welcome drink (due to the short time we had, we unfortunately could not eat it).

Besides all this beauty that we got, the staff was very friendly and the hotel looked good. If breakfast is just as good, even when not in bed, then this is certainly a good plus. Furthermore, nothing more than praise for this beautiful hotel and I would like to come back here again.

Wished we could have spent more time there. We arrived late and had to leave early.

Very good location. Tram stops right outside the door. Modern hotel with good service and good breakfast. City and beach are very easy to reach.

It looks very good, efforts are made, but there are many strange things. From the beginning, I was asked for a 500-euro guarantee for 4 days, because there are some who unplug the minibar and order the room-service then leave the hotel without paying. In the city of international justice there is a presumption of guilt! Than me to consider myself an offender, better to find a system by which to pay for those who consume!

The employees at the service desk are friendly. The room is very clean and had a Nice view of The Hague. Near by the station as well.

Just okay, what you can expect from NH, breakfast is excellent.

Best luxury and modern, easily accessible by car or public transport

Clean nice room. Very very quiet, you do not get anything from others. Beds very comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a treat and premises pleasant. The location is convenient and good with 25 minutes, walk, downtown, right off the freeway and by bus and train in front of the door. <br/> Parking should be in the side streets, at least on weekends, as it is free. All in all, it was a great weekend. There is a small minus though: I was there with a girlfriend and it was not so pleasant to be able to see everything from the bed through the glass in the bathroom. Showering with spectators rather unpleasant. But absolutely nothing, not to book this hotel again. Thank you, for the nice stay !!

Nice rooms, a bit hard bed. Showering in the bath is also not ideal. Breakfast is really great! Super. View on the 18th floor is beautiful.

The rooms were ok. Very disappointing with food choice for vegetarian food. (Boiled veg and boiled rice). The hotels excuse " that's the package. Can't help it" so lame. Would not recommend if you intended to eat here. Would not recommend it.

The front desk withdraw 350$ as guarantee in the beginning of my staying for 2 nights
Then I extend it by another night which was booked for me by a friend via internet and he posted his credit card number but they never call him to confirm and they withdraw another 200 for my extended night
I tried alot to explain that he will pay but they didn't hear me
And after about 6 hours when I was at my room I had a message from my bank that they withdraw another 270 so I Hurried to them and said what is all this about
They deny that there was 350$ withdrawal
All withdrawals was on the system but the one at the disk (which I discover that she wasan expert employee) didn't even look at my information
and after about half an hour they said ok we are sorry that was by mistake
The second withdrawal was done by a trainee (hahaha that was my impression) how in the hell a five star hotel got a trainee by her self at the front desk with no knowledge of how the procedures are ??????????? And they say can we do anything as a Compensation
I said Iike what?
They said a drink at the bar
Can you imagine ???
I said I don't want your compensation
And then I ask the front desk to call my friend to confirm the booking
Then they call him and he sent them the confirmation and the permission to get the money from his credit card which the may could do it from the beginning
So my proplem is
My bank give me limited withdrawal times and certain amount weekly which they collect and I couldent do my shopping as I planed and the refund takes more than 48 hours which had been past and depends on my bank which is overseas
Thats my complaint hope even if
I think by the way of treating people at your front desk I thought I will not get a response

Hotel staying in the Netherlands
The room is small and my bed is screaming
Hotel breakfast is super rich

Breakfast: 5/5 (try the live made omelette)
Rooms: 5/5 (nice view out of bedroom in 14th floor of the world trade center)
Bar: 5/5 (Very nice staff and relaxing atmosphere)

Nice room and great breakfast. Parking no point only you have to pay it separately again. No tickets available for the metro while that was stated.

Very friendly welcome. Great big beds, nice breakfast, nice shower and the most important thing, neat and clean !!!

Nice and clean but area is not for tourists you need to walk half an hour for restaurants outside the hotel

Is a great hotel for business travelers but not for romantics.

