High quallity. I have used many of their concentrates, not extracts, for things from hard candy to soda making and have never had a problem. Much better tasting than the majority of other flavor companys. I especially like how they have flavor options specifically without Diacetyl!

As a leader in our industry, I don't mind waiting for high quality (and you can pay for expedited processing to get it in a few days if you want, just saying).
Xia is one of the newer reps I deal with and she has been very responsive and always friendly and upfront about their capabilities.
The products could be great, maybe, if I could actually receive them. The company doesn't seem to be competent or responsible enough to manage the border clearance process with couriers for international shipments, their only solution was to cancel the order for a refund.
Company not recommended, very bad service, order placed 10/18/2020 after 7.5 weeks still have no product or email or anything.
First time buying their flavored syrups and they're fantastic. My family and friends loved it. It takes four to six weeks to get your order so plan ahead. I was fortunate enough to find Nature's Flavor a month in advance and got my order right on time. Good friendly people working their, will order again in the future.
This was a waste of money. When I tasted all the different flavors I had ordered and assumed the flavors were mislabeled, I went online to read their return policy. Their return policy is: NO Returns.
I then looked at a few homeopathy and organic baking blogs and saw many different people had issues with Nature's Flavors inconsistency and horrible customer service, it led me to believe they aren't really concerned with the integrity of their brand.
I have ordered twice from N.F. and truly love their produces thus far. They have a HUGE selection of flavors to choose from. All of my shipments arrived in a timely fashion.
My business has sourced ingredients from Natures Flavors for years and the quality is top notch! Any time that I placed an order and something didn't look normal, they reach out and confirm. If you ever have any questions, their customer service team is knowledgeable and happy to assist you!
I searched many companies to find a raspberry oil for my chocolates. After patiently waiting for 11 days I called the business to check on my package. The woman in customer service was very polite and told me that it would ship out the next day. It's been two business days since then and I haven't received a confirmation number or notice on my package. I won't be reordering from this company due to the long wait time.
About a year ago, I was searching for a substitute for Amaretto liqueur or syrup and found Nature's Flavors on Google. I called and spoke to avery nice gal in customer service; unfortunately, I can't remember her name. Anyway, she patiently explained their process which was a concern for me, as I'm now sober. The bottle of organic Amaretto flavor extract arrived and wow, the aroma was as incredible as the taste and please believe me when I tell you that a little goes a looooooong way. Needless to say, the tiramisu was a massive hit at the dinner party.
Which brings me now; I have need for an organic lemon extract; something with clean, powerful top notes - you know, that wonderful lemon zing. So I called and spoke to Xia in customer service at NF. As I explained in detail, Xia listened patiently, and because I can be a bit, uh, anal, about specifics and my particular needs, she asked Bill, aka "The Flavor Guy", who also happens to be the boss. He called me and we went through, in detail, exactly what I needed. In all the other flavor companies I've called, not one, I repeat, not one has shown this level of concern to get it right for the customer. I can't ever possibly thank Bill and Xia enough. Incredible product and customer service.
The actual product is good, customer service is good, prices are good. Then why only two stars? Because it takes this company AT LEAST 30 days to fill orders no matter what size. I would recommend an alternative source.
I placed an order for one item on October 1st and it finally got here on December 9th after several telephone calls and emails. Why???
I ordered products on August 12th. The processing time was 3 weeks. I never received an email saying my purchase was confirmed, being processed, or shipped. I called 4 Weeks later, I spoke to a lady named Cassandra she told me my order would be shipped the next day. Another week passed and I never received an update of ANY kind. I called back again and spoke to customer service asking them the status she said that they are just now getting started on August Orders 5 1/2 weeks after my purchase. I said I would rather a refund of my Money she said Okay it would be process that day. I waited a week to see any movement in my bank account and nothing. 2 weeks after asking for my refund I still haven't received it. I got an email saying my order shipped after Ive been asking for a refund, Ive called and the same Cassandra lady said I never asked for a refund. She doesn't see it in the system. Which I did weeks ago! She said she would cancel it and send me a shipping label to return it and I've never received that either. Jessica is the "Manager" I also spoke to her, she was just as useless! I had to get upset for her to issue me a refund. Highly Recommend STAYING AWAY from this company!

