Purchased a sweatshirt for a Christmas present and it looks nothing like pictured on the website. They do not exchange merchandise. Return only!! I now have to pay $7.25 to return merchandise that was not up to standards and paid $5.50 when I ordered the shirt. That's already a loss of 12.75 and NO SWEATSHIRT!!! Very disappointed
We attempted to get tickets for Jimmy Fallon when the tickets dropped online but didn't get any but we decided to check out the shop. They have an amazing selection of merchandise. They have a replica of Michael Scott's desk.. I was blown away! Prices on merchandise is very high
I love that store it has alot of Jimmy Fallon merchandise
This shop moved its location at some point recently. It used to have windows that faced the street, but now occupies an entirely interior space. Great for fans of NBC programming who are looking for t-shirts, mugs, magnets, etc. from their favorite shows. The souvenirs are a little on the pricey side--be forewarned.
If you are a "Friends" addicted this is the right place for you. Cups, t-shirts and other stuff all about the six friends of "friends"
A very nice place to visit your have had the opportunity to see any of the NBC programs
If you love NBC, this is the place for you. They have shirts for all the well known shows (Parks and Recreation, The Office, White Collar) and while they're pricey, they're worth it. They also have lanyards, cups, bobbleheads and wristbands. Name any NBC show, they have it here!
If you want a tee shirt, mug or other souvenir of one of your fave NBC shows, this is the place to find it. Prices are high- I bought a tee for $32- but it's a souvenir shop and its in NYC. Fun to look around.
Expensive products, but worth checking out if you're a fan of more popular NBC shows like SNL, Friends, Seinfeld, The Office, and Community.
Being a big fan of Jimmy Fallon, I can not do without going to NBC Studio. It's always a pleasure to discover the new goodies of the Tonight Show or other productions of the channel. At this moment, small photo forced on the chair of The Voice and The Office ...
Such a cool experience to be here and see everything! Even cooler to be able to sit at the desk of Michael Scott!
My friend and I visited 3 times on our trip because we couldn't get over how good the shop smelled!! Also we got to see the monologue rehearsal and actual show for Seth Meyers, which was very fun. The pages were super friendly and the store had a good selection of NBC merchandise. It was a kind of pricey, but that's just how official merch works . Seriously though, what is that scent???
This NBC channel shop is located inside Radio City Music Hall in New York. You can find a stand with souvenirs from programs and series transmitted by this channel such as The tonight show and Friends. It also has the possibility of taking a tour through the channel where you can access to see some of the TV sets. If you like this type of panorama visit it vis !!
The Tonight Show Coffee Mug is 24$ in the shop! On their own online shop it is 16,95$...
Great tour!!! Better than expected. Groups of 12 with 2 guides. We highly recommend this tour to all - tourists and New Yorkers, alike!
With products from the most important programs of the television network
Very fun tour. Go during the holiday season while the shows are off air so you can get into the studios.
We liked seeing some products from friends, although there was a lack of variety in the merchandising
Definitely a tourist trap, but absolutely worth a go for NBC merchandise. You can find anything from tchotchkes of NBC's current shows, to clothing and keychains from classics like "I Love Lucy" and "Saved By the Bell." Don't waste your money on the candy, save it for the Friday Night Lights sweater.
Great service by Derek. He was amazing! Great quality merchandise. Worth the price!
Cool to see stuff from Fallon and Saturday night live
I went there on the Christmas Day and that's why it was closed. However, just from the outside it seemed like a place to visit in the city. It had the set of "The Office" when I visited and all the shopping items looked great for gifts
Awesome experience. A walk through NBC television history.
We actually got free tickets to go and see the late show with Seth Myers ( rehearsal and the live show) whilst shopping in the NBC store. Great experience and a nice store

Very nice and helpful staff. They offer a great 25% military discount.
Place to go if you want to see a show and buy some merchandise.
Low rating due to selection. Visit store a few times, tons of Tonight Show and SNL. Actual show selections limited. No This Is Us besides a T-Shirt? Will and Grace reboot only a photo background. No swag?
Good selection. Great place to film your, "Live from New York. It's Saturday night!" Video
Memorabilia from many of our favorite shows The Office, Seinfeld, Parks & Recreation. .a chair from The Voice, a news desk from the Today Show . .a fun shop to buy show specific items !
Decent variety but definitely a downgrade from the original NBC Experience store. Somewhat disappointing.
All NBC show merchandise available. Voice chair and the Office desk. Great area especially if it's raining to walk and hit other shops.
