From the very moment we stepped foot into their lavish showroom to view their bespoke selection, right through to designing an engagement ring and selecting wedding bands, the whole experience was nothing less than first class.
We were absolutely blessed to meet Tash Harrison, and have her guide us throughout our journey. The very first consultation ended with hugs and lots of excitement, and Tash instantly became our good friend. Her wealth of experience, knowledge and high levels of care put our minds at ease. Who says quality custom handmade jewelry is out of reach for those on a budget? I've heard very good reviews about Naveya and SIoane, and they are definitely known for their high end luxurious creations. But I was on a budget in my quest to acquire an engagement ring, and was not sure if they would have anything that would fit my needs and my budget. Nevertheless I went to Naveya and Sloane and I am very impressed by their professionalism, quality, service and how they work with you to give you the perfect solution that fits your budget. I got a custom engagement ring made for my fiance (yep, she said YES!) by Naveya and Sloane. Olivia and the whole team there were amazing to work with - they sourced the diamond to suit what I wanted and offered a lot of different design options. When the chosen ring was partially finished I was able to go into the shop and help refine the design by seeing it in person - I found this part really enjoyable (the complimentary drinks probably helped!).
The Secret Spark (hidden diamond) is a pretty cool way of adding a personal touch - there are a heap of different coloured diamonds to choose from. We're also having our wedding bands made by Naveya and Sloane which will both incorporate the same coloured secret spark (it's our subtle way of linking them all together).
If you want something unique that has far more class than your run-of-the-mill chain store ring I'd definitely recommend these guys.
My partner and I live in Wellington, however Anita had her heart set on a Naveya & Slone ring. We were going to be in Auckland for a weekend so made an appointment to visit. Natacha walked us through all of the various options etc. and took all of the details required. She was great.
When I decided it was time to take the plunge (some months later), I contacted Naveya & Slone via e-mail. Their reply was prompt and Natacha called to let me know the process. She selected various diamonds and sent me photos and videos so I could make the final decision.
I decided on a surprise proposal while overseas, and the team ensured the ring was ready to pick up and Auckland airport as we passed through. Anita had no idea it was coming ;-)
