So many NBC shows and favorites of MSNBC t-shirts, mugs, swag its ridiculous plus they give 15% military discount. Its a great place at Rockefeller Center.

If you're a fan of the NBC classics, this is the place. I picked up several things here.

For years I ve wanted to go to this shop. I have friends that have come before and bought so many things that you couldn t find anywhere else and was told the shop was amazing, so when it was finally my turn to go there I was truly excited and had organised a significant part of my budget to spend at that shop... how terribly disappointing was to discover that is small, with 3 or 4 items per show (absolutely nothing for shows like The Good Place). I asked the staff and was told that now they are focusing more in the late nights (well, that s true since probably 40% of the shop is dedicated to the Jimmy Fallon show) and, for anything else, I should check the website... ok thanks for nothing, NBC shop. Top 10 disappointments in life, honestly.

The tour is a very neat experience a must for anyone in the area

A must see location when visiting NY City.
If you want to experience On Top of The Rock, then I recommend a clear sunny day. This way you can see for miles on the city skyline. The line did not take long actually. The elevator to take you to the observation deck was very small. It has a glass top with lights up the shaft. This may make you dizzy a bit. Just look down at the floor nd you ll be fine. As I said, the view is amazing IF on a clear day. You can stay up as long as you like and there is no rushing you around with any group ya came up with. There is a rooftop store there as well.
CHRISTMAS,
You want to definitely visit the traditional Xmas tree in the plaza. And the ice skating rink below. All beautiful and it will put you in the Christmas spirit.

Staff are very friendly and offer suggestions on products. Prices are high but I couldn't resist a souvenir.

Absolutely loved this store. A time capsule of the many great shows of NBC. Well worth a visit.

Nice place especially the outside to make some pictures not so much the interior because of its scarce content.

I bought an orange Today Show t-shirt in August at the NBC store. This $30.00 shirt was the only souvenir I purchased while staying in New York. I am a loyal watcher of this show. My t-shirt has four small holes in the front. I'm terribly disappointed.

This store sells a vast array of items. I enjoyed looking at all of the items. I recommend others to stop at this store while in New York City.

I'm asking if something could be done, however, to replace my shirt. Obviously there was a fabric flaw in the shirt.

Neat store with merchandise from your favorite TV shows..A bit pricey, but to be expected in Manhattan

I'm a big fan of Jimmy Fallon if you want stand by tickets they hand them out in the morning the show tapes at 5

Pages Julie and Courtney led a great tour, just sad we didn't get to meet Jimmy!!

Decent shop with lots of new and classic merchandise. Bring your wallet as everything costs a pretty penny!

They did not have too much variety of programs. It was all almost focused on Jimmy Fallow

Some great customer service followed by some abhorrent customer service. A lovely lady saw me carrying a few items and offered a bundle deal I hadn t seen, to save me some money and helped me find the package, even took my previous items to reshelve them. Great! She also said if we spend over $100 we get a free hoodie. Exciting! Our spend was coming close. At the checkout, we were served by a rude boy who was wearing a girls name on his badge so I couldn t get his name. No acknowledgement, no welcome, no smile from him. Felt like I was disturbing him by wanting to pay for my items. I asked what kind of hoodie it was with a $100 spend - he stared at me blankly, asked who told me that information and got extremely defensive and didn t offer me any additional upsell. He had a bad attitude the entire checkout process, was frustrated that I wanted to clear some change instead of get change back (28c in coins, not hard to count) and I left feeling quite uncomfortable. Being a retail manager myself, and shopping in a totally tourist centre, I was appalled at his attitude. He could take some training from the ladies in that store.

I used to love this place because it had nice collectibles from different NBC shows. But now it only two types of items; Today show merchandice and candy. What ever happened to this place?

