The Ceo think that he was running a boarding school where he have some so called monitor (ex:- Tl , project manager and Hr) and create freaking rules which are bogus and doesn't mean anything.

Infoway don't provide salary. Still now they don't provide me RS. 22000. And also they don't provide my 3 friends too. HR and behavior of this company is too bad. They don't get back answer to my email and phone calls. They can change their promises any time. Joining package and after completing provision period they changed the salary package. Working hours at least 10 to 11 hours. HR will come to show up her beauty.

HR don't have any idea "how to treat with an employee's. All word is false which they telling you when you join this company. You never do your lunch before 1.30 PM even you hungry more. If you take lunch before 1.30 you will get a threat from HR that why you taking your lunch. There are many unprofessional people who never leave Sreerampur. More worst thing is that if any ex employee come to office and meet with employee, then the receptionist will come and told to the employee don't talk with the X employee. Management has many rule like a RAW agent, only they can play with that, employee don't raise their voice.

Just finished my second project with piyal and infoway and I'm extremely happy with the results. For
anyone looking for help with creating a good mobile apps and/or digital branding solution then

Excellent place to meet your web content needs. I have a vague idea what the kind of site I wanted for
my small business. When AG walked me through the steps and process, I've never felt more confident
stepping into and successfully launching an online business.
This is one of the worst company to work for. I was btech fresher when I got selected for this company. First round was technical where that ask me question related to C and second round was HR for formality. Then they ask me to pay 12k as security deposit in two installment. Then my training starts. First I have to learn to solve Rubix cube and present it to them. Second round was to record my voice in CD and present it to them. Next they will give you some topics like wordpress , zoomla,that you have to learn from your own and they will ask question from them . This 3 training session took 5 months for them to complete.
This was happened with me four years back. I worked with multiple companies but I never saw anyone asking for money and giving such absurd training. If any company selects you its company responsibility to train you in their office not that they will ask to you to read on its own and come for the exam.
I would suggest not to join this company.
