We ordered an item for our business that we desperately needed. No confirmation was sent of the order however our charge card showed the transaction the day after we placed the order After waiting 9 days we still had nothing, so I called to see where the shipment was, the lady on the phone was polite that was the only positive I can report. She checked and our order wasn t even produced, I asked her if there was any way they could fulfill the order by the next day, the reply was no, do you want to cancel? She acknowledged that it should have shipped days ago but could not explain, and when asked if they notified their customers when something was unable to be shipped, the answer was normally I don t know what happened. This was our first experience and probably our last with this company and the response was okay have a nice day.