Very disappointed with the booking which, despite being told that we are on a bicycle and that it was 18h sends us to 30km and the arrival at 8pm with 85km in the legs, the hostesses sent us to park our bicycles without instructions in a huge underground car park

A really great hotel. The service was very nice and quick, the more that when I arrived the number of guests who arrived just like me. Hmm, the room exceeded my expectations, I just found myself on the 12th floor, the view from the perch is beautiful. I recommend to everyone.

Excellent NH in The Hague, especially if you are going to work because it is well located. Good attention from the staff. It is comfortable in the room, with good bed and tranquility.

Got to my room and it wasn't clean. They don't have irons in the rooms! On the plus side, it's very conveniently located for business.

Hotel is in the World Trade Center. Ample parking. Meeting room is present.

For private reasons, I was looking forward to the NH in DenHaag. The renowned chain has had an impeccable impression on me so far, but unfortunately I will no longer spend the night there and would be happy to switch back to Mariott.
Purely from the room, from the friendliness of the staff everything was okay.
BUT THE BASIC STRUCTURE AND ORGANIZATION WAS MISSING.
On arrival our check-in was delayed and we were put off 3 hours later - the rooms were not ready yet.
At breakfast there were confused walking paths and the tables around us were not tidied up or paid attention to during the 66 minutes. We also put our table together, so to speak, that means procuring cutlery, etc. Here there was a lack of structure and eye. The breakfast was kept small but ok.
Now the surprise: We had booked a late check-out online, but apparently that was not noted and our cards were blocked at 12 noon ... but we only found out when we got out of the city at 4 p.m. ... it was then said "late check-out would only work if the hotel was not fully booked" ... this information was not given to me at check-in and of course I assume that APP information is transmitted. However, there are also many system errors here and no service could really be used.
I could still write a lot of what I noticed, but that requires too many words.
Why there was no toilet brush in the room and no manicure set could be borrowed upon request are only 2 dubious points.
In Holland everything is seen a little more relaxed, but my stand of 4 * was a little different.

Only pros! Great price for the Netherlands, amazing breakfast plus a small Albert Heijn right in the building. The location cannot be praised enough. We had a suite with the view on the 18th floor, overlooking the business quarter to over 180 degrees. The central railways is just 1 tram station away. The only cons was not being able to use the gym as it was for some reason closed over the Easter . Otherwise highly recommend!

Wonderful hotel. Very quiet, good clean and super breakfast. We were pretty high, so nice view. Hard beds which made sleeping a bit less.

If you want to take a carefree holiday in The Hague, you are in good hands there. There is a tram station 2 minutes walk and you are in the city center and even in 25 minutes on the beach. The staff takes the time to answer any questions, e.g. also answer about parking.

Fairly standard 'business hotel'. Great rooms, nice view if you sit a bit higher. Breakfast is good but not great and can get very busy between 7:30 am and 9:00 am on weekdays.

Located at the WTC all interesting quarters are minutes away to drive to. Even by foot you will find some shops and restaurants. Reception-hall is over-acoustic, not very discrete.. Rooms are clean and clever, nicely designed. But the place is noisy at night, due to traffic-noise from cars and railway. Sleeping with open window is not possible, but the ac works fine with adjustable fanspeed and temperature. We didn't try the optional breakfast but that is always fine at NH. Dogs cost 20 and tax is 3,50 extra per night. No pool, but a fitness-center with small sauna, 18 for that. Overall a pleasant stay, maybe more likely for business needs.

Good hotel booked through hotel week.Room standard very nice view .Beds very hard both now suffer from the back.Breakfast good and also the room where we ate was good.Reception very friendly.

We had a great stay at NH Hotel Prinses Margrietplantsoen Den Haag with our family and supporters for our wedding anniversary. The rooms are top notch with a perfect box spring for a good night's sleep and a spacious bathroom with bath. The entire NH Team has delivered top service with a smile, from reception, restaurant / bar to housekeeping. Highly recommended for business and / or private. For us in any case worth repeating