Very expensive compared to other tv merchandise like HBO's

Store was really hot, uncomfortably hot even with being outside for 30+ minutes in light clothing. Store was selling clothing and items for slightly unreasonable prices in comparison to other studio own shops. Also the merchandise was largely for SNL, Good Morning America, and just the NBC logo. The other products they did have were for Friends and shows no longer on.

Main doors weren't unlocked when they were supposed to be. Had to run all the way around the building to get to our tour on time.

Average prices for NBC show merch. Clean, good service.

Anything NBC you can think of you can probably find here. The prices aren't too high for an official merchandise store, and they even have sales from time to time. If you're coming to pick up tickets to a taping, they are usually given out upstairs, but you can always ask around to make sure.

Go here if you're a fan of late night shows, friends, or Seinfeld. Cause that's all you're gonna get.

I learned from staff in December, 2015 that the NBC Shop at this location is being absorbed into the other NBC shop in 30 Rock. This location only had a few items left in it. The newer location was amazing. There was an area for guests to take pictures with real props from NBC shows. The merchandise was very nice and very expensive. The staff was helpful and nice. It seems that the NBC Shop has invested in scent marketing as there was a very pleasant scent associated with the store.

Some cool memorabilia from their stellar shows but very expensive. :/ Left empty-handed

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Ordered items a month in advance of Christmas. Received an order confirmation and 2 of my 3 items were supposed to ship from stock but did not. I recieved no response to my email asking for an update 3 weeks later. And when I phoned I held for 15 minutes only to get cut off; called again and was informed my gifts were all postponed until January and February. Thanks for the update and communication NBC!! One would expect this from some small organization, but of the dozen or so places I have ordered gifts from this holiday season, NBC takes the prize for BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

For fans of all things NBC, past and present, this store is perfect.

Tons of memorabilia to purchase from great NBC shows!

The store off the plaza is CLOSED and under renovation. There is a shop off 6th avenue (between 49th and 50th street) inside the building (you can't see the store from outside).
The store is much smaller the the one off the plaza and has a limited veriaty of items.

Has a lot of souvenirs related to their television shows. Tours leave from the general area. It can be interesting.

It was okay, not much merchandise of the shows we watch. Only a few things from Law& Order SVU...no Chicago PD merchandise at all

Bought multiple gifts from our favorite shows. Making a stop here again next year.

If you love anything form nbc and their other channels you should go here. They have anything from the late but amazing tv show heroes to psych. Also you might be able to get free tickets to some tapesing of tv shows like the jimmy fallon show. If you have never been GO!!!!

NBC Studios at Rockefeller Plaza- My husband and I went to see Jimmy Fallon and it was great. Smooth check in, all of their staff are in great spirits and so friendly. Awesome show. Jimmy is hilarious and so nice to the audience, he stopped to chat while they set up for the band. The Roots look bored but they are there . They give you 10% off at the shop. Why wouldn't you buy a Tonight Show mug?

The place to come for all your NBC show collectibles, apparel and the like.

Prices are high as you would expect, but sometimes you can pick up a bargain.

Tons of fun and I got a standby ticket for Seth Meyers and was also given a free ticket to Seth Meyer's monologue rehearsal!

pretty nice for apparel for shows you wouldnt usually find in shops. Like a law and order svu shirt or something along those lines. Lots of SNL stuff! Also if you happen to be standong around at the right time they may ask you to be part of the rehearsal for a late night show. we got to watch Seth Myers practice his monologue.

One of our places to see during our visit and it was awesome... really cool place !!

Office, Friends, etc. If you are a fan of NBC video, worth a listen shops.
The price is not cheap but there are lots of fun. The cost ratio is the best NBC logo cushion. And if you would also have to buy a fan Office World's Best Boss Mug?

The cup I ordered was delivered with the handle broken. There is NO RETURN option on the website, you may ask a question about return, which I have done twice without a single response from NBC. So I guess I have a mug with a broken handle. Don't order from them.

Cool stuff but way over priced. $35 for a basic t-shirt and $25 for a basic mug.
