Ordered on Wednesday December 18th for an event on...

Ordered on Wednesday December 18th for an event on 12/28. Did not ship out from their facility until I called to check on it December 26th and when I asked for a refund they wanted a 25% restocking fee claiming all of their scents are made to order (BS).
I understand there was a long Holiday weekend but either my order should have shipped the week I made it or they should have helped cover the expedited shipping fee I had to pay.
Bad business.
