It is apparently too difficult for this insurance ...

It is apparently too difficult for this insurance policy to communicate to the customer when there has been a claim. Then you increase the premium without any form of communication and you reduce the claim-free years. Also answering email seems to be very difficult. Fortunately I am not obliged to stay with this 'insurance company' and I will definitely go to another one.