Site to know although I recognize little attraction, it should have more variety and thus attract more.
Do you know Meade in New York background called 'Friends'? It was a sitcom that showed three friends and three women in the background of New York's Hanah Party, friendship, love, and people living in New York. Recently, BTS 's Rapon appeared on the American talk show (Alan Show) and asked how he is good at English during the interview. Nowadays, Korean airplanes have been onboard. Anyway, the important thing is that you are hitting FriendGoods in this SHOP. If anyone who has seen Friends has a memorable 'Ugly naked guy' T shirt, then the drama scene will pass before your eyes. In addition, we sell well-known NBC program goods, so if you are passing by, It is not very large.
Not sure why, but I expected something more. The pricing can actually border on Ridiculous. I came with zero items as souvenirs despite being a fan of several NBC (and MSNBC) productions.
Very friendly staff. Great variety of products. Of course, being NYC, a lot of things are expensive, but a great place to get a gift for someone.
This career broadcaster thinks your third hour is unwatchable. A lot of blabbering about NOTHING.
Quite pricey, but if you like the shows, then the merchandise might be worth the bucks.
Fun shop with great gifts. Got myself a Brooklyn Nine Nine mug. NINE!NINE!
If you are an NBC lover.. u will find something you want in here!
I didn t get a tour or to see Jimmy Fallon but we did get to walk inside and we did go to the gift shop which was awesome
Friends merchandise what more could you ask for. Amazing!
I dont see what is the experience you get from the store, It's basically a gift shop. Not much different than any other, t-shirts, keychains, mugs There was some sort of either but did not get to check it out. In conclusion, not really impressive. Its a place you might enter in winter to avoid the cold. But i'd spend my money on the ice skating rink.
I arrived at NBC Studios as an attendee of the Tonight Show. Arriving early, I had the opportunity to tour the Studio. A decent selection of restaurants, a classic/modern building interior. The show, starring Jimmy Fallon was excellent. It was filled with humour and the pages that accompanied us to the show and back were delightful.
My boyfriend and I had a fabulous time checking out the Shop and seeing all the gear related to our favorite shows. It was a 5-star experience until I got home and went to put on the new Friends shirt we bought. There was white paint on the back of it, and it was ruined! The Shop was very responsive, and sent me out a new shirt quickly! We will definitely come back for more merchandise from our favorite shows!
Over the Easter weekend I visited the NBC store in the Rockefeller Center, being a long-time fan of SNL I took the opportunity to buy a SNL mug as a souvenir I was extremely disappointed when I used the mug for the first time and put it in the dish washer. It went from a red mug with the inscription of SNL on it to become only a red mug. Having paid close to 20 dollars for the mug I was hoping that the quality of the goods would survive a normal washing. They fixed the problem, sent me a replacement, excellent support.
I like it because it has alot of nbc stuff like nbc pillows and nbc shirts and more
I bought a friends mug and after only one month the letters had totaly washed off
Swag is typical but outrageously and prohibitively expensive. Even if I'm an avid fan of a particular show, I wouldn't pay $40 for a shirt that probably only cost $2 to make. I really don't understand why they'd hyperinflate their prices, given that they're not renting the store space and that the quality of the merchandise isn't any different from what's being peddled in the streets.
The place I looked around like a child in a Hollywood movie
Lots of unique items but very expensive. Super friendly staff
Expensive but I could have but just about one of everything. And you can have your picture taken in the Voice chair.
I had a great time with my daughter. The tour was excellent and the NBC Pages were great. Afterwards, we attended a rehearsal for the Seth Myers Show, and got to meet comedian Michelle Wolf. I highly recommend the tour.
Show. All of NBC's programs. For those who enjoy it is a must. What's more, you can sign up to participate in Jimmy Fallon and Seth Myers programs.
Lots to do. Too little time. Definitely returning again.
Visiting this store was my favorite part of my trip to New York. Store provides a very positive energy, and everyone was so friendly. The store was crowded, but the lines weren't very long, which was nice. So much fun, I will definitely go back!
Awesome shop with a selection of shirts, books and other fun mementos of basically every NBC show. Including David S Pumpkins...Any questions???
This store has so many great gifts from the shows everyone loves to watch on NBC. There's also a nice space on the second floor for networking events. Check it out!
Tourist shop with lots of souvenirs from famous NBC shows, past and present.
Looked around the shop and purchased a cup. Good souvenir but no jimmy.wya haha
