I do not recommend this hotel for anyone who stays there more than a week. it is also definitely not for romantic young couples. I do recommend this for business travelers who are staying for a weekend or 3-day span. The hotel design is very modern. When we were walking to our junior suite we were very excited and impressed by the wood used for the doors also (as you can see in the picture) But as soon as you enter the room you get hit with depression. The tables are full of scratches and the room is pretty claustrophobic. The bath is too small for two people, so you'll have to resort with one person in the bath a time. Room cleaning is also done very fast and I'm very allergic to the dust that creeps in the airconditioning vents. Everyday i wake up sneezing. The restaurant is nice and you have a great assortment of breakfast items. The elevator is freaky fast and reaches the destination floor in no time.

We booked a double bed and got two single beds. The whole room smelled like the drain! There was hair in the bathtub! The mini fridge was completely dirty, I guess something leaked in it and wasn't cleaned away! There were lots of dust mice under the bed. The furniture was very worn and the bed squeaked completely if you only moved slightly. We had stains on the pillows. After the daily cleaning of the room we didn't have the feeling that what had been done except the bed was made up again. At the elevator you could easily stand for 15-20 minutes The long one is okay if you are traveling for work, although a tram is right next to it, but it also costs extra It is a 30-35 minute walk to town and 1.5 hours to the beach. The breakfast was kept small, a lot was already empty and was not immediately filled up, the tables were not cleared straight away, so you had to wait first, people were walking around like ants because nobody knew where to go. The food was okay. I think it is not a 4 star hotel after the rooms it would be more of a 2 star hotel. I can't recommend it and we won't be back either.

Modern hotel, highlighting the kindness of its reception staff (always with a smile on the face) and the restaurant staff, very polite and helpful. The rooms are fine, the beds and pillows super comfortable, but it would be with cleaning, we had to ask that they clean the room better. The hotel is in a complex of modern buildings with parking, supermarket, restaurant, and public transport at the door, downtown a 15 minute walk.

I got a lovely room, if that's standard... Wow. Refrigerator stocked, room smelled fresh, modern ammentities, greatneat staff to assist with questions and information and they were able to provide suggestion for things to do outside the property . Access to the Gym was included as well as good and stable wifi connection. My room had a lovely view from the 12th floor.

Very nice hotel. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Helpful reception. Hotel is situated in business area, so it is very quiet neighbourhood in the weekend. There is a tram next to hotel, that brings you to the Hague centre in 2 minutes. It is about 15 minute walk otherwise. If you want night life, maybe stay in centre of the city, otherwise this is a nice hotel.

Comfortable hotel located very close to the historical center of The Hague where a good breakfast with live cooking is offered. It is perfectly connected and 5 minutes walk from the central station. The rooms are comfortable and you only miss the thermostatic taps in the bathroom.

On arrival we turned out to be the guest of the day. Our booking had been upgraded to the split level suite on the top floor with a beautiful view. Champagne, chocolates and fruit as a welcome gift, free drink and free breakfast buffet. Hot tub and wonderful king size bed.

Hotel was easily accessible by tram, from the central station it is still 2 minutes in the tram and then 50m walk. The rooms are very complete and even the cheapest rooms are very spacious. The bathroom in particular looks well-groomed and luxurious. At breakfast the restaurant turned out to be full. This was neatly solved by the staff by offering a cup of coffee and having us wait somewhere on a bench. Soon they came to get us to take a seat in the restaurant. In addition, we were also kindly offered an umbrella when it rained outside.

It's right next to the world trade centre. Very corporate. Nice hotel. There is no outside Terrace. 2 stops to the centre on a tram. I was a bit horrified they promote Islam festivals like Ramadam and halal meat. It's right next to the world trade centre. Very corporate. Nice hotel. Very good service at the reception. Breakfast was bad. Too little choice and bad rolls. There was no toilet brush in the room. I am used to getting a free bottle of water in my room every day. That's part of good service. Everything here cost a lot of money. The beds were very good.

Breakfast was a drama, poor or no Dutch speaking staff. Salt cellar was not understood, so I went to investigate it ourselves. 1 lady who is hopelessly frying eggs with a queue of 10 men, so no egg. Parking garage not come true and drama to get someone for it. Complained at the checkout and written an email to customer service, no response so then but so. NEVER MORE for us.

A very clean and modern hotel. Beautifully decorated rooms and bathrooms. We had a room on the 10th floor, so everyday we were awakened by a beautiful view of The Hague. We do not buy breakfasts (they are not included in the standard). Terribly expensive parking in the basement of the hotel - we paid over 90 euros for 4 days! Although the Hague does not belong to the cheapest, there is a problem with parking spaces there. So we preferred not to risk it.

Location of the hotel is fine, not within walking distance of the center but within walking distance of the tram and then you are within 3 minutes in the center. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are great. View of the 19th (!) Is nice. The rooms are good, everything is there. Staff bar is too business may be a bit looser. Stupid that no football is allowed.

Quiet hotel, friendly and clean but the staff makes no effort to understand a french with average english. Otherwise 20 eur parking is abused. I put 3 stars for the breakfast that was top and very varied good a little noisy despite our arrival at 11 am at the restaurant because there were a lot of people. In short, I would not go back.