She went out of her way to make sure our order (4 orders) shipped in a prompt time even with the extended lead times right now. We ordered an item for our business that we desperately needed. No confirmation was sent of the order however our charge card showed the transaction the day after we placed the order After waiting 9 days we still had nothing, so I called to see where the shipment was, the lady on the phone was polite that was the only positive I can report. She checked and our order wasn t even produced, I asked her if there was any way they could fulfill the order by the next day, the reply was no, do you want to cancel? She acknowledged that it should have shipped days ago but could not explain, and when asked if they notified their customers when something was unable to be shipped, the answer was normally I don t know what happened. This was our first experience and probably our last with this company and the response was okay have a nice day.
Just got my Organic Fragrance oils a couple days ago and opened last night. so different from the normal fragrance oils I get from other sources. These are fully vegan and you can smell the difference distinctly. i went and smelled some of my other fragrances after and they suddenly smell so synthetic in comparison. anyways. love these. smell so good, will be ordering only from here now. thanks for everything. and thanks Jessica for incredible service!
I've ordered from natures flavors 3 or 4 times now, I've also spoken to them on the phone about issues and concerns, I've order flavors and scents from them and they're products simple don't perform the may they tell you they will after you've spoken to them before ordering. I've wasted about 100 dollars ordering from them only to receive fragrances that don't smell even a little bit like the intended fragrance for instance you pay for coconut and you get a funny banana smell, or you order green tea/ cucumber and you get a stinky spicy scent. I also order cola flavor and it smells/ tastes like lime juice. another product I ordered was purple food coloring, and yet again it is actually blue. After receiving the products and testing them when you call them they just pretend like they will help you and say they will contact you back but they don't. Then when you contact them again they tell you that they won't refund your order or give you a better product that works as advertised. Basically they are a big scam from what I can tell. I will update this review if anything changes.
We regularly use the all natural Maple Flavor Powder and have found it to be a delicious, quality product! Ordering online is simple and their Customer Service team is knowledgeable and super friendly!
I came across this company about a month ago and I'm already reordering. I was looking for a dry mix to add to a proprietary blend of our hot cocoa it was perfect. I'm now re-ordering in less than 1 month because I wasn't sure that I would like it. I've now doubled my order and looking forwarding to doing more business with them in the future!
I have worked with Natures Flavors for more than 12 years. We have developed a strong business relationship. I have always known them to be friendly and helpful when working with my orders. They have even made changes in how they process orders to accommodate my unique shipping needs so many times.
I really cannot say enough about how great it is to be able to work with them. It is always a happy experience. They have exceptional products for an incredible value.

We're a small coffee business and look for other small business' to deal with. We happened on the website, looked over the products and decided to order samples. Note, the website removes almost any way to return items without being charged a restock fee or getting a refund at all, we ordered with this in mind. Also note that there are no reviews of any products on their website, but there are places for reviews. So we ordered samples, a full two weeks later we get an email that they shipped the product. That kind of lead time is hard to deal with in business, but it's possible if the products are good. Products arrived very well packed and completely intact. One point in favor of the company. Had some coffee fresh brewed so let's try these out. Opened one and had a hint of the aroma that would be expected, but just a hint. Tasted solo not mixed with any thing. Not a big swig mind you, just a very small sip. If this had real organic cane sugar in it I'll actually apologize for the review. Tasted like a chemical that had little resemblance to sugar of any kind and left a horrible after taste. The have a disclaimer about personal taste, this was the case with more than one person. Tried in a cup of coffee. Almost no flavor at all and same horrible aftertaste. Dumped coffee. Tried a flavoring in some water. Smelled good, same nasty chemical aftertaste. Again more than one person had the same thing to say. As a business we won't be buying any more of their product as the samples were a complete waste of money, but that's ok when evaluating a potential source of product. Other reviews I've read since are accurate in my opinion. This stuff isn't worth much if anything and in our opinion isn't fit for human consumption. Deduct that one point and go negative by several points. Enough said.
We have used Nature's Flavors organic flavoring oils for our all-natural chocolates for almost 10 years and the flavors are extraordinary. We specialize in chocolates to pair with wine, and these oils add just the right amount of flavor to enhance the wine/chocolate experience without overpowering the wine. Although orders may take a little longer than expected from time to time, know that your order is being carefully crafted for you and that it will be well worth the wait. Says small orders take 3-5 business days. At over seven days my order still hasn't left the warehouse. This was a sample order for a large company for qualification purposes. I've never had a flavor company charge me for samples for qualification, but whatever. I called customer services and the lady that spoke to me gave me a bemused shrug of a response. I can guarantee you that Nature's flavors have missed the mark for wholesale expectations and will be disqualified as a potential vendor for future orders.

I was so happy to find a source for organic coffee flavorings. I roast organic beans then flavor the warm beans. The taste is amazing, and it makes our office smell so good! I'm also very pleased with the organic scents. I never wear commercial perfumes, so I add scents (my current favorite is Plumeria) to aloe to make a body spray. The Caramel Apple Dip also makes a very tasty tart. So many great products to choose from!
We've been with Natures Flavors for several years and the excellent quality of their customer service (Jessica has always been there for us!) and the great variety and quality of products keep us coming back!

