I searched many companies to find a raspberry oil for my chocolates. After patiently waiting for 11 days I called the business to check on my package. The woman in customer service was very polite and told me that it would ship out the next day. It's been two business days since then and I haven't received a confirmation number or notice on my package. I won't be reordering from this company due to the long wait time.
