Had damage once and they ignored me during the damage settlement, forwarded me from one to another, in the end I was deeply disappointed because they said nice to me '' no sir you are not eligible for compensation '' after 6 months !!!!!! 6 months come on !! Very simple if you want to pay it out do that and do not decide for 6 months. Bad company that you are !! PAY ATTENTION!!! WATCH OUT WITH THIS COMPANY Only plus point They can only collect your insurance every month !! But if you ever have anything to do with them you will be let down !! Oh yes, people know nothing about each other, one says this and the other says no sir I have never heard or seen anything like that. So mutual communication is also worthless and the star I gave is not even worth it but it has to be !!

Purchased a car in January and had it insured at Nedasco. Apparently something went wrong so that the months Jan-March were not written off, but April suddenly was. Turns out that my car has been disbarred and that I have been driving sin insurance for 3 months. And I only received the notification in mid-April.
Hopeless and for you as an insured superfluous club. They are not insurers themselves, but act as a buffer between you as a customer and the large companies. Their task is to delay and withhold claims. Are unreachable, consider the insured not as a customer but as a counterparty. Do not join in the sea! Even my intermediary removes all insurance policies here.

Worthless organization, not interested in the customer only in the premium you have to pay. Until there is damage, ........... training, slow, sloppy and especially in the back to avoid paying out. American money wolves, .......... no insurance when taking out.
Unfortunately I can not give 0 stars what that is actually worth my rating. Not customer friendly or solution oriented. Immediately removed all my insurance policies. Don't want anything to do with them anymore.
It is apparently too difficult for this insurance policy to communicate to the customer when there has been a claim. Then you increase the premium without any form of communication and you reduce the claim-free years. Also answering email seems to be very difficult. Fortunately I am not obliged to stay with this 'insurance company' and I will definitely go to another one. (the same story as Martin van Dijk below)

I have been a customer for years through an intermediary at Nedasco. I have never had to deal with damage, luckily, until last year. Nedasco has made such a big mess of it, that they demonstrably do not do what you can expect from an insurer in all sorts of areas. It has now been more than eleven months since I was hit by a taxi that crossed a crossing through red, my car is a total loss and police investigations showed that I really did not drive through red myself.
Despite this investigation, Nedasco has considered a false witness statement from the counterparty as truth and therefore wrongly paid the counterparty in February. This was only told to me at the end of July, the surprise was of course enormous. Subsequently, the company does not want to admit that mistakes have been made and they reject any form of complaints on my part by stating that I am only insured for liability and with all sorts of other irrelevant arguments. A complaint procedure via the KiFid has now been initiated to expose the abuses within this company.
Are there any positive points? Yes, they can collect incredibly good money and also send you reminders immediately if you have not paid. There is generally a quick response to phone calls and emails, unfortunately not always by skilled staff because no one gives the same answer. Also, the company does not always seem to adhere to the rules of the AVG law. The professionalism level of this company is, in my opinion, far below standard, they also do not always honor their agreements and this is the reason that I want to give a bad assessment here.
I would recommend that everyone walk around with a big bow.
Car, liability and household insurance taken out via Van der Laan adviseurs. I can not exactly put on the sore spot of the finger, but overall it was very difficult to lay claim to my insurance. Everything took a very long time and I often had to ask the adviser myself what the status of my claim was. It seemed as if I had to remind them each time that I made a claim. I don't feel like it. In other insurers I have went a lot better. I recommend you make this insurer. There are better.