Experienced horrible customer service, bland off flavors, and at their prices it was an expensive mistake. When I complained, their responses were arrogant and condescending, as if I don't know how to use extracts? Buyer beware.
We ordered the raspberry flavouring and the whole staff was sick just from the smell, headaches, nauseated. We had to open all the doors and windows. Natural ingredients.. don t think so!!
Ordered on Wednesday December 18th for an event on 12/28. Did not ship out from their facility until I called to check on it December 26th and when I asked for a refund they wanted a 25% restocking fee claiming all of their scents are made to order (BS).
I understand there was a long Holiday weekend but either my order should have shipped the week I made it or they should have helped cover the expedited shipping fee I had to pay.
Bad business.

I will come back and re-review @ a later time. The customer service person is also the sales manager and gatekeeper at the keyboard. She is not good at her job. She flat out lied to me. These oils had better be outstanding, but in any case due to Jessica I'm not happy with their customer care. I kept the emails, and screenshots... If the oils are good I will endeavour to find her supervisor so she can get some "help" in the areas she clearly fails. If they are bad...pffft keep Jessica just as she is.
I was looking for real organic fruit extracts and I found a great variaty of them in nature flavors website, I will be receiving my shipment soon and I m excited to start using them for all my new the ice cream recipes. Good customer service response
I have had great success with getting great coffee and customer service. When they had a delay in one product they kept me updated and let me decide how to handle it.
I would not recommend Nature s flavors. I ordered on May 13 and just received my order today, June 8. I spoke with 4 people about a week apart from each call. They all said the order would ship either that day or the day after, but it didn t. I gave it two stars because the fragrances smell nice, but it is disappointing how long it took to arrive to my house, and how multiple people gave me inaccurate information.
I've made chocolate for years, and Nature's Flavor Oil for Chocolate is my top choice for chocolate flavoring. Their range of flavors is outstanding! It's hard for me to choose a favorite, and choosing out new ones is addicting. I've also tried their organic coffee beans--yum! Check out their website--you won't be disappointed.
Everything tasted so terrible. One of our kids vomited. The lemon meringue tastes like robitussin mixed with gin and this is putting it nicely. Completely grossed out and wouldn t recommend buying any of their products
Nature's Flavors is great. I formulate for dietary supps and Nature's Flavors specializes in natural flavors and they have an extensive Organic product offering which is helpful because my clients love this. Their samples are huge. Everybody that I have worked with over there is super helpful and professional. Since I am somewhat local i go in person to pick up samples and their facility is big and impressive. Also they make an Organic citric Acid.
Unfortunately their website is extremely difficult to navigate and this caused us to accidently order incorrectly. There s no way to easily re-order flavors without typing in a bunch of batch numbers which takes forever, so for customers who are constantly ordering large quantities it makes it very difficult to get the correct items. Then when something is incorrect due to their difficult website they won t stand by their products or refund anything. Their poorly designed website ended up costing us some money. Be careful because if you order the wrong theing by accident you ll be stuck with it. They will not take any responsibility for their products once they leave the warehouse.
Great products but 6-7 weeks to ship is going to put a organic cotton candy business does no help. Being old my larger orders cause for more delays makes you feel punished. I can t get in holiday flavors. I always have to call now and find out when my orders will ship. Your website says 3 weeks to ship out which is always not the truth, your customer service reps even state that it is over six weeks. Awful.
I have purchased 8 different flavors of Italian Soda Syrups. I was extremely disappointed with the product - all I could taste at any concentration level was cane sugar. I even did a blind test with a group of people and not one person could identify a single flavor. Nature's Flavors does not offer refunds, so a case has been opened and the customer service team, and the product batch will be tested for "quality" - whatever that means. I will update this review based on customer service experience.
It is rare to find such wonderful customer service these days! I was so impressed by the friendliness and willingness to help me out in a pinch. I will definitely be trying more of their products. So happy I've found this company!!
Our school has a fundraiser coming up and at the last minute the kids decided to have a soda bar. Several families said that had used Natures Flavors Italian Soda Syrup in the past and that they were ones to go with. I called them since I new we were in a tight window to get them. I found out that it normally takes several business days to make the syrups to order and that they couldn't be guaranteed to arrive by the date needed. However, when I explained that we had a fundraiser and that their syrup was recommended, they totally stepped up and agreed to expedite our order at no extra cost!!! We are so grateful and looking forward to our Soda Bar the way we wanted it!!!

Very happy with the customer service and the quality of product for my lip balms. I use their Organic Flavor Oils and have tried 12 scents so far. 3 of them didn't smell like the fruit but the others were great. I gave the team honest feedback and they have been very willing to work with me and help out. Very impressed, will be ordering much more in the near future.
