Nice hotel with clean rooms. Good beds and a nice bathroom with separate toilet. Friendly staff, great breakfast and good weekend deals. The hotel is within walking distance of the center. Public transport on the doorstep. Ideal for a weekend away.

Stayed here for 1 night with partner. The room was modern, large and clean. We had a great view over the city from the 11th floor. Friendly staff and an excellent breakfast buffet. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It was fantastic! Upon arrival it turned out that I had been voted guest of the day! This meant that I had a room upgrade and could stay in a suite.
Very uncooperative staff, its hard to connect them from other country. Communication is a challenge and they do not understand the situation of the client and not at all flexible to help. someone misused my account and made fraud booking, this hotel is not enough considerate to consider the cancellation request as I found this in right time before 4 days of actual check in date and informed hotel and Hotwire in time.

Nice hotel! We had a room where there were some flaws, in the room 2 of the 5 lamps did it, the shower drain did not open so that the bath filled up while showering and the sticker was cold / warm wrong so I first had a glowing hot shower was standing. But despite that, we thought it was great. We first didn't get the wifi talking. I succeeded the next morning, my sister kept a white screen. That was a pity.
Top breakfast, very friendly staff! We certainly felt welcome. Despite the heat outside (35 degrees) our room was nice and cool and we both slept very well.

Hotel directly on the train line 3/4 located, no inclusive parking. ~ 10-15 per day for parking. Rooms are clean and nice with the best views. The service is not to complain. Check in and out without problems.

A puzzling hotel. The service and breakfast are excellent, very professional, very business minded (as its is next to WTC) which is fine, but the room is where the confusion begins.
Traveling with a friend, we reserved a 2 bed room with breakfast. We were immediately struck by the huge window to the shower from the beds, fig. 1, leaving us wondering why anyone would find this necessary. Maybe couples, but they better be coupled well... For mere friends it sure led to some awkward showers.
Then there was the matter of the toilet phone (fig. 2). The room already had a phone for room service so this is a should be completely redundant, unless you really needed someone to chat with while "doing your business". We never dared to pick it up, for fear of finding out too much.
The AC was basically dead, leaving us to sleep in tropic conditions.
I'm not sure I'll be back, but in any case the place is OK.
2 nights with my 13 year old daughter overnight in nh the hague. We really enjoyed it! Spacious clean room, with a wonderful bath. Found the beds quite hard and the pillows a bit thin but that is of course a personal preference. Delicious eaten in the restaurant! Super friendly employees who are really there for the guests! And a good breakfast.

Nice spacious room (suite) with 3 floors. As if you have an apartment, very nice. Personally I think the bathroom is too small for the room. Bath is not spacious and the shower is in the bath. I expected something more from this. Breakfast is extensive and of quality

Booked this hotel with two people. Some problems with online check-in, then called the front desk and this was solved top! When we arrived we were surprised with 'the guest of the day'. We got a luxury suite, with free breakfast and drink, great! We enjoyed it and will definitely come back! Thanks!
Spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Free WiFi. Free coffee and tea. Very helpful and friendly staff. Only drawback is that its not near to amenities and sights.
Very nice. Very clean, absolutely super friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is sensational 100%. The cocktails at the bar very good, also very friendly. It makes you feel at home. You rarely experience something like that. The parking lot is a bit complicated. Unless you invest over 20 per day in the parking garage. Nice view from the room.

What a hotel! Such a friendly staff, beautiful rooms and a delicious breakfast. Parking under the hotel and 24-hour parking at a discount. 10 min walk to the bus stop, and you are in Scheveningen with fifteen minutes. Really nice. I will come back here for sure and recommend this hotel to everyone. Really worth the money!

Standard but comfortable hotel. Cleaning was ok however, they left an empty cava bottle, tray & glasses in our room for 2 days. Another time we had been out all day on the sunday and returned at 5pm to find housekeeping still in our room.

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Our room's bathtub handle faucet was not working. We kept calling the receptionist but she rejected our calls. We managed to reach through her till the 4th call and she finally agree to provide me with another room key for us to shower.
We being disturbed since 8am, the door was knocked by the chamber maid and open the door without waiting for our response and the ridiculous part is we are still sleeping . Every one hour repeat the same scenerio till 11am followed by the housekeeper also did the same thing and somemore even we locked the door they forced to open.
