The hotel and room was fantastic
I slept well although the bed was a bit hard but okay.

Nice hotel with nice and decent spacious rooms and a nice breakfast. The price quality increase is good. For a weekend in The Hague, the most important flaw is the location (10 to 15 minutes' walk to the central station and then even further to the center). However, the location is ideal for a business visit (in the WTC).

Here I have experienced a top business meeting. Enough privacy from the staff and excellent treatment! I will definitely come back here for an interview with my partners.

Cozy hotel in The Hague where almost everything is good, except some days when the cleaning was late and towels that were in the shower to be renewed were not changed. Good staff, comfortable rooms and excellent location

Good business hotel for meetings around that address.

Your typical large hotel chain. One thing that stands out in a negative way is the WiFi... They throttle the free WiFi to very low speed. NH... It's 2017. Wake up!

Nothing recommendable, it only has a good view, the broken sheets, the mediocre breakfast.

I stay one nigjt there..the hotel is business related so its neat and good. Reccomend to book via website of NH.

Been to the NH for the second time, now with family. Extra beds in the room were fine. Location is great, within walking distance of The Hague Central, but you can also take the tram that stops right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice. by means of reservation, the number of guests was limited during breakfast. Still it was difficult to keep 1.5 meters away, it was quite busy. In the evening we had a drink in the bar, staff here were really great, compliments to the two gentlemen who ensure a pleasant experience!

Chose this hotel for the height and the possible beautiful view. The room was fine and with all the mod cons you could wish for, as far away as possible in Corona time. I was hoping for a nice view, well I got that !! It was incredibly beautiful, the sunrise, the view over the city and other cities in the area, but also very beautiful at night. Nice extra was that fireworks were lit regularly, which you can see beautifully. In clear weather you could also see the Rotterdam skyline.
Only downside was perhaps the state of hygiene / cleaning, especially in the toilet and at the head of the bed, it could be better. The walls of the room are a bit on the thin side.
Also perfect in terms of location, close to all public transport and the city, while the neighborhood is fairly quiet. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, you immediately feel welcome.

Great hotel with modern decor, close by a rail station and steps from the light rail that takes you into the city centre. The property is attached to the world trade center and its amenities for business travel.

A very pleasant stay though not particularly remarkable. Hotel location I found very convenient for business and social. Room cleanliness plus public spaces all very clean. Choice of breakfast as expected.

Very nice with easy access and great view if you stay at the top floors. Nice room. The only minus is the elevators during peak hours (e.g. breakfast time)

- Stayed 2 nights at the hotel

- It does have the look of 4-star hotel at first glance until you look a bit closer. In short, the hotel is combination of out of maintenance (4-star) hardware and underwhelming service.

- The room was of decent size which was good. but the interior is damaged here and there - wallpaper pilling off, severe rusts on some metal objects, water damage in the bath room. Make it looks cheap and careless.

- The bathtub was very slippery even when dry and it doesn't work - it's only for showering.

- When asked about late checkout, I was told it will cost 10euros for every extra hour after 12 noon. which I find quite unusual for a supposedly high-quality hotel. This is the first time hearing about such strict check-out time since all the hotels I have been before would allow their guest to stay another hour or two.

I guess every hotel has their own policy - if you are expecting to stay relaxed to pack your bag before you leave the hotel, be ready to be disappointed.

- When I asked for a luggage trolly, the reception sent a young lady who was not strong enough to help me with carrying the baggage onto the trolly but only stand a side and watch. she was inpatient of me loading the baggage and double checking the room before leaving, as if I was wasting her time.

- When I went to the meeting room area trying to help myself with a cup of tea - which is part of the hotel's facility - I was questioned and rudely dismissed.

I think for the price and the reputation the NH group, certainly the stay was far below expectation.

Every Thursday on Friday I stay at the NH, everything is well organized! neat rooms, nice beds and top staff. Nelson in particular has helped me a number of times.

