With the tram just around the corner and the center a 10-minute walk away, the nh is a great base for a few days in The Hague. Rooms are clean, fully equipped and the staff are friendly and attentive

The location of the hotel is 15 minutes walk from the train station. Stayed in 1002 rooms on the 10th floor: the room overlooked the "courtyard" of the hotel, cleanliness in the room and in the hotel in general, silence in the room, no extraneous noise, good helpful and friendly staff. Only the bed did not fit me, the mattress turned out to be very uncomfortable for my back, but it s hard for me to please. During breakfasts, I had to be patient to wait for the elevators, a couple of extra elevators would be helpful. :-) We went up to the 19th floor out of curiosity, I was very impressed by the view of the city from the window.

Centrally located hotel with a great view. Spacious, bright rooms. Comfortable bed, windows not open in every room. Bathroom: no toilet brush, very small sink, quite transparent frosted glass wall between shower and room. Breakfast buffet was very good however it sometimes took a while to refill.

Since the NH hotel is a fairly expensive hotel with 4 stars, I expect quite a bit more than with a standard hotel, but they do not make this true, although the bed is good, I often experience that something is wrong with the rooms. The key card doesn't work, the shower sprays in all directions, the sink is broken and the hot cold water label has been turned around. Furthermore, a premium room is of little use to you since the only thing you get extra is a tube with her mask and a Nespresso machine with three cups and other teas. Furthermore, the restaurant is expensive with a very limited menu and I got burnt pita bread with my pumpkin soup, this soup was tasty. Furthermore, I always indicate when something is not quite right and I am promised that something will be done with it, but I have the idea that this will not happen as the hot cold water labels in every room are still reversed. I expect more from a hotel with these prices.

After the above happened, they responded nicely with the comment you can read from them here. On the next visit they had done their best to do better the things I had noticed, although not everything had worked out, I appreciated the effort. The following visit, however, a few remarkable things happened that made me accept their offer to email if something was not satisfactory. Below is the email that I sent 3 weeks ago (May 14), but still have not received a response. With this I try to get in touch through this google review.
Here a summary as otherwise I will go over the number of characters.

Firstly, I want to thank you for the effort you have taken to do something with the review I wrote on google reviews. It is nice to notice that complaints are still taken seriously.

However, there are a few more things I wanted to let you know that I either forgot while writing the review or that I have since noticed.

- Your curtains really good,
- I keep having problems with your site when I want to manage my reservation
- the free wifi, this is good in itself. However, when I come back to the hotel and want to reconnect I always have to do this 2 times because he never does it the first time.
- I also have problems with the heat in the rooms
- Last week, extra stickers were stuck to the sink tap to address the hot-cold water problem. However, these stickers were on the wrong side.
- By the way, something unpleasant happened to me last night. When I checked in I was given the key for room number 714, However when I got there I found someone in that room who apparently had already been booked by someone else, very unpleasant.
- Finally, the room I was subsequently assigned (1814) had a toilet that did not flush. I already indicated this at the reception this morning, and something would already be done with it, so I hope this then.

I was at the hotel for the Millionaire Minds Inten...

I was at the hotel for the Millionaire Minds Intensive Seminar. The hotel is gigantic and offers plenty of space in addition to a delicious breakfast buffet. The metro is practically right in front of the door and leads quickly to the main station in The Hague.
You can walk to the heart of the city in 10 minutes.
The rooms are according to their standard, very clean and quiet.
In the hotel there is a noble fitness studio which you can use as a guest free of charge. There are 4 stars for that alone!
Great hotel and highly recommended for business stays.
