My favorite hotel chain! Nice rooms, spacy, very clean. Very pleasant staff.

A bit far from the center compared to other similar hotels. Generally unhelpful staff; toilet in my room didn't not work consistently, and when I asked the front desk to send someone to fix it, they sent up one person who couldn't/didn't do anything about it. They also couldn't figure out how to accommodate a simple toiletries request. Breakfast is decent, though the omelette station was never staffed.

I have an experience of a nice room but it wasn't so clean and the coffee machine was dirty even when we (me and my gf) ask for change it, they bring another dirty one so... but overall the hotel was fun.

Nice hotel with very good views!! Restaurant is good and rooms are nice as well.

Does not match a four star hotel ... too bad ... and the hammam and sauna is not open in the afternoon in the week-end ... that is still not possible. !!

In addition, the room service is reasonable (pizza about 12 euros; shrimp curry19 euro), if lazy to get the door, it is a good choice to eat in the room. The room was clean and bright, the transportation was convenient, the breakfast was very good, the staff was very kind and worthy of recommendation!

-Furniture is worn out
After a pipe blockage on a Saturday, I am told that if I want to go to the toilet, I have to drive down a gear. Late check-out booked until 5 p.m., but should be out of the room at 2 p.m.
1-2 stars for the good breakfast. Whereby the service to seat the guests or to offer a place is missing here.
I would not visit again.

Located at the World Trade Center in The Hague. Room adequate and clean although a little fair in size. The worst is that it has an analog thermostat that only allows to regulate from -3 to +3 degrees of the standard temperature. In my case put to the maximum I still felt cold and when I called reception they offered me a heater.
The best buffet breakfast with a variety of products in a first floor lounge that includes an indoor terrace of the WTC.

Saturday afternoon arrival 17:30 bar closed, restaurant closed, no room service. They say malfunction, come back at 11:30 pm ... still the same story ...

Beautiful hotel ... I only liked it when I asked if we could park the car at the hotel, it was said that it was possible and that we should go to the reception with the parking ticket but was not told that 19.50 a day costs ... mainly because we live 5 minutes away from here. If we had known we would have left the car at home. And the price we have to pay for two small dogs that are very quiet, sit in a buggy and do not shed, I find quite spicy ... we had to discuss at the reception but unfortunately they were not to be confused. 120.00 for 3 nights is disproportionate. A shame because the hotel is fine but this takes away a bit of the pleasure of a relaxing stay.

Checking in. I waited for 45 minutes at the counter. In addition, I had to authorize my credit card for the deposit (excellent). I immediately paid the bill upon departure, it later turned out that the deposit was still debited from the credit card (usually according to the reception but for me the first time this happened, I sleep an average of 2 nights per week in a hotel). After telephone contact, this would be refunded within four days. It is now 15 days later so call again tomorrow. The air conditioning also does not work and they ask for money for every promotion (room service great size a bowl of ice cubes?) For me this is the new easyJet among the hotels

Great hotel and nice breakfast. The location is also reasonably accessible.

Very bad experience: we had requested a double bed but turned out to be twin beds. Go to reception to report and very rude served. At breakfast also very unfriendly staff. Breakfast was okay but mediocre. Beds are bad pillows uncomfortable. We had late check-out but key suddenly turned out not to work so had to ask again. When we left the parking lot, we suddenly had to pay 60, so to speak, but it turned out that the parking card had not been stamped correctly. Again not really polite service no apologies nothing. Never again

What a surprise, I was guest of the day. Super nice room, despite the Corona excellent breakfast and very hospitable reception.

Great location. Only two stops from the Den Haag city centre, and a less than five minutes' walk to the station. The rooms were clean as well, and the staff were very helpful.

Good hotel. Located on the outskirts of The Hague, a great location if you go on a business trip to one of the many offices of international companies that are within walking distance of the hotel.
The city center is conveniently accessible by tram or 35-40 minutes on foot. From the window a beautiful view. The hotel has a wonderful, varied breakfast.

Breakfasts are good except it can get crowded during peak times. The rooms and bathrooms are well equipped and modern.

Made the best deal with secret Hotels nl. Awesome room in a very good location just next to the Tube. Really good breakfast and also friendly stuff everyday. We were very lucky with this deal especially for that amount of money. Anyways I can just highly recommend this Hotel.

Rooms are great great bed. Great view of the 19th. Person is neat and polite but stiff and boring. The bar is more a library than a cozy bar.

Desiree booked us in and that is really nicer.

Nice hotel, suitable when working nearby, coffee shop linked next door too. Friendly staff, clean rooms.

The shower temps are inconsistent. I took a shower at 8am, noon, 5 pm, and 3am, but it didn't seem to matter. You can either be cold and occasionally warm, or warm and occasionally scalding. Ate at the restaurant once, but didn't return due to the mice I witnessed.

Had a very pleasant stay here, the staff can't fault it. Would definitely come back sometime.

Very sleek modern hotel. However not designed for group of family or friends. The bathrooms are half see through and shower easily sprays everywhere.

We had a room next to the elevator shaft on Saturday 14/12, on the 14th floor. Nice view, but you could hear the 3 lifts regularly passing by. This was super annoying at night because we hardly slept a wink until about 3/4 and it started quite early. Complaint lodged at check-out was settled with an excuse and a promise that contact would still be made. 4 days have not heard anything.

NH Den Haag has a nice staff and serves an excellent breakfast buffet. The rooms are neat and clean. The hotel is situated near an metro station that leads directly to the main train station of The Hague. The hotel has a so called 'lazy sunday' checkout which means that you don't have to checkout until 5 PM. So if you wish, you can leave your luggage in your room the day of your checkout, visit the city and come back in the late afternoon to have a nice shower before you leave.

Nice room, friendly staff and a good breakfast buffet. We are walkers, within a quarter of an hour in the center, with a breeze. Back took a little longer. Also good experiences with NH Amersfoort.

I see a number of reactions from people that you can park for free, but where are those free parking spaces?

Not was not very clean: strange hair on bed and stains on the the floor. One lamp in the the bathroom not working, bathroom missing. Menu card for the room service very limited.
