An outstanding experience from start to finish. If you're anything like me you have lots of stupid/silly questions which the team are happy to answer and they don't make you feel like an idiot. Kind and considerate service. Keep you informed about everything that's happening, when the ring will be ready, instructions on how to pick-up etc. Great follow-up too.

As for the product, my better half couldn't have been happier, so that's a win in my book.