NH-like hotel that can be found in other countries. Clean and comfortable. Rooms a little smaller than the NH of Digem for example. Nice team. The breakfast is also good.

Don't go there! It is a terrible place! They want 25 just for one night park price. Because my car is outside. Don't go with this place! This place sucks! When I went with my car from Germany, they only wanted a fee like 25 Euros and so when I parked the car, the reception used the same sentence: if anything happens to your vehicle, we don't take any responsibility! And guess what happened? That night they stole my car from the street behind the hotel. Don't go with your car to this hotel in Hollandayada. Otherwise don't be surprised when it's yours! You can't even guess what my pregnant wife and I suffered ...

Very neat hotel with a great location next to the tram station and bus stops. Nice rooms with modern look and nice view. Here had a nice night only the beds were slightly hard. Breakfast was great and service was great! Very friendly staff and free bottle of water and a smoothie before and after breakfast. Had a very good stay here in The Hague.

Prima hotel. Bar staff Ezra and Gino, and the nice attention of Kendra from the front desk to make sure it was my birth day, we liked it. Definitely come back!

Nice hotel, very very comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Dinner or lunch don't expect much, menu is quite short. Don't eat here, there are plenty of good cheaper options in The Hague. Hotel is quite nice but expensive though.

1 times overnight, we were given a "smoking" room and had paid extra for this, but the room was a big smoke odor. We gave it and could move to another floor but you do not feel like you are staying only one night. if you want something "extra" offering, make sure it is correct especially if the customer paid. The view was beautiful and the breakfast was fine.

Nice hotel in a good location. Breakfast was extensive and excellent. Rooms are nicely decorated. During the weekend you can park for free in the streets behind the hotel. During the week in the parking garage of the WTC, but this is far too expensive. I found the beds odd for a hotel: very hard and not very comfortable.

Neat, quiet, great breakfast, fairly close to the center.

The hotel itself is nothing wrong with it only the lunch packages are ridiculously expensive 14.50 for 3 old sandwiches and 1 small bottle of orange juice and that was it. Simply ridiculous. That they dare to ask for it.

Good room but not very clean. There were long hairs in the basin and on the floor, and it looked like the maid had left in a hurry as the cleaning cloth was still lying in the basin. I deposited it in the bin. It is not easy to shower in the bath, the whole bathroom got wet, and they should shoot the person who designed the small shelf above the basin. It just makes it impossible to wash your face in the basin, or even to brush your teeth.

Quiet place and check out time was been chased 5 times from 1030hr to 1115hr.

Nice hotel clean but the entire stay was ruined by the worst internet I have experience since 1996 I could not even use to email none the less Skype with loved ones while on vacation. The premium internet which is 9 Euro is only a half a Meg down and .25 Meg up plus it is limited to 250mb a day or about two youtube videos.

I've stayed here a lot on business. If it's threatening rain, don't stay in one of the rooms with the sticking out aluminium windows, you won't sleep. Otherwise it's in a quiet location. Cafe Pan round the corner is excellent. Tram stop within 1 minute takes you into town - two stops to Spui. Walking distance or one tram stop from Centraal and Laan van Noi stations, with regular trains to Schiphol etc Restaurant is ok, has an area to sit in and read a book but gets noisy when busy. Breakfast is basic with unchanging but varied selection of food and they always play the same music so you feel like Groundhog Day. Desk service good. Free wifi is ok but not adequate for listening to Tune In radio for example, but supports a Lync call home.

Booked a room at the end of June 2014. The booking was not reflected in their system at check-in. Good thing I printed a confirmation letter because otherwise I wouldn't have had a leg to get up. More than a month later, during a visit to NH De Ville hotel in Groningen, I discover that my name is not included in the Rewards system file. Remarkable! When I inquire by telephone in The Hague I am told that I should have looked at the website of the chain !!
In Groningen they are a lot more attentive and friendly because there I had the opportunity to participate in the Rewards program.
Advice: Do not go to the NH hotel in The Hague until you have carefully studied the website of the chain !!!!
